Lila glanced over at Thomas with a questioning look on her face. "Do you know why he wants it to be you and I? I mean I guess it doesn't actually matter, I just wonder why he would try to be in conflict over this, but oh well. When do we leave?" She asked, as her eyes wandered throughout the room. Lila figured she should probably do some research on all the Sacramento team members so she could best prepare herself for any confrontations.

Diana rolled her eyes before casually waving her hand towards her smoke, breaking the smoke up into the individual elements that combined to create the smoke. "Yeah yeah! Better?" She asked even though she obviously really didn't care all that much. Diana never told any, but she had long ago gotten in the habit of removing all the toxic and carcinogenic factors in the smoke, so she knew it wouldn't harm any of the lungs of her teammates or herself. Diana reached over and tossed a peach to Proto. Diana turned her attention to the envelope. She slipped the information out of the folder and began to organize it. After a second she glanced up at Nathan, and recognized the distant look in his eyes. "What's up?" She questioned, knowing that Nathan was noticing something through his birds. Concern barely made itself noticeable in the way she held herself- her shoulders tensed and her body as a whole became more rigid.
Lila-
"Yeah, you don't have to yell," Lila muttered in agreeance with Jack. Her voice came out of thin air, at least it would seem that way to Jack and Thomas. It took Lila a second to realize that she was using her ability because she had gotten so used to it that it was second nature to her now. "Sorry," she apologized, pulling back her ability. She came into view less than a foot from them. She was still in her PJs- a pair of oversized sweats and a fitted tank top- and her hair was still mussed from sleep. "So what is this meeting about?" She questioned, looking up at Thomas as she nursed an oversized mug full of hot coffee between her small hands. One thing was for sure, no one would ever mistake Lila for a morning person.

Diana-
Diana poofed into existence in the kitchen in an oversized sleep shirt, with a cigarette already lit between her lips. She hopped up to sit on the bar. She sat there quietly, swinging her legs idly while she waited for the rest of the group to arrive. "How does everything on the streets look this morning?" She asked Nathan. She reached over the countertop to put out her cigarette so she could pop a few of the grapes from the fruit bowl into her mouth.
@Micia It's all good! I just wanted to apologize! I hate making everyone wait.

But now I've updated Lila's bio, and posted Diane's!
Name: Diana Warren
Cape Name: Vesta
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance:

Costume:
A dress that releases smoke every time someone approaches Diana, a belt to hold her smoke bombs and canisters, and a matching mask.

