There's a panhandler who hangs out on the street corner by our dispensary every afternoon with a sign that just says "Green 4 Green?" and tbh, I respect my boy's confidence.

Posting Speed: Depending on my schedule, I can usually post at least once per week
Favorite Genres: Modern, Historical, Romance, Action/Adventure, Horror/Dark, Fantasy, Slice of Life, Dystopian, can be convinced to write some Sci-Fi
Hard 'no's: Fandoms. Sorry, but I can't maintain interest in characters/worlds I didn't build with my partner

Romantic Relationships: MxF or MxM (currently prefer MxM)
Character Images: Faceclaims or detailed descriptions only. I envision the characters like real people in my mind, so I can't take anime seriously
OOC chat: Yes please! I'm a total extrovert who loves to get to know the amazing minds behind my partners' characters

Yeah, I think that makes sense. He'd probably end up blackmailing Iris too by bluffing that he has a way to just kill Caspian and will do it if she doesn't leave the capital to meet with him. Security cracked down heavily, so it would be just about impossible for him to get inside the city to take her at that point. He'd have to trick her into coming to him and leaving the safety of the city.
It'll be good cx

Also I had a thought! Later on, after Cas and Iris are more officially together (like when more people know about them) what if she gets taken by the rebellion again? Could be interesting if Ethan pulls something like that to try blackmailing or threatening Cas when he's king.
When Iris spoke about him being breathless, Caspian just murmured incoherently in response. To say he was tired was an understatement. After he’d reached his own peak, part of him marveled that he hadn’t immediately passed out. He was lightheaded from the quickness of his respiration, and his body felt like lead from the chemical dump. As hungry as he was, falling asleep right then and there wasn’t totally off the table. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d been so relaxed, if ever, and he wished he could summon their dinner up to the bedroom without having to get out of bed.

For the first time in a while, all thoughts of his father, Dr. Foster and the asylum had fled completely from his mind, replaced with nothing but bliss and a sense of peace with Iris in his embrace. He nodded faintly when she requested to stay put for another few minutes, more than happy to oblige. He was hungry, but he wasn’t so famished that he felt the need to go downstairs at that very moment. Absentmindedly, he traced gentle patterns on her shoulder with his fingers, drifting in and out of light sleep until he felt her shift against his chest, signaling that it was time to get up.

With a yawn, he opened his eyes and stretched his limp limbs, watching as she sat up beside him. Her perfect body filled his view, and he studied each curve with enraptured silence, committing it to memory. “You’re getting cheeky,” he rolled his eyes when she used the same words against him that he’d used on her earlier. Despite his gibe, he liked hearing her joke around with him. Lately, he’d been able to tell that her mood had been more somber than it had been when they’d first met, and he’d been a little concerned that her threshold for happiness had been low. He loved her and wanted to see her thrive, so it was good to glimpse a sliver of the person she had been before they’d been spirited away to Tongsen by the rebellion.

Forcing his weary body into a sitting position, he smiled as she laced her fingers with his and leaned over to press a kiss to her cheek. “Fine. I wouldn’t want to waste away on you either,” he teased, sliding down from the bed and locating his boxers on the floor to put back on. While they were alone, he technically could have traipsed back downstairs in the nude, but he preferred to be wearing at least something while he ate. The thought of accidentally dropping food on his lap unclothed was something he didn’t feel like risking.

“I don’t know why I didn’t think of booking a hotel room sooner,” he mused as they headed down to the abandoned dinner cart. “This is so much better than trying to sneak around at Miles’ place. I missed just being with you… no one else around to bother us.”
Cool cool. I threw a skip into my post ^^

They finally did it! xD After way too many times of being interrupted, hahaha
Iris’s lighthearted teasing made Cas feel a little better about the fact that he wasn’t instinctively smooth enough to unhook her bra without taking a moment to figure out the clasp. Movies made it seem so much easier than it actually was. He exhaled against her skin as he felt her hands travel over his back, glad that she didn’t seem to feel like he’d ruined the mood with his awkward fumbling. Even though he was enthusiastic, he was still figuring out what he was doing, so there were bound to be a few bumps along the way. He just hoped that his struggle to finish undressing her didn’t bode poorly for what had yet to come.

