Defendia looked at the all damage everyone has done to the statues so far. "THIS is what they tried to attack us with? Such statues wouldn't even be worthy of being in my servant's yard!"

She looked up to the sky, particularly where the statue still in the sky was, and put her hand near her mouth. "OHOHOHOHOHOHO!"(6, has a 4 DT)

The shot fired out and despite Defendia's attempt to roll away from it, it managed to hit her leg through her dress, leaving a hole.

Good thing I got this armor enchanted on my travels. Wait, is that a hole on my leg? I PAYED GOOD MONEY FOR THIS DRESS! She gave herself some distance from the statues, and raised her hands towards the sky, giving the statues a grimace.

"You DARE to singe the clothes of Defendia? Come, my shields! Drown these ugly statues in a sea of metal!" Numerous shields appeared from above her, they slowly started to spin. "Hey, if anyone of you aren't a statue, I highly suggest getting out of the way." Defendia said, she didn't want to hit any cooks after all. "SHIELD BARRAGE!" The shields shot into the group of statues and people, with two more waves of shields being summoned and rained down.

Defendia watched as the horde descended. While it was bad for the town, it was the perfect chance for her to get her name out. Sure these things look dangerous, but you don't become famous without fighting a few tough things.

"I'll leave that one to you Freya." She said while making a small salute.

She leaped from the roof onto the ground, there's definitely no way she wanted to fight two of those things on such a small and elevated place like a roof.
Defendia pointed at a nearby creature, "I'll give you the honor of being the first of Defendia's city defense kill count."

"Y-yah, lets take the ladder." Defendia dejectedly said. I'll get it right the next time for sure!

Defendia decided to go up the ladder first, and looked onwards to the crowd. There was a statue and some colored flames.

"Hey, get up here already and tell me what you think is going on."

"Ladders? Preposterous! I'll just cast us a flight spell!"

Defendia took a deep breath. Remember what your teachers taught you. She started to incant. "Wind, I am the the one who invokes you wind, heed my call and grant us the power of flight!" Defendia threw her spell onto the ground, and the wind started to form around the two. The wind picked up, but was only able to at best blow a slightly strong breeze from under them, flipping up Defendia's dress.

"WAAAAAH!" Defendia yelled, trying to hold her dress down.

"The rooftops huh?"

Defendia weighed the pros and cons. On one hand, I look like a barbarian going from roof to roof. On the other hand, however, I get to rightfully place myself above all of them AND get a good view! The reason for the crowd forming didn't matter for her anymore, now she only cared to be above the common rabble, and the one that also stole her food.

"What are we waiting for then? To the rooftops!" She grabbed Freya's hand and ran off to try to find an area to reach the rooftops with, laughing all the while.

The bells rang in the middle of Defendia being complemented. Figures something would interrupt another one of my few moments of being praised, ugh.

Being asked to follow Freya, she looked towards the large crowd of people, then back at Freya to respond. "I guess I can allow you to accompany me." She looked back at the crowd, seeing a man who was more dirt than skin. "But there is no way I'll sully myself by standing around all those commoners."