Height: 5' 5''
Weight: 125 lbs
Affiliation: Villain
Group: The Renegades, co-leader
Skills: Stealth. Confusing multiple enemies at once by depriving them of sight through the use of extremely dense smoke or fog. She is proficient in hand-to-hand combat, but she mostly relies on her abilities in fights. She also grew up being traditionally trained in multiple styles of dance, and even received an invitation to Julliard's Dance program before running away; however, she rarely dances at all anymore, and never dances in front of anyone.
Tools/Weapons: She mostly sticks to her abilities, but she keeps a few smoke bombs on her belt. She also carries a few small canisters to hold or contain certain gaseous compounds.
Power: Diana has the ability to see and control/manipulate all the elements, compounds and chemicals in the air around her. She has the ability to remove, combine, or manipulate any of the elements within the air, but she has a natural propensity to using her typhokinesis in most cases. Typhokinesis, the ability to control and manipulate smoke. While she can't create smoke out of nothing she can exponentially increase the amount of smoke, turning even small cigarettes into the equivalent of smoke grenades. She can also perform long ranged teleportation through smoke.
Power Classification: Shaker 7, Mover 6, Blaster 5
Trigger Event: Because of how controlling Diana's father was about everything in her life, she decided to rebel in her own little way by getting an older, "bad boy" boyfriend. For a little while, Diana loved the thrill she got by being rebellious and sneaking around with her boyfriend and even thought they were in love; however, as the relationship went on, Diana found that her boyfriend was just as, if not more, controlling than her father. He started getting angry about the littlest things, while slowly stripping away any small freedom she had left. On the day Diana got her powers, she had realized just how abusive the relationship had become and decided to break up with her boyfriend. But when he got to her house, and she tried to break up with him, he snapped and reached a new level of abuse. He started beating her, all the while screaming at her about how she would never be allowed to leave him. After a few minutes of the brutal abuse, Diana laid on the floor unable to pick herself back up. Her boyfriend lit a cigarette and took a step back to survey his work. "See what you made me do now?" He said cooly, apparently not at all moved by the damage he had just done. "Get up off the floor, you sorry, good for nothing bitch," he growled. When Diana didn't move he only became angrier at her lack of response. He grabbed her arm to roughly yank her up off the floor. When Diana's head lolled to the back and forth as she rode the edge of unconsciousness he latched onto both Diana's arm and began shaking her, holding his cigarette between his lips. Diana's legs refused to work, even though she was trying desperately to stand up. Her boyfriend thought she was purposely being disobedient, and became even more pissed off. He held her up by one arm and began aggressively burning her with his cigarette all over her body. The searing pain was excruciating. Something snapped in Diana, and all of a sudden the exploded in her boyfriend's hand like a smoke bomb. The smoke immediately started expanding, becoming too thick to see through, and filling the room. Her boyfriend started coughing and wheezing while searching for the door blindly, but Diana breathed in the smoke with no problem. She felt like she was breathing the freshest air she'd every encountered. Without even realizing what she was doing, Diana continued to thicken the smoke, and within moments her boyfriend was dead from smoke inhalation. The smoke began to clear, but it took several minutes before Diana was able to make it to her feet. That's when she found her boyfriend lying dead on the floor, his eyes wide and nearly completely red from the explosion of his optic blood vessels. She just stared at him in horror for a moment. As much as she hated him for what he had done to her, she had never meant to seriously hurt him. She had no idea what to do, but she did know one thing- she could not stay here. Her father would never forgive her, and the fear of his shame and disappointment would smother her until she died just like her boyfriend, and so she decided to run away from it all. She left her house and made a promise to herself that she would never return there.
History: Diana's mother died when she was very young from a terminal illness. Diana grew up with her father acting as a single parent. Their small family of two was pretty well off, and for a time Diana had an easy, happy life; however, as Diana got older and started to desire more autonomy and freedom to make her own choices, her father was refused to relinquish any control over Diana's life and choices. He became overbearing and obsessive about controlling every single detail of Diana's life. Eventually, Diana got too overwhelmed with all her father's expectations and rules, and when she went through her trigger event, she snapped and decided to run away from it all. After living on the streets for a short time, Diana was approached by a strange man in a suit who introduced her to Nathan. Diana realized that if she joined the Renegades she would have the best of both worlds. She would have the chance at a degree of freedom she had been searching for, but she would not be left to live alone on the streets with no means to take care of herself. She joined the Renegades, and the rest is history.
Theme song: "You Know You Like It" DJ Snake & AlunaGeorge; "Smoke and Mirrors" Imagine Dragons
Other: She is a perpetual smoker, and is rarely found not smoking. She usually uses a long cigarette holder. She still has scars from the cigarette burns, but she does her best to always hide them from everyone.
@Micia Almost done, I promise! Sorry it's taken so long! I'm in nursing school, and I had a clinical exam today and have a lecture exam tomorrow, so I've been trying to balance everything.
Name: Lila Bishop
Cape Name: Sparrow
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance:

Costume:

