My stories rarely involve fairy dust and rainbows. I aim to reflect the deepest and rawest parts of humanity into my work. Then have it reflect back to others.

No common blood here. For natural strength boosts you need 40% Oro blood. For natural kinetic manipulation you need 80% Sol. You can offset that with lots of training however. Just using it all the time in a ever escalating way counts as well. You'll have to think of a way she managed to hone her skills to the level written in her short 17 years.
Edit: I'm going to have to so no to the "special bloodline" of kinetic infinity. The point of this is to work to gain power.

Therosi don't hate Seraphim. There's simply a insane amount of profit and power within Seraphim blood. If one was able to get them more profit it can be feasible they will use them as much as possible

3. Genocides is why they believe their numbers are minorities. Dragonkin
4. Yes. Though God is different from ours meaning. Not absolute.
5. Yes.
6. Yes. Seraphim blood mixed with Dragon makes a common descendant.
7. Yesss
8. Most of the slaves are demonic descendants. Though Seraphim are gold standard. Thus highly sought after and abused.

Good point. As most decide their weapon is their primary and enchanted I decided one is enough. enchanted weapons and weapons of a high caliber and quality are rare. As to not deprive everyone of these i allow one. More average weapons are easily accessible in game. This might sound like an excuse but I think it's a good tradeoff.
Though handling a sword and shield is almost too common. So get I'll add that shields or other protective armories can be added no sweat.

@AshevelendarThat works. She can lift multiple light weight items then. Like several knives. But using them as effective projectiles takes practice.
