@Flamelord, well, think of the silver age comic books, or the Saturday morning comic books. Finch's gimmick is glass. So maybe he holds up a diamond exchange (clear jewels = glass) or traps a few important people in glass boxes (terrariums?) and holds them for a ransom from the city he doesn't expect to get. Just for sheer shock value. What would Finch do to boost sales of "Bad Guy Merchandise" or be so audaciously over the top that he attracts heroes just for a fight?
@Flamelord, Perhaps a 'celebrity' heist? Something big, flashy and ultimately just to keep Finch visible among the villains of the city?
