Bleach: Shinigami Duties [First Version]

This RP is a branch off from the Bleach universe, if you have not watched the anime or read the manga, I highly advise you to before applying for this RP. Even if you aren't going to participate here, I recommend the series anyway.

Description

As said above, this is a branch from the Bleach universe. In this, the Soul Society are discovering anomalous attributes in Hollows. An example would be a Pike Hollow (A stronger level normal Hollow) being almost the size of a Menos Grande. Most of these effects seem to be beneficial, surprises will be seen later.

Power Growth:

Every race measures power in Spiritual Pressure, which, quite literally is a signification of power, the larger and more heavy amount of Spiritual Pressure, the more power and the more skills.

Time

Ahh, the one thing nobody has enough of. Anyway, every 15 minutes you gain 1.05x your current Spiritual Pressure, that is if you are training by yourself, with a partner is 1.07x, and in a fight to the death/till unable to fight anymore is 1.3x your base Spiritual Pressure. Starting pressure is 500 for Soul Reapers, 600 for Quincy (due to the massive amount of reserve Reitsu they have) 900 for Fullbringers (Fullbringers are handpicked.) and 650 for Visored (Visored can be achieved by absorbing an Arrancar's power after killing it.)

Transformations

Transformations is everything from Bankai to Heilig Bogen, as a Soul Reaper, or Visored, you have a Sealed weapon, a Shikai, and a Bankai. A Sealed weapon is the first weapon achieved, to evolute from this, learn the name of your Zanpakuto (The Zanpakuto is the weapon.) doing this will grant you your Shikai. For Bankai, you must reach a high level, something resembling a Captain's strength, A Bankai can be a single attack, or a full on transformation. Visored have the same transformation techniques, with an added transformation named Hollowfication, using the power gained from absorbing an Arrancar's Hollow side, you can Semi-Hollowfy yourself,
equipping yourself with a mask and a large power boost. Fullbringers have the same transformation techniques as the Soul Reaper, with the added Second Shikai and Second Bankai, achieved by mixing experienced Fullbring powers with the normal Shikai and Bankai, if a Fullbring has an object of sort, they can channel their power into Reitsu weapons that protrude from the center, which would be the object, an example being a Substitute Soul Reaper Badge or a Soul Reaper Badge of any rank. Quincy have two transformations, Ginrei Kojaku and Heilig Bogen.
The Ginrei Kojaku allows the user to fire around 40 arrows at once with their Kojaku, while they gain a small boost in power. The Heilig Bogen can fire the normal 15 at once, but gives a large power boost.

My friend and I have decided to create a Bleach Roleplay. Like most interest checks, i'm asking if anyone is interested in our idea.

Before The Drop: Lore & Rules

This RP is focused on a story where bombs have been dropped over Greenland, both Americas, Russia, and Africa, four RPs will all be tied into one, all the RPs will take place in the selected bombed areas, this one takes place in the main place, Greenland, the snowfall has been drastically increased, the same goes with the temperature, it is so cold that you need to wear your clothing and several heating pads along with around five blankets placed together to get warmth at night, inside of a house, creatures are roaming the snowy desert (I say desert because it can be either sand or snow) along with cannibals and mutants, the whole place is a slaughter fest, you and many other people are stuck in this harsh place, all water and air transports to other countries are cut off, there is no land travel due to Greenland being its own body of land, have fun.

The place is just a charred mess, all of these animals are dangerous, creepy too, it's super hot, and the sandstorms are like, everyday, they are very fierce too, starvation and dehydration is common and the mutants are just taking it for themselves in their own cheaty way, nobody enjoys this, it's the opposite of what happened to Greenland (minus mutants and death) this is a terrible place to take refuge,
except the resistance, this place is housing the main resistance base, a huge, public scraptown, that is made to help people in the harsh wasteland, you might be thinking "What are they resisting?" well, they are resisting the NCC (Nuclear Corruption Clearing) a team of militaristic bastards running around looting everything and stealing it out of everyone's hands and killing everyone who has been effected by a virus, radiation, or any form of sickness caused by nuclear fallout, nobody enjoys them other then themselves.

APTK always (RTK is needed, there also needs to be build up before the death of the targeted opponent)

No HF or HF(InsertElementHere) though it is possible to find one due to the advanced technology, it is forbidden to find or use one.
Stuff characters do must be humanly possible (excluding mutants)
You need some sort of heated or bundled clothing during the day, or else you'd die of hypothermia (The opposite for Africa)
You'd probably understand everything by now, this is not a type war RP, this is turn based to due having to type a good amount of words before posting, multiple actions per turn is permitted always for any person/character

Adrian Benerto

Appearance: Adrian Benerto has Green eyes, a good amount of muscle mass, a vest laced with Kevlar and sewed on storage patches, the back and front of the vest has metal plates welded on, parts of the plates are filled with a Non-Newtonian fluid much like water, but when hit fast enough whatever was targeting it would fly off, the only exception is bullets due to the extreme force from the bullet, he has long sleeves with elbow pads made of strong plastics and metals, the same goes for his knee pads, he has a White and Gray camo jacket and shirt that he uses for his rifle work, he has a hood that keeps him warm from the unwanted breeze, he has a bandanna to protect his face and thin cloth to cover his eyes, but still let him see through

Weapons: His sniper rifle is made of reinforced top tier metal and has custom .90 caliber incendiary bullets with magazines that hold six shots in each, he has an old knife and his sidearm is a .44 Magnum which he calls the "Ghost" over his back next to his rifle he owns a baseball bat laced with chains and nails.

Bio: He was born in as an only child, it wasn't before the war, it was just as it was now, china had launched nukes targeting the countries that were in war against each other and came out victorious, but caused severe damage to the civilians, Adrian explored around for a long time, he was given his own knife by his father to defend himself when he went out to explore the icy dangerous land, he came near death one day watching a group of scavver cannibals trying to kill everything they'd see for food and water, preferably mutants or humans them being cannibals, but the NSS came along and shot down the group before he was caught, that gave him time to run, from the people who saved him, the NSS kill everyone they see who had been born into the land or has gotten any sickness of any kind caused by the nuclear fallout, there was no exceptions for pregnant mothers, parents, or children, didn't matter your age, your condition, just merciless death, at this time he is now 26 years old and lives in Slide Town, a paradise for people who are living in the wasteland.
