Jake sat and noticed the girl next to him, she was incredibly pretty; he had to make sure not to look too long as he didnt want to be seen as creepy. He could't look for long as the girl leaned over, his eyes were drawn to hers. He gave the young girl a puzzling look; he raised an eyebrow as he listened to her talk about aliens and tinfoil hats. Was she teasing him? Being mean? Joking to be funny or just being weird? He couldn't tell, he was stressed enough as it was with it being his first day at a new school. He couldn't figure out what her angle was.
He was about to speak, lips opening when she takes her tardy slip and heads for the door. " Sparky?" He said in a very soft tone, confused by the nickname he was given by the pretty, albeit a bit weird girl. Not long after she leaves he's given his schedule. "Jake, here is your schedule. You better hurry the bell is about to ring for class to start"
Jake lets out a soft sigh as he leans forward, standing up from the chair and takes his schedule. "Thanks..." He says in a low tone. He opened the large door for the office and made his way down the hall. It was packed as everyone made their way to their classes, Jake simply wanting to find his locker and his first class. The bell rings right as Jake opens his locker, putting his bag in and taking out a notebook and some pens.
The young man ruffles through his pocket and grabs his schedule, opening it and reading Great first class is English with Mr. Paulson. He wanders through the hallway until he finally finds the classroom, opening the door and walking inside. He doesn't say anything, instead finding an empty desk near the back which happens to be on the other side of the girl he met at the office.
