I assume you mean Batwoman, the studying in Japan & Namda Parbat was a copy & paste that needed to be edited, but missed it. We could just have one of the fleet ships called Japan and another called Namda Parbat, or I could edit those names out.
Hell Superman came back from the dead, got split into Red & Blue version, yet he still comes back like nothing ever happened. But numerous comic characters get better from the illness known as death.
I didn't know about the "adopted cousin" thing. Most of the time she's named Kara Zor-el. This Supergirl is different, though.
DCAU was my first real exposure to Superman & Supergirl, them actually being cousins and not just a cover story seems weird to me.
1) The appearance says human, not humanoid or Kryptonian, or . Extremely minor problem.
I use human to refer to any picture that is not their costumed appearance.
2) I was assuming they died, but I can change that if you want to use the characters. Why did the humans give up, though, if two Kryptonians were still alive to fight for them? Did Darkseid give them Kryptonite poisoning or almost kill them with magic? Did he wait until they were off-world to attack, then sterilize the world before they got back?
Just take whatever you assumed they died of and change died to weakened or rendered unconscious.
Or this: Darkseid uses the equation to turn heroes, civilians, and villains alike into mindless slaves.
3) She's named "Jessica" throughout the power description.
Forgot to change that.
At the end, Lex Luthor and Darkseid both touch it and disappear. Did it kill them?
I assumed they ascended to a form of life unbound by the physical, they died, or went to another universe.
The truth: Although it is not made clear in "Destroyer" what happens to Luthor and Darkseid, Dwayne McDuffie has stated that they were both absorbed into the Source Wall.
4) Also, they are genetic cousins, so kind of incestuous. It's fine if you don't care, though.
In the DCAU Kal-El & Kara In-Ze have the same familial relationship as you and I do. The "cousin" thing was pure fiction to help establish Kara's human identity.
Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Terr's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. Her biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and her bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure. Heat Vision: Terr can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. She can vary the heat and area affected. Super-Hearing: Terr's hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, she can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency. Enhanced Vision Terr's vision processes the entire electromagnetic spectrum as well as allowing vast control over selective perception and focus. Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: Terr can see well into most of the electromagnetic spectrum. She can see and identify radio and television signals as well as all other broadcast or transmitted frequencies. Using this ability, she can avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. This also allows her to see the aura generated by living thing. Telescopic Vision: This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera. X-Ray Vision: This is the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. Terr can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there. She can focus this ability to "peel back" layers of an object, allowing hidden image or inner workings to be observed. The exact type of energy perceived - such as x-rays, cosmic rays, or some other energy invisible to normal humans - is unclear. This ability perceives an ambient energy source though; it does not involve the eye projecting a concentrated, possibly toxic, beam to be reflected back from objects. Microscopic Vision: This is the ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the atomic level. Infrared Vision: Terr can see with better acuity in darkness and to a degree in total darkness. Flight: Terr is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction. Invulnerability: Due to the interaction of her dense molecular structure and supercharged bio-electric aura, Terr is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, she can extend this protection against toxins and diseases. Superhuman Stamina: Terr is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on his body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep. Superhuman Strength: Terr's strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of her musculature. Her strength is more an act of conscious will on energy fields than actual physical strength. It is this act of conscious will that enables her to perform physical feats that are beyond the mere application force, such as moving a mountain top without said rock crumbling under its own mass. Superhuman Speed: Terr is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to her perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time. This also confers: Superhuman Agility & Superhuman Reflexes Super-Breath: Terr is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. She can chill the air as it leaves her lungs to freeze targets. She can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into her lungs. Mimicry: Through a combination of super hearing and precise muscle control, Terr can imitate another person's voice.
Weaknesses: Vulnerability to Magic & Kryptonite
Equipment: Nightwing Costume
Personality: Terr’s bright and often vivacious demeanour hides a steely determination beneath. The job that she does for the fleet is a serious one. Yet, as far as Terr is concerned, there’s a place for levity as well. She’s not intense, brooding or any way foreboding. Nightwing is, perhaps, the popular face of super-heroing. Batman may wage a one-man-war on crime, Superman may well be the light to lead humanity into its next epoch, Wonder Woman may be on a mission to bring peace to ‘man’s world, but Nightwing doesn’t have any such agenda. She’s just using the powers she’s been given to try to make the world a better place.
Terr’s civilian life is something she holds very dear: Nightwing is a super-hero, something of a celebrity a pin-up and the subject of countless internet fake images, but that’s not Terr. Terr runs engineering, drinks wine, and loves pizza. She watches rom-coms, enjoys junk TV and heavy metal music.
Back story: Three years after the destruction of Earth Superman & Galatea eventually started a relationship as the last of their kind. A year later Galatea gave birth to a daughter. Terr received the same training that Galatea received from Cadmus or as close approximation that Galatea could replicate. Kal was in charge of keeping her grounded and humble. Just like his parents did for him. During school Terr showed a natural affinity for all things mechanical. She would tear down and rebuild machines on almost a daily basis. She began an apprenticeship in engineering of the ship she was born on. To help combat the bounty hunters sent after Bruce Wayne and his lieutenants Temperance turned to Terr to build several machines and traps to reduce their numbers. Terr made them where Temperance could easily activate them with her technopathy. Terr wanted to help even though she was not one of the lieutenants but Temperance refused. Terr didn't listen and followed Temperance to the location and hid. From her hiding spot she was provided cover fire with her heat vision.
