Bio

I am a Japanese-American (half-Japanese on my mother's side) with a twin half-sister. Yes, you read that right. To explain it real quick, during mom's monthly, she dropped 2 eggs instead of 1 after 2 (or more) guys took her to bed. Each egg was impregnated by a different man's sperm.

Anyways, I'm a kind guy who really hates fighting. However, if I have to stop a fight, whether verbal or physical, I will. I'm here to have fun and be crazy with my OCs, new characters and even some canons. So far, my favorite RP I've been in on the site is the Multiverse reboot. As a whole, the Multiverse was 6 years old. I love the idea and have even used it (with a few minor changes here and there) for a few LARPs with my local friends RL.

Other than RP, I am also a Wiccan Witch following the path of Gaia and a hypnotist studying the varying effects of hypnosis on various age groups and am always taking willing volunteers.

@Letter Bee I don't play furries. I haven't used my pony OC more than 3 times here and had no intention of doing so for this one. Like I said, I could try my Bleach/KH crossover character. I have improved but probably not much as you would probably like. I'll try to get a start on the character on my next day off. Also, Waeldeshore.
@Letter Bee I forget where but I know you from somewhere. Anyways, I have a character. He's based off a KH/Bleach crossover fic that never went anywhere.
@Saint Maxx I don't know if anyone has asked this yet but original characters? I have a hero who's the son of the Riddler and the grandson of the Flash. He's also got an older sister who's jealous of his speed and uses her intelligence to become a villain to mess with him.
This thing never got started, did it?

The speedster had just stepped inside the abandoned hideout when he heard something outside. He saw the falling items and waited for them to crash before running for the closest one, Hollywood. He began thinking about where it possibly landed and who it possibly hurt. He hoped nobody but it was always possible that he'd have to dig someone out of the rubble.

From the outside, many people would see the blue blur zooming past them and seemingly picking up speed. Not very many citizens knew of this hero from out of town. Many questions were being asked about him and nobody seemed to have an answer.

Rampere arrived at the crash site, not knowing what to expect. He saw where the supposed meteor had landed and a path to get to it. However, he was more focused on finding some civilians in the place to rescue. It was down the street from the Chinese theater, giving him a lot of panic from tourists. "Everybody quiet!" he yelled at the top of his lungs. More than a few people stopped to look at him, causing sort of a chain reaction until there was enough silence for everyone to hear him. "Everyone, grab your friends and family and leave this area calmly." He then began running around to see if there was anyone trapped.
@Count Cuddles And should I have him see them before or after he checks out the abandoned superhero lair? If after, I could get him a couple small things that he wouldn't be able to use right away. If before, he could always check it out later.
@Count Cuddles Which one is near the northern end of the city?
@EchoicChamber@Chiro@thewizardguy Just realized I forgot to tag y'all in my post.

Mark walked down the street. Well, from his perspective he was walking. To everyone else, he looked like a white blur dashing down the street at 100mph. He almost didn't catch his phone ringing. "Hey, mom." he answered. The people around him would see the young hero on the phone with his mother, a few of them probably questioning whether or not his speed came from her.

Back home in Louisville, pronounced loo-uh-vull by him and his family, he was well enough known that he could get away what is more stuff than most other Heroes. However, you cannot get away with everything. One of his favorite things to do was find a couple of the normal people and challenge them to a race, only to let them win to show he wasn't a bad guy. However, since he had come to LA at the behest of the general, he didn't have time to do that. Apparently, there had been a few heroes and villains that had gone missing and he was told to begin his search in LA. Of course the boy wasn't happy but when the guy providing your super suit asks you to do something, you don't ask questions unless it pertains to getting it done. And, for that reason, he went in knowing almost nothing about any of the heroes or villains that had gone missing and only a little about where their lairs were. He didn't care. He was still going to try his best to look around.

"Did you forget the plan?" His mother asked, seemingly perturbed. Back in her day, she had been a pretty serious gyro herself. However, that was almost 20 years ago. Now, she had two teenage children to look after. Mark, who had just turned 18, and his older sister, who was only a few months from being 20. She often acted as the person behind the computer for her son just to keep him safe as he ran around the streets of whatever City they had been sent to. She was not fond of the general but could understand his reasoning for working with the Speedster.

Unlike Mark, his older sister hadn't inherited as much of their mothers speed as he had. Also unlike her brother, she had inherited much more of their fathers intellect, making her a natural with computers, robotics, and school work. All stuff she hated. She loved to run. However, despite her Need for Speed she inherited only 1/5 of the speed her brother had and was forced to use it wisely. She could currently hear their mother calling him.

"How could I forget the plan? We went over it 20 times." The boy asked, practically ignoring is Mother's please for safety again. What he knew and almost didn't care about was the fact that his mother I put a tracker in his suit. One of the ones his father had once used on her. His father was not a nice man. All overseas, the pair had met and nearly instantly fell in love. Neither of them knew who the other was despite nearly fighting to the death multiple times as their counterparts.

