Hello, people of this site,
Rotmouse is my humble name.
I don't want to scream or fight,
although I am pretty lame.
I can roleplay day and night
and nothing's gonna stay the same.

Journalism is my school and hell,
seeking truth where I can,
getting rid of lier's smell.
But Hunter Thompson is my man
and he guides me trully well,
cuz I am his greatest fan.

Not a lady, you can see
for with passion I love wine,
and the grapes are loving me,
making me feel really fine
after glass or maybe three.

Okay, I lost it there for a while, but I sill think this summarize me quite well and can answer all the questions one could have about me.

I hope to find here a new roleplaying base for me to hide from IRL responsibilities and maybe up my writing skill a little, since it's going to be bread and butter of my future life.

Hopefully, I will see you in my future roleplays!
B.U.M.P.
They are a funny bunch, these guys. I'd really like to know if they are closet loyalist or just "reasonable" heretics.
Too bad that new book from Bequin triology, which would probably answer some questions about them, is still without release date...

But back to the roleplay! How many players are you looking for?
Of course I meant a and not the. Sorry. We don't have articles in my first language so I mess them up sometimes.

Also, I can go with Priesthood of Mars if you prefer "purely" Imperial characters.
We can always blunt imperial strike force by some kind of... "accident". You know, unsuccesful jump from warp or unexpected bolter fire... Grim darkness of the future is a rather dangerous place to live in.

Certain lack of leadership could also put some weight on the central characters, as they would be all that's left of the command structure.

Also, it could make a nice entré if I choose to play a son of Alpharius (or Omegon)?
If you don't know much, then I suggest you to read lexicannum or 1d4chan wiki (if you are into childish humour). I think that leader of imperial guard doesn't need to know all that much.

The soldiers are recruited from wherever it's neccessary. If the planet lacks any other resources, they can decide to send men as tithes. Because of this, equipment vaaries greatly and can range from medieval peasants in chainmails with lasguns to something like Austrian WW1 soldiers... It depends on from where the soldiers are (dead world, hive city...) and how they recruited them.

If you want to go with "vanilla" guardsmen, google Cadians.
I actually wanted to do RP like this since I played DA:I, so count me in!
So we are going to be high ranking officials of the IA/SM/SoB/... who will be more of bickeing bastards trying to get a piece of Gol'kut by sending other people to their deaths?

I have to adit that I liked the previous "dirty dozen" of morally questionable guys more, but I am willing to give it a try since it's WH40k (or 42k?).

Would it be possible to play something like a disguised space marine from Alpha Legion helping the Consortium or some prominent priest of Mars send to find a piece of archeotech that is supposed to be hidden on the Gol'kut?
Great to some interest!

Ever heard it's rude to ask lady about her age? What a way to make the first impression... Just kidding.

I am twenty years old (at least physicaly). Also, when it comes to scifi I mostly do cybepunk-ish stuff or go with science fantasies like Star Wars or Warhammer40k.
Fantasy worlds I use are mostly more grim and "realistic" when it comes to interpersonal relationships. Think Witcher, Gamee of Thrones, Dragon age, Pillars of Eternity and things like that.
