Just a suggestion for @SantosGabriel77 but I think we should make a discord server just so everyone is in the loop with what is going on and so we can talk without spamming this thread with nonsense.

NAME Julre Tikeermus
Alias/Nickname-Jul RELIGION Daedra Worshipper- Molag Bal (also has a reverence of Sithis)
HISTORY Julre Tikeermus was born in Bravil in the 3E year 224 to a pair of argonian alchemists who had moved from Black Marsh in order to sell their wares where they were needed (and for higher prices of course). Unfortunately this left his parents little time to care for Julre as their shop required either constant maintenance or restocking with potions.
As Julre grew from hatchling to child, it became clear that the argonian possessed magical abilities and so his parents quickly found him a place in the mages guild; allowing them to have a place for their child to be while they worked and and an excellent life opportunity for him. Julre took to his studies well and showed a great interest in conjuration magic; the idea of creating life from nothing or summoning it from other dimensions gave the young mage a sense of power.
While Julre enjoyed great academic success, his social situation was less enviable. Being an argonian, many races seemed to look down on him and his, from their perspective, almost alien culture; Julre would have had no qualms with this (he acknowledged the argonian culture was different from most others) but he had little personal experience of his own culture either. He had been given hist sap from a bottle to help him develop correctly , but his connection with the tree it came from was weak and his visions from it were rare, fleeting and often nonsensical. Eventually he turned to the one aspect of his culture that he would have some access to outside of Black Marsh- Sithis. True, he was no shadowscale and had been taught little of Sithis except that he was the original creator. Over the years he spent looking over what little he could find about the Dread Father he came to his own conclusion (and more than a little theory making on his part) that the Daedra were essentially the offspring of Sithis and therefore were a key part in Argonian culture. This eventually lead to Julre settling on a reverence for Molag Bal who's ideals were..pleasing to him.
As Julre grew older and his religious views began to develop, he began to feel far more comfortable with forms of magic outside what was socially acceptable. Jul's interest in necromancy had originally been a passing fancy shortly after he joined the guild but was scared off the art by the disapproving looks he earned from some of the more senior wizards and the general complexities of the magic at the time due to his limited abilities. Now however, he cared little for the sighs or mutters of his elders and the magic was simple enough to him now. Now he was a capable young apprentice nearly always seen being followed by some kind of animal he had killed in the woods which served as a pack horse for any errands he was made to make.
By the time Julre had reached adulthood, his use of necromancy was well known throughout the guild and most shook it off at this point or simply aimed a disapproving stare in his direction whenever he was around and in use of necromatic magic; truth be told he loved the casting of the spell more than the result of the spell itself, the magical energy building up in his body and being released instantly was exhilarating. For all his time in the guild, even during his initial experimentation, he had caught the eye of one of the senior members of the Mages Guild. This wizard also happened to be a member of the Order of the Black Worm (although this was obviously not information he publicly announced) and was looking for potential recruits. He found the perfect recruit in Julre. He was young, ambitious, already committed to the art of necromancy and it was no secret he felt like an outsider in both Cyrodillic and Argonian Culture. The wizard befriended Julre and began assisting him into his endeavors into necromancy, helping him go beyond raising animals to bandits and helping him master soul trapping and some basic help on enchanting. In later years he also taught him the ritual to convert soul gems into black soul gems.
Some time after this, Julre was considered competent enough to be transferred to a new guild hall in Hammerfell. The more senior wizards claimed this was to expand his world view but many did it in an attempt to curb his use of necromancy which they still, after almost a decades of Jul's use of the magic, disapproved of. Julre's main teacher however, approved of this for a different purpose; in secret he gave Julre the location of the Worm Cult's headquarter's in the Dragontail Mountains of Hammerfell where he could continue his use of necromancy among other like-minded individual and could contribute to a common goal, what that goal was they left out. Over the course of several weeks Julre and the Worm Cultist transformed a large cache of grand soul gems into black ones and concealed them in a crate. The cultist hired a smuggler to get both the soul gems and Julre into Hammerfell undetected as the Redguard were known for their intolerance to the disrespecting of their ancestors.
