Between the fallout of the Balkan War and the final battle with Nemid, nearly everyone is still in an intense recovery phase. If you find anyone you could ask, it’s likely you won’t be getting their 100%.

It wouldn’t be the first time he’s been in such a situation. But regardless, even assuming he lived, he wasn’t in prime condition anyways. You can likely count him out for the actual fighting.
