"Yeah, like being sent to another world against our will is super exciting," Rachel remarked sarcastically with a roll of her eyes, glancing at the Dorumon. This shit sounded straight out of a TV show or something, "I mean, anyone can write an email like that in our world. It came off as spam to me, honestly."

It was the truth, she didn't think for a second she was going to be transported here. Rachel looked down at her digivice on her wrist before she was suddenly tackled down by something. She gasped, startled. She looked down at a pretty happy looking real life stuff animal.

"Hi there!" The high pitch voice cheered happily, "Why were you so shocked? I'm so happy to see you." He bounced on the ground as Rachel stood back up, dusting her clothes off.

"Maybe warning me would've been great!" She groaned, looking over at him, "What's your name, little guy?" He packed a punch for something so small.

"My name is Sunmon! It's nice to meet you, Rachel!" He grinned happily, jumping into Rachel's arms.

"You know my name?" She blinked, not even surprised anymore. Maybe it will be better if she stopped questioning everything in this goddamn world.

"Of course I do!" Sunmon chimed, "I've been waiting to see you for so long, Rachel."

Rachel sighed, turning back to Dorumon, "Well, looks like we don't have much of a choice. We're pretty stranded." To think they were in this kind of situation was kind of odd.

"Yay! Rachel and I are gonna be the best of friends." Sunmon squealed happily while Rachel sweatdropped.

"Yeah I sure hope so." She smiled, not being able to be able to really make a smart comment at the happy Digimon. She couldn't really stay upset over tackling her over only moments ago.
She was shocked and terrified. All these monsters were coming at them all. Her breath, caught in her throat as she watched her new friends fight against these monsters. She wonders if she could possibly turn back time and end up in her bed again, like none of this ever happened.

She's shaking, trembling at the thought of fighting all of these monsters. She never really was confrontational, even in an argument, but she knew one thing...

She couldn't just stand around and let these new friends die, not let herself die. She wanted to be a psychologist one day, a pillar of support to those in the world that need her. She wanted to watch her clients grow, and eventually be able to stand on their own two feet. She wanted to be a symbol of the world. In her own way.

She couldn't let herself weigh herself down now. Not now, and not ever. These creatures needed to be vanquished and vanquished, they would be.

A long cry came onto her lips, "PERSONA!" She cried as she watched the Persona, being summoned as an ice triangle thawed out rapidly, showing a woman with pale skin. Caucasian-skinned woman wearing a victorian-styled white dress and slippers of sapphire on her feet, her wings are akin to those of a dove and wearing a crown of white diamonds on top her long golden locks. ...She, however, only looks like this at a glance, a closer look would find that the skin is of porcelain, all of his joints unnaturally being spheres of silver and having no facial features whatsoever, save for a seemingly painted on the smile of gentleness and serenity. A wand had a sphere at its top, but glowing with enough of an intense light to look like she had grabbed the tail of a shooting star, a sparkling glitter of tiny diamond shards flying off the wand's top with every movement. When doing an action, be it healing or attacking with her, her mouth opens up as if about to giggle at the enemy.

A whip came into Hitomi's hands, swinging it around. It was coated with ice and struck her opponents around her. While her Persona, Glinda, the good witch, fired a powerful ice spell at the approaching enemies in the distance. They were both careful not to strike their enemies.

She would not lose this battle. She still had so much to do.

Rachel was surprised at the talking dinosaur. What the hell was with everyone? Did they seriously not question why there was a talking reptile standing there? Why did people think they could trust him? They didn't even know him. Better yet, why the hell was anyone fucking questioning this? That thing could have different intentions.

She almost snorted as she saw Kei whack Dorumon with his sketchbook. Kid's got guts, she'll give him that. However, she was still skeptical about this creature.

"Was wondering if you could tell me why your names end in 'mon'." She retorted with a heavy sigh, "You're certainly an odd one." Purple dinosaurs. Geez, this sounded fairly familiar to her. Maybe in a past life or something? She didn't know.

She still stayed cautious and narrowed her eyes at the Dorumon, "Name's Rachel." She introduced herself, "Can you tell us why we're here?" It was worth a shot, but she doubted it.
“Hey, I’m sorry for being late.”

Rachel looked over to see her sister walking through the door, closing it. She was sitting on the brown leather couch. Her emerald eyes glanced from the comic book she was reading over to Lilly.

“It’s alright, did you have a good time at your friend’s?” She asked curiously, going back to the book, flipping a few pages.

“Yeah, Delia was pretty happy that everyone showed up to her party. Wished you would’ve come though.” Lilly knew Rachel had some stuff to do. She was still taking self defense classes a few blocks away at the same time.

“The timing would’ve been great if it wasn’t at that time. Sorry, sis.” Rachel sighed, deciding to mark the page in her book, setting it on the desk. She quickly grabbed her laptop to listen to some music that she hadn’t illegally download. Well, at least not yet.

“Don’t worry about it.” Lilly walked over to the the rocking chair across from her, sitting down. The blonde haired girl crossed her pale arms across her chest, “They wanted to tell you hi. You should hang out with them some time with me.” She grinned, “It’ll be fun.”

Rachel sighed, grabbing a small bag of chips by the comic book she put down, grabbing one out of it. She munched on it, ignoring the fact it was almost midnight and she really shouldn’t be eating anything this late, but you live only once, “Not too sure if I’m fond of Sierra and her clique though. Rose had a pretty bad falling out with them. They literally called those bastards over there to harass them the night I saved her.” She started typing out her password on the computer while she was talking to her sister.

“Eh, I tolerate them.” Lilly shrugged before plopping onto the couch, nudging her older sister on the shoulder, “You could see Jack though. It would be great to see you two interact again…”

“Are you implying I should date him?” Rachel rolled her eyes, “He’s just a kid who sits behind me in study hall, you know?” This was irritating. Just because she made one male friend does not mean he’s boyfriend material, “He just talks to me.”

