Sorry guys, I've been posting super inconsistently lately. :/ Just took my dog to the vets and they're telling me his condition could be all these serious things ("it could range from a parasite to obstruction to cancer") but they can't even narrow it down, then they wanted to charge me fucking $1158 for all these tests, xrays, and injections when they don't even know what's wrong with him. Still had to pay up $300 for some general bloodwork and pancreatis testing and I'm just pissed off with how vague they are with my dog's condition. Plus the ridiculous fees they wanted to pay me up front.

I was planning to post as soon as I got home but I'm reeeeaally not feeling it atm. I'll post later before dinner, though that shouldn't affect anyone bar Buns. Buns if you want to, please feel free to use Angel. From your last post, he'd agree with your guys all passively/calmly and do whatever they want to do really.

Sorry for the inconveniences lately ><
Sweet, managed to post for Angel in time, even after reading Pacman's post. :D Hah! I'm gonna post for the others later tonight.
EDIT: sorry for the bail, I fell asleep orz

Good luck with the power outage, Kei! I think my fam's undergoing those in Bataan right now, coupled with some flooding. :/ Some of them are updating FB, some haven't been on in a couple of days. I'm a bit concerned for them atm but they seem to be all right. I hope you guys at least aren't facing anything too dangerous out there! ;w;

"Non-mage?" Angel said following Moira's grin. Which he managed to not be creeped out by when most strangers probably would have been. "That really depends on what you classify as a mage, dear."

He chuckled and made his way back to the windowsill, then leaning on it as he gazed at the nature just outside these walls. His posture and overall composition was much too relaxed to be considered ready to stop an incoming heist. From his sleeve he rolled out a single die, casually chucking it up and catching it as it fell. Over and over again...

Syed mentioned something about sensing magic the previous night, though that didn't phase Angel in the slightest. "That's expected. A lot of students here have inherited or studied some form of magic too. You'd be surprised at what you find." Angel chucked his die in the air and caught it in his palm. Five. He grinned. "Now whether they were useful or not is its own question."

The communicator suddenly buzzed with voices. Had they...? Oh. No, it was just one of the guilders being bored, and his sister replying with utmost dignity as always. At the end of Rose's demure-voiced response was a loud neigh, which to anyone else would have sounded like an extremely nasty sneeze. To top that off, a squeaky "Over!" chirped up immediately after, and ended Rose's line.

Angel clicked the communicator in an effort to repeat back the same results, only to laugh really hard instead. He ended his laughter with a "Whoo....... over," before clicking it back off.

Before Angel could say anything further during all the bickering, Dalia suddenly screamed with Estelle's and Aria's voices taking action - followed by silence. Angel merely stared at the contraption and whistled lowly. "Soooo... they found the thief. Told you guys statues were too cliche."
Mmmyesss *rubs hands together maliciously* My sig shall hypnotize you all!

Anyway I'm in class atm but I'm gonna try to at least squeeze in a post for Angel (if not more) during my break later. We'll see what happens. :) I'll update here if I'm unable to get that up though, for Buns' sake haha.

Amy hadn't cracked a single smile during all of Lucien's puns, though he himself was tearing up from the ingenuity of it all. Thankfully he had stopped himself before Amy lost it from the constant chatter. He suggested booby traps, though quickly recanted that suggestion with another one instead.

"That might work," she added once Lucien looked to her. "The bear. It might not be able to directly track the thief, but for patrolling and sniffing out anyone else approaching us..." she looked around as she spoke. Indeed the courtyard was so much more spacious without all the exhibits lying around. "It might work."

Amy twirled the staff in her hand. The gem atop it glowed faintly. "Maybe we should split. I can sense movement if it's close enough." She twitched her lips afterwards and again looked away from the duo. It was heartbeat based, and she used this tactic to manuever through dust and fog as she had in Vandrell and Los Paraisos - but anything as simple as a guard or a squirrel could throw her off. Still, it was something at least.

From far away, Trixie shared the same sentiment as her elder. "Maybe we should split! Cuz if we all hang around one side of the garden, you know he could just come in through the other side." She giggled. "That's what I would do, anyways."

The prankster then pointed to her nose. "Plus my nose is really, really good. If I smell him out, I can scream to you guys and then, hurray! We found him! Easy peasy, right?" She leaned forward, rustling her fingers through Sebastian's mane. "And he's really fast, right? So the baddie won't be able to run! Hehe, the guy doesn't know who he's messin' with!"

Trixie hopped off Sebastian and stood by Lute, chucking a thumbs up in his way. "The power of ~friendship~ will stop him, right Echo? Miss Rosy? Yeaaah!"

Without further hesitation or orders, Trixie took a scouting stance, bringing her flattened hand to her forehead and glancing about. "He could be here aaaaany minute..."

Well, Moira and Syed were sure an interesting duo. From what Syed tried to show Angel before everyone decided to split, they really were bonded together, like there was some sort of invisible chain between them. Then when Moira piqued his interest in discussing business again, Syed fiddled with the communicator and set off an ear-piercing screech. So he was an electricity guy? Damn, guilders had such cool powers. Still, he wondered if Syed's static powers had anything to do with the bond, considering he learned both traits one after another - but he promised he wouldn't pry.

