Ahsoka as she is now, would reluctantly destroy R2 if it got in the way. Galen would destroy R2 simply because it is working for the enemy.
Ahsoka & R2 were close. I wonder how R2 would react to Ahsoka now they are on opposing sides.
Ahsoka & Galen arrived at the main airlock. It was already under attack. Ahsoka used the blaster portion of her hybrid weapon. Galen yanked the blaster rifle out of a Stormtrooper's hands. He pulled that blaster to himself and used it to fire upon the Stormtroopers.

When more came through to replace the losses Galen used Force Blast to violently push them and the bodies of the previous boarders back through the airlock. Ahsoka addressed Luke. "We got this from here, do what you need but I suggest leaving the droids here unless needed elsewhere and sealing the airlock. We will find another way back." Ahsoka and Galen rushed through the airlock. Ahsoka shut the airlock as she went through. On the other side Ahsoka grabbed one of the Stormtroopers that was still alive and using Mind Trick forced him to tell her where the tractor beam generator was located. After receiving directions she compelled the man to cause as much damage as possible to the ship.

Ahsoka and Galen headed to the tractor beam generator as stealthily as possible. The mind tricked Stormtrooper went off to parts unknown to do damage to the ship or until the compulsion wore off.
Whatever happened to R2-D2 & C-3PO in this version of Star Wars history?
I'll post tomorrow real early in the morning. I thought I give someone else a chance to reply before I had Ahsoka and Galen react to Luke's orders but apparently that ain't happening.
@GenniSorry no energy sword she wont be killed today.
Just because the bad girl with the Energy Sword doesn't die doesn't mean she can't lose it. I.e. a Freelancer agent punches her in the gut so hard it makes her drop the sword and said Freelancer agent or another picks it up and runs off into the sunset with a shiny new toy. Or something like that.

Years ago when they were first getting Jurassic World up and running they approached Jackson Thompson to be in charge of guest safety and asset reduction. After spending several months watching and learning. The first day of active duty he was admiring a Velociraptor up close. This was before Owen Grady showed up on the island. The Velociraptor was not properly secured like he was told. Jackson was clawed across the face. After the doctor fixed him up and he wasn't being affected by the drugs given to him, he went to the fool who was responsible for securing the Velociraptor. The fool was the Paddock Supervisor for the Velociraptor. Jackson forced the Paddock Supervisor to stare at his scars. "Next time you secure a Velociraptor this badly I am going to throw you into the middle of the Paddock along with Velociraptors. Your only hope is to run very fast, but a tub of lard like you wouldn't get very far, and the park can forego feeding the Velociraptors once that day.

After Jurassic World closed he took numerous big game hunters who wanted to hunt dinosaurs with him to Isla Muerta. It was one of the islands less used by InGen but never the less it housed dinosaurs. All of the big game hunters signed a waiver that in the case of injury, maiming, or death shielded Jackson from liability.

When they decided to reopen Jurassic World they contacted him to merge his previous position with that of the deceased Katashi Hamada.
Virginia was in the mess hall when she got the message to report. She wasn't in a hurry, she grabbed the food she wanted and ate. When she finished her food she made her way to the meeting. Before entering the room she had Gamma activate the Active Camouflage. She then slipped in and got the tail end of the speech. She sat down beside Idaho just as Gamma deactivated the Active Camouflage.

Gamma then informed Virginia of the message. Virginia then looked over at Idaho. "I'm thinking your have a pretty good chance of being one of the twenty percenters. As for your enthusiasm for the Energy Sword, they have a limited battery life that is quickly drained in battle. Then it is absolutely useless, the battery can't be replaced or recharged. The Sangheili's Energy Dagger however is a far better weapon. Have yet to see it run out of battery, but it doesn't work once removed from their armor."
EDIT: Is it bad that I just spent twenty minutes recolouring an excited, bouncing girl gif so she looked like Idaho? XD

No because I see it being needed later.
Appearance: http://www.reellifewithjane.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/avatar-stephen-lang.jpg (but twenty years younger looking)

Name: Jackson "JT" "Jacks" Thomasson

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Asexual

Occupation: InGen Security Division, Former United States Marine Corps Critical Skills Operator

Personality: He has seen combat in nearly every armed conflict since he was eighteen. He is exceptionally good at killing and it hasn't bothered him since he was twenty-two. He doesn't care about civilians at all, they are weak and useless.

Skills/Abilities: Direct action*, special reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, unconventional warfare, psychological warfare, killing, and blowing shit up real good

Frailties: Getting along with civilians, doing anything besides combat

Backstory: As a child he was taught that weakness is a curse, that the weak were a parasite upon the strong holding them back. His father taught him to hunt, not dear but big game, by the time he was eighteen he has hunted every big game animal on the planet. He eventually found hunting to be unfulfilling of anything but his dietary needs. He joined the Marine Corps so he could hunt the only other game on the planet, human. Humans never proved boring. Shortly after finishing his Critical Skills Operator training he was dishonorably discharged for [CLASSIFIED]. He tried his hand at conventional jobs but that kind of life left him jumpy, irritable, and restless. He was ultimately approached by InGen Security Division. He has been tasked with hunting and killing out of control on several occasions. Those occasions were when he felt the most alive, he was scared out of his mind he wouldn't trust anyone who wasn't. He hates himself for not being at Jurassic World when Idominus rex rampaged throughout the park, but circumstances beyond his control, appendicitis, left him hospitalized in an InGen medical facility in Costa Rica.

Former experience with Jurassic Park/World: He is the go to person for maintaining order when all other measures have failed, by any means necessary. His work usually has a high body count due his pension for sacrificing InGen personnel to resolve the situation, due to this his work within InGen is kept secret to only a select few.

*Direct Action: Short-duration strikes and other small-scale offensive actions conducted as a special operation in hostile, denied, or politically sensitive environments and which employ specialized military capabilities to seize, destroy, capture, exploit, recover, or damage designated targets.