Unfortunatley, Julre and his cache of black soul gems were captured by mercenaries of some Usurper, Carmen? Carmund? The argonian cared little. All he knew is that he had to retrieve his cache and get them to the Dragontail mountains so he could grow his power in piece and crush all those who stood in his way. But surely a little detour couldn't hurt to find out who this Usurper is... SKILLS +1 lockpicking +1 sneak +1 light armor +2 conjuration +1 enchanting (And being called lizard by guards)
So is this full? It says applications are open but there are aloooot of characters in this. If not I've got a pretty old (as in I made him over a year or so ago but haven't got much use out of him) ye olde plague doctor themed guy I'd like to use.
Apologies if something is off about this, decided to do the backstory at 12 at night because apparently that's when my brain decides it's best for my ideas about creative writing to show up.

@The Fated Fallen I mean, pretty sure the lore behind necromancy is the soul is trapped inside the body of the corpse and bound to the necromancer's will, nothing saying they couldnt develop a personality and your minions in Skyrim (who are usually freshly raised) can mutter and say stuff occasionally. TES lore is a little rusty in some areas so there could be another explanation (I don't think the Soul Cairne is linked to raising corpses?)
Edit: If anyone wants to talk character creation in PM's just drop me a message, working with a argonian from Cyrodiil and I need to explain how he gets to Hammerfell (the why is currently he spent some time working with the Worm Cult in Scourge Barrow before deciding he was getting treated more like a servant and snuck off in the dead of night before getting captured a week or so later, I believe the Worm Cult was still slightly active at that point as the wiki states they were active in the Third Era but became fully active in the late third. Unless someone has a specific date for the Worm Cult activity beginning I'm gonna go with that).
@MarsAdept I enjoy making eviler characters, kinda felt weird in Skyrim with everyone being pretty okay with necromancy. Just not sure if i'm okay to have like, a permanent undead companion or just summoning waves of temporary undead, if I can have a permenant companion I can just deck him out in armour and dismiss him as being quiet. Seriously you can resurrect someone's husband/child/family member as a zombie and they're perfectly fine with it
Also, now to do a ton of binge reading on Hammerfell lore Or as much as I need and what an argoian born in Cyrodiil would know becaue muh immersion
Currently thinking of playing a necromancer but you've worded conjuration as though it only includes Daedra summoning, does this mean necromancy isn't allowed or will it just be treated the same (but require a corpse for the magic to work of course) ?
I have a couple of other vague questions but I'll save them for when the main thread is up because their mainly about my character. Hoping this RP gets enough attention to start!
Always looking for a potential TES RP, if you haven't got any ideas yet is it reasonable to assume it will be a sandbox-esque RP? Either way I'm interested.
The leaders of the Lycan tribes met, late at night in a different tent from the last so as not to arouse suspicion. Vlath nodded slowly as each of the leaders in the tent informed him of their progress, although he kept his own lack of progress silent as to not lower moral. "You have done well Mex, report any information to me and the others as you find it. We must remain alert to our enemies movements. Now go an continue your work." Next Vlath moved his gaze to Bloodfang who informed him that he would have his warriors united in a matter of days. This was good. Again he dismissed him from the tent. Next he turned to Basir. His news was less promising, albeit not unexpected. "This is disappointing however I gave you a difficult task. This does not matter, with your craftsman I want you to create what weapons you can. Work in the dark hours of the night, retire before the sun rises and hide your work wherever you can. Bury the weapons if you must but do not allow them to be found." as Vlath was about to dismiss Basir a thought appeared in his mind "Claws do little against the armour of the ogres, blunt force would be more effective. Take any resources you need from villagers and if they do not comply tell them tha falamh ag ordachadh seo" with that and a quick "As you wish Voidcaller" Vlath dismissed Basir from the tent.
As Vlath returned to his tent he decided on a new course of action for himself. He would begin to re-ignite the flames of fury in his already disgruntled people. The next day, in between the guard patrols, he would find Shadowclaws willing to die for the cause. They would act as his mouth in a time when his hand's were tied. He would have them preach the greatness of the God's to all, remind them the Ogres are oppressors and if need be, attack the patrols in public if they attempt to subdue them. It would not be a difficult task, the Voidcaller thought as he settled down for his mediation. The lycans were angry and soon the Ogres would learn what it means to anger the God's chosen.
Grash-Continue gathering warriors Mex-continue spying Basir- attempt to develop new weapons, preferably something capable of delivering blunt force Vlath-recruit 'Mouth's of the Voidcaller' to perform public sermons against ogres