Even as the trio headed to their respective sector, the business chat between Angel and Moira had been fairly short. "You know, I've been thinking. This is easily the most exciting thing I've seen happening in the past... forever. I could be barricaded at home with the guards taking things into their own hands, but I'm out here with some superpowered visitors instead. Tell you what, love. We stop this thief and I'll sculpt ya anything you want for free." He winked. "My thanks."

As the trek continued further down, they eventually came cross twin armored statues, both at least a head or two taller than Syed. "Oh right. Hope this doens't bore you guys. The Western section's focus is on sculptures and statues. Really old stuff. These guys," he motioned with a jerk of his thumb, still walking, "are way too heavy to move, so I'm not surprised they remained put. (They were sculpted by hand, mind you.) Others are too spacious, some are fixed to the wall..."

He stopped at a window, placing his hands on the sill. "Aaand it's pretty hard to move sand sculptures if they're actually done outside and not in some sandbox. Hah!" Angel stared outside a while longer, catching a good view of both the sunset and sparkling waterfall, before turning to the two guilders again. He leaned back on the window.

"I wouldn't be surprised if the thief was after one fo these babies. Although that'd be a bit cliche, wouldn't it?" Angel crossed his arms, lax.
I need to play DD sometime. I've heard nothing but good things about it.

EDIT: I am so glad I didn't make a thief too, orz. That post took a wee bit longer than I had anticipated haha. Hope it's a fun enough read for you guys though! ;~;)b
Eeee sorry guys, Ill be posting tomorrow instead. I thought I could last through the night to post (had three hours of sleep huehue), but nope

Hope this doesn't hold anyone up <__> hahah. I'll be back in the am~
FOX LOL. I'm not posting any recommendations so Pacman has to choose from one of Fox's

No worries, Buns! :) Take it easy hahaha! Hopefully work lightens up for you soon!
Also lovin the music, guys <3

I'll be back to post within an hour or two. But for now... please tell me I'm not the only one looking forward to this
Oh Buns there's a Disgaea anime too. ^^ It's all right though... It's for the chars from the first game rather than the ones my sig obsessed over, but it's also really short (shorter than PSG), so that might incline you to check it out? XD I haven't seen the english dub so idk how the voices are.

Pfffft I'm only ever in the Phils over summer and it -always- rains between June/July for me... at least by Bataan. Not surprised it didn't feel like a typhoon. Hopefully it smooths out! It's not affecting you too is it, Fox? Or do you guys live far enough...? >< I hate em hahaha.

Whooo okay off to studying. Good lick with your days, everyone!

Angel chuckled when he overheard who would be in his group for the stakeout. Once the communicator was slipped into his hands, he chucked it up and caught it shortly, as if it were a die, rather than the fragile thing it was. "Not that I mind or anything, but you two don't really like to split up, huh?" During the exhibitions, exiting Tobias' gala, and even at his own manor, he had always seen those two at close vicinity. Having them together with him a second time only made him laugh at what appeared to be a coincidence. He put his hands up in a playfully defensive manner as he had done before. "Hahaha, don't worry. I won't pry."

He stretched. "Seems like we've got some time to relax before we take our spots. The West Wing's pretty sweet if you guys are into sunsets, I guess." Then he leaned back against a column, eying the communicator, rather disinterestedly. "Anything you guys wanna do before we split? I'd offer another tour, buuuut that seems to be out of the way right now."

Opposite to Angel, Amy twitched her lips when she learned who'd be in her team. Lucien was fine, if not a bit talkative (though nothing outtalked Trixie), plus he had brought her food that morning, but Tobias... While it was generous of him to use his riches to help, she absolutely did not look forward to working together with him. She may have been drunk on the dance floor the previous night, but she clearly remembered him spouting some accusations at them for trying to help. If she had to listen to any more of his bullshit, and they weren't in the middle of a mission, she would have considered getting drunk a second night in a row.

Amy set her thermos atop one of the tables, seeing as her coffee had finally finished. She looked to Lucien and Tobias and gave a firm nod, acknowledging that she understood them to be her groupmates for the evening, though she said nothing.

"Whoo!" Trixie cheered as she tackled Lute from behind, wringing her arm around his neck and shoulder (and thus bringing him down to her level). "Echo and Wondergirl unite to kick some baddie butt! We got this, yeah? Yeah? Oh man, we are going to rock this night."

When she let go of Lute, nearly causing him to drop to the ground, she whipped out her two uzis from her butt-pockets. It felt so good to have them in hand again. She held them up forward and winked at Rose, before setting them back in their pseudo-holsters. She then motioned to the belt of pouches around her waist. "See, Miss Rosy! I got all our baddie-stopping gear here with me!"

Then she leaned over to Lute, elbowing him gently and whispering very loudly. "And maybe we can take his own stuff and use his gizmos against them. That'd be sooo cool, don't you think!? I am so ready for this!" She snickered maliciously. Trixie had been so fixated on that idea - stealing the stealer's stuff - ever since they knew they were up against a super flashy crook. "What's that you said last night though? You don't seriously think he's gonna turn into a monster or something, do you? Wait, you said it was - wait, how did the hero stop the baddie after he transformed?? Cuz if this guy transforms... tell me your secrets."
