You're pretty amazing, Kat.

*Beams proudly*
Thank you! I like to think so too. Means a lot coming from someone who’s also probably capable of some cool stuff.

When's the martial art lesson?

<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Does it work without you thinking about it?

I mean, I guess not technically. But it’s such a trivial thing for me that it’s practically subconscious.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Thats good news. Hows everything else? You been holding up ok? After... what the amaranthine did to you? Not gonna lie, I still blame myself partially for that. I tried to stop them.... but I'm just glad to still have you here.

*Frowns*
There’s not much I’ve experienced that has made me feel less human. But I only blame one person for that. And that person isn’t you. If not for you and Ona, I might be gone, and that version of me would be the only one still left.

If you'll let me.

<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

That's very neat! I like the idea of that.

It’s very convenient. Spending the time to physically micromanage every minute part of myself would get tedious.
@Revolutionary

... so what's been happening on your side of things? You guys stopped Nemid?

Complicated. In a nutshell, yes. We don’t have to worry about him anymore, at least for a long, long time.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

How does that work?

Depends on the part. Its usually all internal, and easy. I can most easily describe it as being made of “smart materials” where I can restore parts of me to proper form just by thinking about it basically. It boils down to basically being made of machinery, while also having a regeneration factor like you see a lot of superhumans have… Just to put it in as plain English as I can.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Do you ever have to do spot repairs? Say if something breaks while you’re doing field work?

Only as a result of combat, where something is actively trying to do me harm.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Is there any danger in that?

Nope, not at all. Even in worst case scenarios, if I botch something on myself to the point I lose the ability to fix it, I have my dad and brother both who are more than capable of helping set it right. It’s never happened, but knowing that can be a fallback is nice.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Do your parts wear out from use?

By design, as little as possible. Which is so little you can basically treat it as not at all, especially when I have the benefit of replacing, maintaining and even upgrading things whenever I want or need.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Thank you! It comes with a lot of perks, like not aging.

We relate on that front.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

Not naturally. There are some very strange exceptions to the rule, but anyone from that world who isn’t a sad freak is made of water.

Very intriguing. Very cool.