Height: 5'1"
Weight: Around 100lbs.
Affiliation: Hero
Group: Wards
Skills: Because of her powers she has a lot of random skills that she's learned. She very skilled in several different martial arts, and is constantly adding new combinations and moves to her repertoire. She also is a very good athlete in most sports because her body just knows what to do, and how to perform each skill perfectly. She can replicate paintings she's seen done or read about. She can create rudimentary weapons, such as bombs, that she's read about. She proficient in all medical care. She can perform most any acrobatic move. She can take apart a motor and put it back together, after reading a manual. Pretty much this list could go on and on; if she's seen it, heard about it, or read about it, she can generally do it.
Tools/Weapons: She uses whatever is at her disposal. She's proficient in most any weapon, after watching countless arms videos. She prefers a bow and arrows, tinker made and tipped with tranquilizer darts, and hand-to-hand combat.
Power: Adomopathy. She skips the learning curve of any skill. Her ability allows her to skip past any skill's learning curve meaning that the only limit she has on talents she can learn are physical limits. Pretty much, she can perform any skill that she has seen performed or read about with perfect muscle memory. Essentially if she watches someone on youtube performing an acrobatic routine, fighting with martial arts, making a bomb, etc. she would be able to perform those same skills perfectly as if she had been training them her entire life. She cannot do anything outside her physical means, so she can't learn someone else's powers by watching them. She also remembers everything she has seen, heard, or read about for a period of time, but every six months or so her brain gets overloaded with all the details, and her memory is completely wiped. She retains all the skills her power has allowed her to learn in her muscle memory, but she has no recollection of how she learned them. She also has no recollection of the past six months that were just wiped, or any of her past at all, as far as people she's met, conversations she's had, places she's been, etc. It's common for her to be able to do a skill without knowing how she learned it, because she learned it more than six months ago through her power, but her memory has been wiped so she can't actually remember how, when, where, or why she learned it. The only memories she ever retains are memories that coincide with an extreme event and a drastic emotional state. The only memories she has yet to retain are that of her mother's death and her trigger event.
She also is a Proprioceptive Inhibitor. This power allows her to affect the optic nerve of everyone around her in order to enlarge their "blind spot" enough to fit her body. She does not have to think about where everyone's blind spot is, she automatically knows and is able to manipulate everyone's "blind spots" to hide herself. This allows her to go undetected; however when she is using this power, people commonly get the feeling that they are being watched.
Power Classification: Thinker 4, Stranger 3
Trigger Event:

History:

Theme song: "Fly" Nicki Minaj; "Little Bird" Misty Edwards; "Fly" Maddie and Tae
Other: She has a notebook/sketch pad she keeps with her that she writes and draws some of her memories in. Lila loves learning new things, so she's pretty much constantly reading, watching youtube video tutorials, and taking in any other information she can get her hands on. She kind of distances herself from people because she knows in six months she won't remember them. She has a sparrow tattoo on the back of her shoulder.

((Two number fors?))
I got you covered on the heroes front! I'll be making one when I get home from dinner.
-Scarlett-
Scarlett shoved open the doors of the Ravenwood Inn. Before she was even halfway through the door, she started loudly asking the question, "Where's everyone going?" As she glanced back out the front door quickly, to where all the mundanes were scattering and dispersing. She turned back into the inn, pulling her shades down the bridge of her nose, and glancing over their upper rims as her eyes began to adjust to the darker Tavern lighting. Once her eyes had adjusted Scarlett took in the scene of all the hunters gathering for a meeting. "Ah, a hunters meeting," she decided after analyzing the scene. Scarlett sauntered over to the table where all the rest of the hunters were gathering around Grannie J. "Hey hey, everyone! What's crackin'?" Scarlett questioned in a jovial manner as she pushed her shades up and resettled them on top of her head. "Hope I didn't miss anything. Why are we having a meeting this early in the day, and why wasn't I informed?" Scarlett joked, uttering the last part in a sarcastically hurt tone. Scarlett took a seat in one of the chairs around the table, leaning back in her seat and propping her mud-caked combat boots up on the top of the table, with one ankle crossed over the other.

