In the year 2033, humanity's destructive tendencies could no longer be controlled,in the span of only 7 hours thousands of nuclear weapons were fired all across the world. cities burned, oceans boiled, night turned to day for a split second, and the earth was thrown into a nuclear winter, debris and dust blocking out the sun, and the surface became dark. For thirteen years the air was too toxic for life to exist above ground. The rp will take place during the first 13 years of darkness. We would start just before the war breaks out, you can choose the relationship, female preferred.

Orion

The U.S.S. Orion was the first of a new breed of spacecraft, capable of near light and faster than light travel, powered by nuclear bombs and an alcubiere drive. It was almost five miles long and could stay in deep space indefinitely.
But there was one problem. It was gone, on activating the alcubiere drive it vanished, flying past the planet it was targeting and off into deep space.
We would play the crew of the Orion, simply trying to make it home or to another habitable planet

Remnants

The remnants of the u.s. military and a group of civilians work together to try and survive a nuclear winter on an abandoned military base. Some groups would take old, fixed up tanks and A.P.Cs to collect supplies while others in the group would stay on base, some could go out as foot soldiers. The rp could also include other weapons like missiles or aircraft for supporting ground troops.
