Sigurd Lukotta

Sigurd jolted upright from the ”... Hello”, letting go of his neighbor’s arm and his expression immediately reverting to a raptor-like stare, albeit ever-so-slightly wider-eyed than normal. He’d completely forgotten about his surroundings, for a moment. Sigurd’s self-evaluation of “well I guess I’m a pervert” was definitely an understatement, especially considering that he’d spent the last two years just watching people through his computer, but he figured that there was no point in criticizing himself any further at this point. Nonetheless, he figured it wouldn’t be a bad idea to try and change. He began developing a plan.

If I just cut myself off from everyone, that’d be counterproductive; I’ll have to slowly build up my resistances to human interaction. Right now, I should get used to just being around others, seeing and smelling them; then I can move on to being friends, talking and doing things with them; then, hopefully, I’ll be able to touch people without losing my composure… but taking the second step will probably be too difficult if I don’t make friends now… The person in front of me seems friendly, but I haven’t had a conversation since I first got my powers, so I might have trouble enunciating properly--

”Caaaaan....I help you?” ”Please pet my head.”

... Well, I didn’t mess up. I’m fine with being pet as well.

Sigurd decided to correct himself, anyways.

“Please be my friend.”

Once his consciousness finally clicked back on, Sigurd's eyes snapped open into a glare his lingering drowsiness creating marks underneath his eyes and transforming his normal stare into a persistent, irritated glare. Not that he was actually annoyed by anything. He was just trying to get a hold of the situation. Everyone was passed out, and he had no recollection of going onto a train in such an uncomfortable position: Sigurd had been deposited into the back corner's seat, his one arm flung up against the wall, and the other pinned behind his back. It looked especially odd because of his neat appearance.

Coming to terms with the fact that he was probably drugged, Sigurd took a glance up at the skylight above as he massaged his arms, which had fallen asleep at that point. Looks good, he thought to himself as he stood up and looked through the door of the car behind them. The few that were beginning to wake up were panicking or straight-up confused. He stared at that scene for a few moments. ... Looks bad.

On the other hand, the car that he was currently in was silent, save for the sounds of breathing. The sound of breathing... They're all asleep and their breathing is really... soft i love this sound and wait they're all passed out it should be fine if i justtouchsomeofthemforamomentortworightmaybejustsmellthemforafewmoments theyprobablywon'tmindthey'renotawakerightnowiwon'tdoanythingweird ijustthey'reallsobeautifulandiwanttotakeintheirsmellandthat'sperfectlyokay it'sokayit'sokayi'lljuststopwhensomeonestartswakingup--

He sat down, almost a bit hastily, and slowly scooted closer to the person next to him, gently hugging their arm. With his height, their shoulder was right next to his face. Nesting up close, he took a deep breath and his deadpan expression bloomed into a loose smile. Losing any semblance of self-control, Sigurd quickly became absorbed in whatever it was he was doing.

Should I clarify it in the actual CS before I post it?
@Savo
Sigurd perceives everything, including himself, in slow-motion.

To better describe what I mean by 'fast-reaction, normal body', let's say there's a button. The objective is to press it as soon as it lights up. Sigurd will react immediately, before any normal human, but the time from when they start moving to when they hit the button will be the about the same.

I guess that rather than saying "he reacts instantly", it'd be clearer to say that "he has much more time to notice something". If something came at him from outside of his vision, he'd first have to recognize, "that's a bad, time to get the heck outta here" before he can move.

The time he has to notice it is extraordinary long, allowing him to start moving(react) "virtually instantly". In the case of the bullet, he won't be able to hear it coming since it's traveling faster than the speed of sound.

I hope this cleared things up
I'd imagine that it'd have something to do with the "structure"

Liquid water is... well, a liquid, and flows freely, meaning the method of controlling it is significantly different from Ice, which is rigid.

Ice requires less mass to take up the same amount of space, meaning that the focus of the magic is different. Most of water magic's mana usage comes from creating the water, while most of ice magic's focus is on shaping it.

This also plays into their strengths and weaknesses. Water magic has more material to work with, making it better suited towards healing for longer periods of time or larger areas. Ice magic can produce pointed shapes and has a low creation cost, making it better suited towards combat.

'Course, this could also NOT be why, but hell if I know.
and can react virtually instantly

He may also not be able to react to something if it's too fast, even if he can notice it.

anyways, warning noted
