"Colonel first Olly. Heck he might give us some weapons." They walked around, asking for directions until someone pointed them to a building next to one of the large hangars. Jax and Olly entered and saw a few official military types standing around a table with a map of North Carolina spread out on it. A man with an Eagle insignia on his fatigues glanced up. The eagle marked him as the Colonel. "Ah. Our guests have awoken. Son, i'm terribly sorry about your eye." He said to Olly.

"I agree with you Olly. But we gotta stay calm at least until we figure out whats up." They walked out of the building onto asphalt. Trucks and humvee's drifted around like ants. Units of soldiers were practicing drills and making rounds, civilians were doing everyday tasks. The base was surrounded by a chainlink fence topped with barbed wire and lined with cement barriers on the inside and outside. The base itself consisted of 3 large aircraft hangars and two small ones, with other small buildings here and there and about 60 tents in one corner. Jax could smell the ocean on the wind, coming from behind the three big hangars. Jax and Olly had exited one of the smaller hangars. All in all, it was a nice spread.

"Dont jump the gun kid. We have no clue where we are or who's in charge. I bet this is that base that Cap was talking about. Lets go and find that Colonel fella. Then we raid the armory. Deal?" Jax laughed and clapped Oliver on the shoulder. "Keep that poker handy though, in case things head to Mexico."

"Oliver calm the fuck down! She wouldnt know!" Jax turned his attention to the nurse and smiled. "Ignore my young friend. He's a little overzealous." The nurse nodded, terrified and scurried away.

Jax saw clean clothes that werent his at the foot of his bed. He pulled on the jeans, white button up and NIKE's, and sat back on the bed.

Jax awoke with a dull throb in his chest. He looked down and saw he was shirtless with a bandage wrapped around his torso. He groaned as he sat up. He shooed the nurses away and looked around the room. He noticed Oliver in the bed next to his, a bandage around his face. "Hey, Olly! Are you up?" Jax asked frantically.

Fall of Vedrus

Leo strode to the dungeons with grace. One of his servants had come to him only moments before with news that the giant wished to speak to him. Leo sighed as he walked. He'd been feeling much better but the stress of both his wife and children leaving was taking a toll. He needed to release some frustration. He arrived at the beast's cell, entered and shooed the guards away. He didnt even speak, just dropped his robes and stood there, naked. Even though he was aging, his body was still in prime physical condition. He chuckled for a moment at the giant's confused expression. His chuckled soon turned to a rapid bark. He felt the wolf take over. He roared in the giants face and began mauling him. When Leo was finished, he observed his work. Guts and blood were sprayed across the walls. Strips of flesh and pieces of bloody bone littered the ground. Satisfied with the carnage, Leo returned to human form, donned his blood soaked robes and strode from the dungeons, a smile on his face.

Works for me. So its been 2 days since the incident. Since it was a 6 hour drive to the coast, we'll say they stopped at a gas station once, and got to the base around 4 in the morning? And now that they're at the base they have access to food and weapons and stuff, and i guess we'll go from there. Sound like a plan?

So i'm gonna time skip to when they're at the base, if that's cool. Jax will have been in a coma for 2 days. So you guys can decide what has happened within those two days, whether it be bad, good, or absolutely nothing, if thats all good with you guys?