"You're about two blocks off course." She noted, watching the screen. Despite having a tracker on the boy, she didn't have a camera on him to see what he saw. She was a little surprised when he told her about the road construction that had been less in the way only 3 days prior when she had walked the past herself.

"Road construction." He simply said, slightly embarrassed that he had to explain something so simple to his mother. Upon hearing her facepalm, Mark's sister began laughing. The girl that always been a bit of a rebel, if only to get on their mother's nerves. She always took after their father more. That was something the woman never understood. This girl look like her father, acted like her father, was as intelligent and creative as her father, you wanted nothing to do with him, no information about him, what are you going to see a picture of him.

After a small amount of banter, mark continued his path North, keeping his eyes open for the next camp we could go back to these three she wanted to be on. Between his mother and the general, Mark was beginning to turn into a rather well equipped hero.

Mark was soon to arrive at this destination near the North End of the city where one of the recently disappeared Heroes had set up. He had popes he would not find bones or anything of the ilk in the supposedly abandoned hideout. One thing he did want to find, however, was some of the Hero's technology that he could adapt to fit himself.
Name: Markus McElroy
Super Hero/Villain Identity: Rampere
Age: 18
Nationality: American
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Location: Louisville, KY.

Appearance:

Mark is a tall, thin, and slightly muscular guy, though you wouldn't know that just by looking at him. He wears loose and baggy clothes, more to hide what he's not supposed to have than to hide his figure. He is rarely seen without his skateboard, which he's gotten in trouble with for riding in the hallway. He has no noticeable scars or birthmarks, choosing to keep his one big scar under the arm of his supersuit as well as his civilian clothes.

While not wearing the suit, he wears colored tee shirts, often with video game or cartoon images on them, as well as a black hoody, red skinny jeans, and a pair of work-boot brand made, steel-toed, skate shoes. (Brahmas makes those.)

His supersuit is composed of a very expensive, friction resistant material that was gifted to him after saving a local general's daughter. Since he got it white, he dyed it blue with a symbol on the front to represent himself. It covers him completely, like Spider-Man, with a bullet resistant plexiglass screen in front of his eyes. The suit, however, is not bullet resistant and offers nothing in the way of armor, though he doesn't need much being the fastest person in the world, as far as he knows. Despite being military grade, it's still in the experimental phase and doesn't do well in below 0 Celsius.

Personality: Mark is a generally nice guy, though can come off as a troublemaker or prankster if caught at the wrong times. Often, he is seen as immature and childish, though that is not always entirely accurate.

Backstory/Origin: Mark was born with a small portion of his powers (150 MPH) and never knew a day without them. While young, it was hell on his parents, older sister, and babysitters when he decided to run. Eventually, he got to an age where he could only be babysat by a superhero, partially because every babysitter in the city had heard of the "superspeed baby" and didn't want to go through the torture.

Then he hit school age. Not only were his teachers afraid they'd have to keep a leash on him, they had heard the over-exaggerated stories and didn't know what to do. Then he turned out to be not only well behaved, he was extremely helpful. And then the school bully started picking on his friend. Mark immediately caught the bully's fist before throwing him back a few feet. Thus began the rumors. Mark ignored them because he knew they were lies and to deny them openly would only bring more trouble than it was worth.

As he got older, the bully continued to go after him and his friends but Mark was always able to keep things from getting too physical.

One night, however, while delivering pizza for a part-time job, the bully ran him off the road. Mark was forced down a steep hip, crashing his moped into some type of chemical waste plant that was trying to reuse it as some sort of recycled energy. The last thing he remembered before passing out was the bully laughing.

Mark awoke the next morning feeling horrible. Once he regained his senses, he looked around to notice everything seemed to be frozen in time. While walking around, he noticed a few instances of people tripping or dropping items. With his speed, he was quickly able to help them, though not really realizing what was going on. After walking around for what felt like a few hours to him, he returned to his room to sleep. It was then he heard the nurse walk in and begin talking to herself, thinking he was asleep. He began replying, startling her.

Once released from the hospital, he noticed that time would seem to freeze randomly while he was walking around. He would find it helpful to get to places early but had no clue how to activate it yet. At least, not until he was attacked again by the bully that had run him off the road. In an intense situation, he accidentally figured out how to activate his power. With a bit of testing the power, while simultaneously teasing the bully, he soon had the bully punching walls and lockers, hurting and nearly breaking his fists. A pair of the teachers, who had been watching for a minute, sent them both to the principle's office.

Over a 9 day period, he began practicing his abilities. He had them down in 3.

Tools/Equipment/Weapons: A staff with a few useful items (grappling hook, staff-like weapon), a utility belt (smoke bombs, cell phone, energy bars, matches, 50 firecrackers)

Skills: Naturally intelligent, but not superhuman levels, he can strategize and plan very fast, as well as figure out nearly all puzzles of any type he's given.

Abilities/Powers/Mutations: Can run at speeds approaching the speed of sound. (750 MPH)