-Jessica (Grannie J)-
Grannie J took a moment to ensure all the hunters were present, and gathered around the table. She was about to start the discussion about the hunters' plan of action concerning the feral vampire nest that was sweeping through towns and headed their way when Scarlett made her usual loud entrance. She diverted from her planned discussion just long enough to raise an eyebrow at Scarlett, and issue a warning. "Dear Miss Scarlett, I am so very happy you were able to make it; however, if I have to tell you one more time to keep your feet off the tables, I am afraid I will be forced to remove your feet from your body permanently, therefore removing any persistent temptation permanently," Grannie J threatened, flicking a chunk of dirt that had fallen off of Scarlett's boot from the table. While Grannie J's kind, loving, grandmotherly smile never left her face, the tone in her voice said she meant business, and was not to be tested. It was the tone that demanded respect, and had kept grown men and old hunters from ever trying to question or test her; well, that tone, and the fact that she could and would follow through with her threats if necessary.

Scarlett yanked her feet off the table in a second flat. A shy, embarrassed grin replaced the cocky grin that had just been on her face. "Hehe, sorry Grannie J. It won't be an issue again," Scarlett promised. Scarlett shoved her hands under her thighs and zipped her loud mouth shut as Grannie J began talking again.

"Ok, so now that everyone is here and settled, let us get started with the meeting. I called you all together for this meeting, because as many of you already know, there is a feral pack of vampires attacking a town nearly two hours to the South of here. There have been reports of people randomly disappearing yesterday, and I fear soon the vampires will suck the entire town dry. They will kill anything, everything, and everyone they can get their hands on. This isn't a normal nest of vampires; instead, it is believed that this nest has drained their normal source of blood and therefore lost any sense of humanity they previously may or may not have had. As I've already expressed to a few of you, I think we can't just leave the people of that town be slaughtered like animals; however, some of you have expressed a desire to leave the town that is under attack to defend themselves so that we can instead prepare our own town for their impending attack. Obviously I have an opinion, but as always, I wish to hear the opinion of each and every one of you because in the end, no matter what we decide to do, we will need each and everyone of you to fight if we are to be successful with either plan," Grannie J finished. She looked to each of the hunters with discerning, wise eyes, waiting to see what they would all decide to do.
-Rose-
"Thanks Kira, I just might take you up on that offer at some point," Rose replied, letting her expression relax into an easy smile with a quiet sigh. She still wasn't happy about being dragged to the D'finn nest, but she figured if she had to go to the D'finn nest she might as well try to relax and enjoy everyone's company as much as possible. "By the way, it's good to see you again Emlyn! It's been awhile!" Rose glanced back at Kira as her nose wrinkled, and guessed that it was probably from the scent of blood in her drink. Rose blushed further, the dash of pink spreading from the apples across the lightly freckled bridge of her nose. Though embarrassed and ashamed, Rose forced herself to keep the lighthearted smile in place, and simple took a calming breath. Rose quickly put away the ingredients and dishes she had used to make the drinks before making her away around the counter, all the while wishing away the pink and red tones from her cheeks.

Rose followed everyone out of the soda shop, sliding past Connor with her drink gently cradled to her chest. She locked the door quickly before falling into the line on the left of Roland. Rose looped her arm through Roland's and glanced up at him, forcing a slight smile as unease and nervousness readily shone in her eyes. Rose was good at forcing smiles and hiding her true emotions, but for those close to her, her emotions were always evident in her eyes. When Connor started talking about how the mother might end up picking a fight, she pulled her eyes away from Roland and glanced over at Connor. "Oh wonderful...," Rose muttered under her breath quietly. Rose always tried to be nice to people, and be everyone's friend, but for some reason a lot of people tended to misunderstand her intentions. She'd always been a bit different, and Rose figured that was why she never felt like she totally fit in, and why she was close to only a couple people who tended to be different like her. Rose decided that she was going to do her best to just keep her mouth shut, because the last thing she needed to do was piss off another D'finn and end up starting a fight.
Sorry guys! I also just started back at college, so I too am trying to establish a schedule!