Once he focused on the fastening more closely instead of trying to multitask, he managed to pop it open, and he held his breath as he slipped the thin fabric off her shoulders. The sight of her torso with nothing to cover it made his pulse escalate dangerously, and he stopped to kiss her again, trailing his hands over her soft skin before he removed her last undergarment. “God, how are you this perfect?” he murmured incredulously as he slid his hands up her bare back again, in mild disbelief that he was with someone as beautiful as her. Every inch of her body made his mind go blank with carnal desire and his heart thunder on the verge of cardiac arrest.

Unable to hold back any longer, he pulled her down onto the bed with him and captured her lips, tangling with her once more as he gave in to the need to find out just how good it would feel to fit together…

True to expectations, it took a little trial and error for the virgin prince to find a rhythm that worked for both of them. However, just exploring new sensations with Iris was exciting in its own way. Cas enjoyed every part of it and even though the experience wasn’t perfectly seamless, he was still thoroughly satisfied by the time it was over. He laid with his arms wrapped affectionately around her middle and a dazed smile painting his lips, still drunk on the effects of post coital bliss. Though he hadn’t expected it, he felt even more in love with her after they’d slept together and was glad that even though he’d waited longer than most, his first time had been with her.

“That was… wow,” he mumbled and then laughed, unable to string a coherent sentence together. He hoped Iris felt the same way, since he’d done his best to communicate and make sure that neither of them was left wanting more afterwards. Drawing her into his chest, he buried his face into her long hair, simply taking in her warmth and sweet scent for a moment before he spoke again, his voice muffled in the blonde tresses, “I don’t think I’m gonna have any leftovers from dinner.”
Oh, I'll be posting pictures everywhere lol

Poor innocent Cas is trying his best xD Also, I can throw in the FtB in my next post if you want!
“You might be later,” Cas winked at Iris flirtatiously when she said she wasn’t hungry. He was already craving food, since he hadn’t eaten in the last seven hours, but at the moment, he was hungry for a different kind of satisfaction. The dinner plates on the cart could wait until later. Their food wouldn’t be that bad served cold, after all, so he laced his fingers with hers and gave her hand a tug as they made their way to the staircase that carried them up to the bedroom on the upper level of the suite.

Though he was used to the luxury of high born life, he’d never actually stayed at the Sunset Veil before, and even he thought their room was beautiful. There was a certain sense of freedom in spending the night at a hotel too. For most of his life, he’d been expected to be at home between the hours of midnight and six in the morning because of his father’s paranoia that his life would be in danger if he was ever outside at night. His family hadn’t spent much time outside the mansion either. When his mother had been alive, she would occasionally persuade the king to indulge her with short, weekend-long vacations to one of the other resorts in the capital that she loved. However, ever since she had passed away, Atlas had lost all interest in traveling even a few blocks away.

As Iris pulled him over to the edge of the bed by the hand, a smile alighted on Caspian’s features. Her eagerness was encouraging to him, an assurance that she was looking forward to being with him just as much as he was with her. He placed his hands on her hips, tracing her smooth skin with his fingers as she pulled his trousers down from his waist. In the low, yellow light of the bedroom she looked even more stunning to him than she normally did. The glow reflected softly against her fair, almost naked body, and he took a slow breath, his eyes flicking up to her face just before he leaned in to kiss her again.

In the back of his mind, something halfway between insecurity and curiosity still festered. He couldn’t help but wonder what she thought now that his clothes had been torn away. He wasn’t necessarily ashamed of his physique, since he’d worked out often before and had musculature to boast of, but there was something raw and vulnerable about being so bare with another person. For one who had never been more than shirtless around a woman before, it was impossible not to notice the difference.

Tangling his tongue with hers, he snaked his hands around her back to find the clasp of her bra, his heart pounding fiercely with excitement. Though the nerves didn’t fully disappear, they were hardly noticeable in comparison with the overwhelming thrill of finally crossing the lines that he’d never reached before. However, when he located the fastening, he faltered slightly, inexperience finally making itself known. He pulled back from the kiss and grimaced sheepishly. “Sorry…” he breathed. “I haven’t… gotten this far, and I don’t…” Flushing scarlet, he quickly pressed a kiss to her cheek and then to her neck as an excuse to peer over her shoulder to try to see the troublesome clasp.
Okay! Take you time, as usual ^^ I have a couple other things I need to work on today
Finally got done! It took a little while to get the character's voice back, so it took longer than I thought to write a whole post.

