Appearance: My face claim is Adelaide Kane but specifics is that she used to be a bit chubby when she worked for Lord Estermont and is 5'3". When she started working for the Golden Cat she lost a lot of weight (ranging onto unhealthy) and cut off all of her hair. She wears a torn and worn pink skirt with obviously patched places and stockings and a tank top with heels. Although if she's not in the Cat she puts on a long jacket that is about two sizes too big. She is in the habit of wearing makeup although due to the nature of her job it gets smeared.
Personality: She is shy and anxious to the point of not being able to interact with people, although if someone shows kindness she responds very warmly. She has the common sense of a 12 year old, often getting lost or into trouble. She is mostly just afraid, she's afraid of getting her fellow Courtesans into trouble and of the Pendletons and the power they hold over her. She's afraid that her family is dead of the rat plague and she's afraid of the rats. Fear is practically a personality trait by now. Anyone could read her emotions like a book
History: She lived with her mother and father in what is now called the flooded district when she was young, happy with them. She moved into a place closer to Lord Estermont's offices when she was of age and had a job. Lord Estermont died in a rat attack, the other nobles shut and locked his door. They cared only for themselves. She can still sometimes hear his screams. She went looking for work, rapidly getting thinner and more desperate. They all told her to try the Golden Cat, so she did and now she has a job of filling other's beds.
Skills: She can sew and clean fairly well, filing paperwork, reading. She doesn't have a special talent that makes her really special but she sews and cleans for other girls, tending to them if they got whipped for disobedience. A lot of people take advantage of her caring nature, sometimes not even realizing it.
Likes: She likes books about adventure, paintings, fires (it's so /cold/ in the Cat) and kind people. Dessert is a guilty pleasure of hers, although she can't eat much anymore. She doesn't dislike being with people but she's often afraid of offending them or the power they could have over her.
Dislikes: She would never be brave enough to say she dislikes anything besides the rat plague.
Other: She sees herself as being straight but hides her affection towards the other Courtesan's at all costs