Lilly chuckled, “Eh, he’s a nice kid. Gets bullied by a couple of people you kicked around when you were a sophomore.” She remembered that pretty well. She walked into it too.

“Yeah, I remember getting suspended for that. Mom was pretty pissed.” Rachel shivered at her mom’s anger. She was one scary woman. At least she was on a work trip right now. She clicked to view her emails only to find a odd one.

The hell was that? It was from an unknown person.
What a joke.

“Jeez,” Rachel laughed, closing out the email before shutting her laptop, “That’s some high class email scam.” She said sarcastically, rolling her eyes, putting her laptop by the comic book and chips, yawning.

“What? Did you get one of those ‘wait now and you’ll win such and such’ emails?” Lilly asked, tilting her head to the side playfully.

“Eh, it’s worse, it’s like they never tried to make it obvious.” She sat up, yawning once again, “Damn, I’m getting sleepy all of a sudden. You shouldn’t stay up too late, you have a Volleyball tournament tomorrow morning.” She stretched out, walking into her room to go to sleep.

XXXX

Beep beep BANG!

A punch to the alarm clock next to Rachel’s bed was knocked to the wooden tile floor. Rachel groaned, rolling over in her bed, wanting more sleep, but the alarm kept screaming and it was unfortunately out of her reach now.

“God damnit.” She groaned, sitting herself upright, removing the covers to shut the alarm off, only to realize it was near 9am.

Was her sister up yet? She had to check…

She rushed out of the room into her sister’s room, opening the door, “Lilly?!” She yelled only to noticed that she wasn’t in the room.

Well, she probably got up to go then, but wait, her Volleyball stuff was in her room.

That’s odd. It seemed like she did leave, but just to make sure...

Rachel immediately looked in the bathroom to see that Lilly wasn’t there. She raced into the kitchen, noticing there was no sight of her sister. She looked around in the living room as well. It was like her sister forgot her stuff or something.

Rachel rushed into her room, grabbing a few clothes and throwing them on before running out of her house, running to see if her sister had been around either.

Everything, was pretty damn bare for Chicago. On a Saturday morning nonetheless. In fact, it had be the first time in her life that she hadn’t seen anyone around the streets.

What the hell is happening?

Anxiety came crashing around, feeling her heart sank. Did some purge happen while she was asleep or something? What the fuck? Or was she blocking people out so much at this point she couldn’t see them anymore?

Ha, if only she was that lucky. Something else was going on. She decided to speed up her running. Now, she decided she needed to find at least someone.

“This is crazy.” She muttered. It was like straight out of a comic book or something. Did aliens abduct people or something? I mean, she would probably piss them off pretty badly.

She stopped, scratching the back of her head, “Oh hell no, this better not be a real thing. I hope I’m dreaming.” She sighed, deciding to look around for people.

Hitomi couldn't help but notice that some of them were still terrified that this Rabbit was going to kill them all. Eh, then why did he saved them? He could've easily let them all be killed right there, but choose not to. They were just letting the trauma of being sent here drive them crazy. Sure, she was worried herself, but having it get to her head wasn't going to help the situation get better.

She listened to the Rabbit answering all their questions. Hitomi thought she could possibly understand what the White Rabbit was saying, "Let me see if I'm following with your answer; are these shadows the things that are made from the hearts and minds of people in our world?" She was surprised at the words of the children being captured, "If you need our help to save the lost children, then I'm sure that you do have some sort of a plan in mind to what we can do, right?" She couldn't imagine what was going to happen to them if they didn't try to help those children.

The shot that was fired at Gale's head took her completely by surprise. Her eyes widened at the sight of it but noticed there was no blood coming out of it. He wasn't in his normal form either. The light from him dimmed and it seems he was very...small now. She thought Gale was kind of...adorable at this point.

The White Rabbit's request then came out to them.

Hitomi found herself clenching her fists. She couldn't just sit here when all these children were getting hurt. She wanted to save them. They didn't deserve what was done to them. She took a step forward and spoke, "I'm in, but I do have another question for you, sir." She sighed, "I want to know what we can do to prepare for fighting the Queen. You have to have some sort of plan for us to prepare. Otherwise, you wouldn't have brought us here in the first place."
Yeah, this place looked a little too familiar to the media of Alice in Wonderland. It was weird, what the heck was even happening? Why was it happening? Hitomi found herself panting after they had entered the Alice in Wonderland esque area. She was surprised so many people have gathered along with her, but it was sad, what happened back there earlier. That poor kid...

She swallowed the lump in her throat that had come up at her throat at the thought of being at the receiving end of that attack for real. Was that what they were going to have to deal with in this world? That was scary but they all had to have gotten send here for a reason.

The White Rabbit told them to relax and Hitomi dusted herself off, sighing, trying to find the right questions to ask. She had so many of them, so many of them. It was driving her crazy.

"How do the Physics work? How come we were sent here in the first place?" Hitomi wondered, "We're just a couple of normal group of people and..." She was cut off by the transforming of the White Rabbit, causing her to be shocked at the transformation, watching a boy fall over. Hitomi kept her ground this time but was shocked. However, she knew the White Rabbit wasn't going to hurt any of them.

"We should calm down, he won't hurt us. He saved us, after all." Would be pretty weird if he did try to kill them, " She took a step foreward, trying to show the others maybe not to be afraid of the White Rabbit that just transformed, "I don't mean to bombard you with questions, White Rabbit, sir. Forgive me for asking another question, I just want anwsers as everyone else here. How is this world exist with our own?" She didn't want to come off as rude but she was being polite as she could
