Name: Graf von Helldorf
Age: 32
Sex: Male
Appearance: History Type: European Mercenary
Biography: Graf was born and raised in the hellhole that is the European continent. Raised in what was formerly the Black Forest in Germany, Graf’s childhood was one of blasted earth and raining ash. The forest had been turned into a sea of skeletal pillars by atomic fire, and then leveled by the tread of thousands of tanks. Graf’s family was in the armored division, and he spent more time inside tanks than outside during his childhood. His was a childhood surrounded by death and constant fear. It was not a healthy environment, there was little love, and little light.
He learned how to drive the standard battle tank at age eight, and from then on became adept at every position one could fill inside an armored vehicle. However, ever since his family was saved from a massive assault by a single Heavy Mech, his dream was always to become a Mech pilot himself. The heroes of the field, those brave knights who wreathed themselves in glory on the battlefield. However, his parents and family heavily encouraged him against such a career, as they knew well the ridiculously high fatality rate of Mech pilots in the wide open trench warfare of central Europe.
Still though, Graf held onto his desire, and once he came of age (17), he joined up with the Mechanisierte Rüstung, the Mechanized Armor. Because of his vast experience in heavy vehicle tactics and tank warfare, he was trained in the use of a Heavy Mech, and took to it like a fish to water. The Mech he recieved then is the same he uses to this day, he has never ejected from it during battle. After fighting to live and living to fight for almost 15 years, he had grown weary though. He signed up with a detachment traveling to the Thirteen Colonies and the American Bunkers in order to start his life over.
He attempted to live off of his skills as a mechanic, but quickly realized the hard way that his true trade, death, was of much higher value in his new home.
Graf is a taciturn and solemn man. He does not abhor violence, as it is his trade, but he still dislikes when it is used needlessly. Still though, he has become almost totally numb to death. While in battle, his mindset becomes almost as mechanical as the construct he pilots. However, he has a deep and abiding love for peace and quite as well. Most days he can be found checking over his Mech LandKreuzer, and chatting with his comrades.

General Description: The LandKreuzer MK.II is just about the largest a Mech can be within the “Small” designation. A European design, it was essentially designed to be a walking super-tank. Standing at 20 meters tall, it is constructed standard with some of the heaviest armor available. It is specifically designed to draw attention and fire from the enemy, so as to protect the infantry and lighter tanks behind it. “Koloss“, Graf’s particular Mech, follows this philosphy to a “T“. Eschewing camoflauge, it is decked out with garish, almost silly flames on a stark black backdrop. Typically equipped with either a power fist or laser cannon, .50 calibre minigun is stock standard. Koloss has the Power Fist installed because of its assault designation. It can be used to destroy blockages, obstructions and other things that could possibly halt its movement.
