Hi there! I'm Rakan, I'm 27, and I've been roleplaying for about fourteen years now. I just got back into the roleplay scene about four months ago (I took a couple years break), and I'm excited to find cool people to roleplay with again! I'm very friendly, and I assure you I'm ecstatic to receive your message!
Rules for RPing with me
1. Quality > Quantity. This is a big one for me because I like an RP that flows well, and I don't like the stress of post-size requirements. My post-sizes fluctuate depending on what I'm given and what I have to say. I will grant this same courtesy to you, of course.
2. Third-Person Perspective. I only write in this perspective and, while I have tried to roleplay with people who use other ones, I just can't follow it very well. All of my partners will need to use this perspective. Sorry!
3. Fluent English. This is not to say that you can't make mistakes or that you have to possess a doctoral knowledge of the English language. But you must have the ability to speak it fluently and string together a decent sentence.
4. When Playing Canons. Playing canon characters is obviously a lot of playing it by ear, and I understand that. This guideline is mostly for any who want to play as Xayah. I feel like her personality is pretty clear cut, so it's a little easier to peg down than most. I don't mind veering outside of it, but at least aim close to center and not for left field, haha.
5. Ghosting. Please do not do this. If, for any reason during any point of the RP, you decide you don't want to continue, you have issue with a post, or anything that might cause you to stop replying/poof on me: Please just tell me. I would much rather know what happened, or try to remedy it if possible, than be left wondering. Constructive criticism on my posts is also welcome!
Pairings
- Rakan/Xayah; This is my all-time favorite pairing. This would be the one I would always go for.
- Rakan/Other League Champ; I would like to RP with other League champs, as well.
- Rakan/Other Canon; Canon characters from other media/universes are also very welcome.
- Rakan/Your OC; I also don't mind RPing Rakan with original characters, either!
