To expand and clarify on the idea of defined power tiers, and how you might turn that into a way to express uniqueness.

I Could think of Knights as ranked individuals, with each rank they earn granting them the privilege of having the spell coders generate and send them custom skill crystals that can be equipped to their gear. Meanwhile magismiths or engineers as we progress could provide gear with equipable slots, and you could control our relative power tier by controlling how many equippable slots we had, and approving our skill requests.
I am happy submitting a new character at a matching tier, allowing her to tune up slightly while we tune down or rewrite to a lower tier, or really explicitely whatever.

I wouldnt feel demoralized reworking the character, to find a comfortable tier. I also wouldnt object to most of the options, I think the last option is definately the hardest, since we already envisioned these characters as a starting point, rather than an ending point, so if you opted for the last option I would probably ask for the chance to just create a new character that has room to grow more naturally.

So If we are keeping characters a tune up for her or a tune down for everyone is perfectly acceptable, but it should be pretty explicitly clear what power tier you are aiming at.

I am also fine with resets to zero, and creating characters at 'peak' human level that can grow as they are exposed to these heroic and legendary challenges.

In any case I think the core is finding the power tier that feels right to you, then expanding on options that work at that power tier, to allow us room to create unique characters that can grow and develop into something befitting dragon slayers.

Sorry if some of those thoughts are jumbled.
You could always play a character with issues with dragons that makes themselves and their skills in the image of a dragon with the intent of becoming like them to gain strength like theirs? That would allow you both a thematic image as a 'Dragon' Knight, and also allow you to play in the rp as a human?
@Lumiere I wasnt expecting no magic, but I was expecting practioners to be fairly uncommon, but magic items, like weapons with enchanted magic skills to equip and enhance your combat forte, and similar things. A unique enough set of skills could be coupled with a melee character just by equipping them with the right magic skill enchanted jewels. If playing a spell caster wasnt feasible, the implication seemed to be that you could customize your character in that way to make them novel and unique.
@Lumiere I asked first, to make sure cause it seemed to be sort of an uncommon thing, but even as a swordsman a high caliber knight could have several martial techniques that to the uneducated seem to be supernatural. If you feel like your profile was underwhelming or under tier, maybe see if you can edit it to bring it in line with what was intended. This felt like you were supposed to be, better than the average knight who is better than the average city guard. so I figured mid tier, table top equivalent of like seven to 11 maybe, and sorta aimed for something in that range, that could be played flexibly up or down depending on how things go.

Changes Made, let me know if you need anything else altered.
Modifying the mystic strike to be a discharge of force is fine its mostly about flavor, imagining it a blue green energy attack versus an invisible one. In either case, I dont see an issue with this.

Hidden strike parry: The spear in its shortened state is the same length as the blade, and this would basically be the spear held at the balance point, so shorter than the blade, flat against the inside of his harm. So when he blocks the strike with the blade he steps in shortening the combat range and stabbing with the spear stiffened against his arm, besides the spear is easier to thrust naturally.

Dropping healing aura is fine by me.

Ill make the updates and repost it.

Looking forward to feedback let me know if anything needs to be changed or tuned.
Thanks and I hope so, a lot of it looks promising. Ill get to work on a character unless I need specific information to get started.
I am interested if a spot opens up. Though I have a strong affinity for magic. So if the possibility to learn magic as a knight is on the table I would be doubly excited.