Anyone who wants to play the child of Bruce & Talia, according to the bio I am writing for my Batman Beyond character, that child is the sole child Bruce ever fathered.
Acrobatics Aviation Disguise Driving Eidetic Memory Escapology Gadgetry Genius Level Intellect Gymnastics Indomitable Will Interrogation Intimidation Investigation Martial Arts: is a master of at least four disciplines, such as Jujutsu & Kung Fu. Multilingualism: Known to be fluent in French, German, Kaznian, and Spanish. Singing Stealth Swordsmanship Fencing Tactical Analysis Throwing Ventriloquism Marskmanship
Powers: Technopathy: the ability to mentally control technological constructs, computers, robots, hardware and other devices that can be termed as "technology".
Weaknesses: Same as any human. Batsuit runs on a battery which needs to be recharged. Certain features of the Batsuit drain the battery faster than others.
Equipment: A.L.F.R.E.D. (A.I.)
A frequency scanner to pick up hot spots. A lock decipher. A remote kill function that can externally deactivate the suit from the Batcave. A retractable PIN or password decipherer in the form of a key on the right index finger. Bolas Bugs Built-in cloaking device that enables almost complete camouflage. It allows camouflage extending into the visible light and infrared frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum. A countermeasure used by Commissioner Barbara Gordon to this in one incident where she was hunting Batman down was through tracking him using an ultraviolet light to illuminate him. Built-in rebreather for underwater combat/exploration. Can uplink with the Batmobile for remote piloting. Disk can be fired from the top of the wrist. Dispensable Batarangs with a range of auxiliary functions, such as producing electric shocks, explosive, & restraining/reeling in. However, there is a limit to the amount of Batarangs the Batsuit can dispense. Drug identifier, utilized by dipping fingers into the substance. Electrical discharges throughout the suit that can be activated by pushing the button on the belt. Electromagnetic pads in the soles of the boots enabling him to cling to walls and ceilings. Enhanced ballistic protection. Enhanced visual assistance that allows her to see in the dark (visual from the Batsuit can be fed back to the main computer in the Batcave; it can also receive visual from the main computer, allowing for superior tactical planning). The visor can also serve as digital binoculars and an infra-red filter as well as a scanner. Explosives Fire extinguisher bomb/capsules Flashbang grenades. Flexicuffs. Forearm spikes that can extend out. Geiger counter Grappling guns built into the forearms. Knockout gas pellets Launchable tracers Minimal increase in flexibility Neuromuscular amplification, enhanced strength by a factor of ten, ultimately allowing her to lift up to 1700 lbs. Personal communicator allows her to keep in constant contact with Bruce at the Batcave. Portable bag Recorder Retractable claws which can be used to slice or facilitate climbing. Retractable wings under the arms to glide on. Retractable tweezers Rocket boots enabling limited flight. Sensitive touch microphone on index and middle fingers that permits eavesdropping through solid surfaces. Sensors that work as a polygraph. Significantly resistant to heat, electricity, water, and vibrations, but only slightly resistant to radiation. Smoke pellets. The belt buckle also serves as a buzz saw to get out of a room quickly or to cut through denser material. Tranquilizer darts Welding tool Wrist-mounted laser capable of melting metal and stunning his opponents.
Personality: Temperance is a hot-head, a talker, and tends to be more social than perhaps someone with her night life should be. Being a bad-girl growing up helped to instill a rebellious streak in her that would follow through her starting career as Batwoman. It has also been noted that she is a bit hard-headed and sometimes requires learning things the hard way.
Caring for her paralyzed father have helped to calm her some, as well as allowed her to improve upon skills she once lacked. Her abilities of observation have improved, and she has even managed to tone down her willingness to attack first and talk later. Though Temperance is still a wild card that may go overboard in getting the job done, her intentions are most often in the right place even if her means are rough.
Temperance takes after Bruce in the fact she has a good heart, though she isn't as stern and serious as his father.
Brief Bio: Temperance is the product of one Bruce's many liaisons. Temperance is the only child Bruce ever fathered. Temperance was one of the survivors of Darkseids attack, her mother was unfortunately not so lucky. She never knew her father until after she found herself on one of the ships in Bruce's fleet. After Bruce discovered Temperance & his connection to her, he took her in. He trained her to take over the fleet eventually. Bruce taught Temperance everything he knew about management and about being a crime fighter. She was put in charge of security throughout the entire fleet. When bounty hunters were sent after Bruce and all his lieutenants, she gathered them all in one place to make a stand. This location was prepped in advance to eliminate as many of the bounty hunters as possible before the fight ever started. At the end of the fight all the bounty hunters were dead, Bruce was paralyzed from the waist down, and sixty percent of the lieutenants were dead.
Hey @Revans Exile, just a slight mistake in your post. You mention Shayan when I think you mean Khazo: Shayan has yet to arrive from the engine room with his units. Khazo's the one with the hostage.
Felicia & Watters arrived at Khazo and his hostage's location from different directions within seconds of each other. "Watters don't fire on the person in the weird armor, he or she is from one of the ships that is helping shoot Covenant boarding craft."
Watters watched in fascination of Felicia. "I think that is some form of mind control being employed." Taber thought aloud. Watters took aim with her assault rifle to kill the elite as soon as opening presented itself.
I know the Era and stuff is wrong. Could I do something like the ARC was put on ice and only thawed out like a year ago? I could find a reason. If that works?
This is set thousands of years before any of the movies. Give up on the idea of using a Jango Fett clone. Move on to another character idea.