I also like the idea of a group of cannibals. That would be really interesting to explore. And the other ideas too
Artemis’s response to his attempt at inquiring about the process wasn’t exactly reassuring to Azdrei’in. He frowned, struggling to distinguish if she meant that she didn’t know if his people could use the method or if she hadn’t understood what he was trying to ask her. Lacking a common tongue was especially frustrating when they were trying to broach a topic as complex as artificial fertilization. He glanced at the screen again and drummed his clawed fingers against his thigh as he pondered over a better way to tackle the language barrier. However, before he found an answer, the human beat him to it.

He watched as the scene changed on the screen, and she brought up a video of a human female giving birth. At first, the abrupt switch baffled him, and he turned back to her with a perplexed expression, unsure why she thought this was relevant. When she spoke again and pointed to her middle, he glanced between her and the screen, piecing together that she was trying to explain her reproductive anatomy to him. He did his best to follow along, though he had next to no knowledge about the subject. He had a general concept of his own people’s anatomy, enough to be able to accurately guess the vicinity of most of their internal organs, and of course knew how procreation worked. Beyond that, he hadn’t been educated. Only Lunvalgan physicians were taught about such things.

He did manage to grasp the problem she was describing to him though. It was common knowledge among his people that the reason why they struggled to procreate was because the disease that had spread across their home planet had interrupted their females’ reproductive systems. Three generations later, they still didn’t know exactly why it had attacked that specific part of their bodies, but they had discovered that ever since their race had been infected, Lunvalgan females were mostly incapable of carrying a fetus to term because their uteruses often ejected it too early. Artemis’s solution of using a surrogate was interesting. If it had been tried among his people before, it hadn’t been successful, but what if…

He studied her with quiet intrigue. She looked incredibly similar to the females of his own species. He wondered if it was possible for them to use humans to carry their fetuses, since the Earthlings didn’t suffer from the infection that had ruined the Lunvalgans’ procreative abilities. If so, there was hope that they could recover before their numbers dwindled too far to repopulate. He wished he still had his communication device, so he could pass on the information he was learning to his commanders on the mothership. He wasn’t equipped to single-handedly solve this issue by himself. Unfortunately, the device was either lost or hidden somewhere by the human, and he didn’t have the words to ask her if she knew its whereabouts.

“Spaceship have specialist doctor,” he tried instead, attempting to tell her that there were physicians on the mothership that knew more about this than he did. If he could speak with them, they would be able to do more good than he was capable of.

Her description of something called “internet” went over his head. The best he could do was guess that it was something that contained more knowledge than what she had, since she claimed it would help. He wasn’t exactly sure what it was though, since she only showed him a picture of more technological devices that he didn’t recognize. It was probably something abstract, which would make it difficult for him to understand. So, he didn’t try very hard to comprehend it as she fumbled through her explanation.

Since he had woken up on her furniture, he’d been working constantly to absorb as much as he could as she spoke to him, but he could sense that he was starting to reach his limit. The mental fatigue coupled with the faint ache in the back of his head where she had struck him made it difficult to keep paying close enough attention to follow a conversation. He strode away from the screen on the wall to sit down again, pondering idly how much time had passed since he’d arrived on the Earth. He had spent a while in the ruins, exploring the unfamiliar terrain, had been unconscious for an indeterminate amount of time, and had spent even longer trying to interact with Artemis and watching the numerous videos she showed him. Belatedly, he also remembered that he hadn’t had anything to eat since he’d landed.

“Too many,” he exhaled, turning his head toward the human as she ate something he couldn’t see from a distance. What he lacked the verbiage to say was that he was overwhelmed. He had found an Earthling that had survived the virus with little to no repercussions, had learned enough of its language to communicate at least a little, and had discovered that it potentially had knowledge that could save his people from dying off. It was a lot to take in in just one day, and he was exhausted. To tell her, he projected a feeling of weariness and then an image of light fading into darkness before it returned at the start of the next morning, hoping that she would understand that he wanted to take the night—if it was night—to digest everything before he spoke to her further the next day.
