While I am answering a distress signal I am more worried of the Imps getting hold of the wreckage of other Feddie ship, and I'll likely have to blow it up just to be sure - with the caveat that Click This agrees.

It only has four missile tubes, 4 anti-proton weapons, and 4 PD lasers.
For Atlantis - yes there would be some SGA crew there; for Destiny they don't really bring anything to the table to be honest.
