Just wanted to say sorry to all my RP partners for my disappearance. Things around my unit have gotten ridiculously busy lately and I have had almost no free time. I'm hoping things calm down soon.

Ice hockey is basically just people wearing knife shoes fighting each other with long sticks for the last Oreo.

I like just letting people think I'm dumb, it's too much work to open my mouth and prove them right

Bio

Hello my RPing comrades and welcome to my little slice of the internet, help yourself to a cookie. If you have come here you must want to know a little bit about me, colored me faltered!! Well to start I'm a twenty year old male who has been roleplaying for the past six years, I actually got my start on the original site before it went down if anyone was around for those days. I am currently employed as a LPN for the U.S. Army, which is just another way for saying that I usually have quite the busy schedule yay... My interests are pretty simple; gaming, reading, and of course roleplaying!!

As for my RPing skills I usually try to keep to the casual section for RPs, though I have dipped my toes into the advanced sections from time to time, so I usually try to shoot up two to three good paragraphs per post. Interest wise I am a sucker for anything fantasy or superhero based, what can I say dungeons and spandex excite me XD I love a simple slice of life RP too, helps with a change of pace. I normally play male characters, I just feel that I am able to write for them better than a female character. I love talking in the OOC, almost a bit too much so if I am chatting your ear off please tell me to shut my trap, trust me I really need to from time to time.

Oh and please if you want to send me a PM feel more than free to, I love meeting new people, and I only bite half of the time =D

List O Interests:

Fallout
Elder Scrolls
Bioshock
Marvel Universe
DC Universe
My Hero Academia
Percy Jackson
Harry Potter
The Wolf Among Us/Fables
Star Wars
Borderlands
Overwatch
Mass Effect
Oh and of course...

That makes twenty, Arty had officially let in twenty different men sporting speedos. Yet another shiver shot down the bouncer's back at the thought of all those men flashed before his eyes. Quitting time was starting to seem farther and farther away as more and more people came before him seeking their wet and wild night. Luckily for Arty he was managing to wheedle down the line bit by bit as the night went on, he eventually was actually able to see the end of the line at one point. "Just muscle through it..." He thought to himself as he sorted through yet another group of people. Things were even starting to look up until a low and menacing rumble escaped the bouncer's stomach. A grimace came to Arty's face, he hadn't eaten since breakfast and it was starting to catch up with him. "What I wouldn't do for some food right now..." The Bouncer thought longingly to himself, though it didn't look like any food breaks were in his future anytime soon considering how busy the club was.

In the middle of his self reprimanding for not eating the powers that be seem to have answer his prays, though oddly enough it was in the form of a small rather tired looking girl which the ginger could honestly say he wasn't expecting. Instead of presenting him with her ID the young lady pulled out a bundle that had a unmistakable aroma drifting from it. Arty's stomach practically called out in joy, it had been so long since he had had brack that he doubted anyone in Shine City knew how to make it. It took him a moment to pull his gaze off of the food and to refocus on the girl, he took her ID and ticket looking them over and luckily for him er for her they were real. As he handed her back her belongings Arty listed to what she had to say, apparently she wanted to make some form of delivery to Nori and Cash. Which honestly set off a red flag or two with the bouncer, there were plenty of whack jobs in the city that would try and hurt people like Cash and Nori. "Hmm alright lass, but I'll have to check the delivery first. Can't have yo' bringin' somethin' into the club the shouldn't be there yo know?" He said, though he tried to say it in the nicest way he could muster just incase the poor girl thought he was accusing her of being some sort of dealer.

@Verdaux
Enter, enter, enter, reject, enter, enter, enter, failed bribe and reject, enter, enter, enter. The job of a bouncer gets more repetitive as the night goes on and on nights as popular as this the sea of faces start to blend together into one big scantily cladded blur. "Just a few more hours then yo' clock out." The towering redhead reassured himself as he turned away another disappointed student and added yet another fake idea to the bin next to his feet. Arty never understood all the excitement over LUSH's foam nights, to him it was soggy clothes and foam in your drink. "Damn, I must be gettin' old." Arty thought to himself with a slight smirk and a shake of his head.

Another dozen or so people either accepted or rejected and it didn't seem Arty's quitting time was coming anytime soon. It was about this time of evening that Arty started people watching and the blur of people slowly started to become individuals again. It was always interesting to see what people wore to foam night, there were people showing up in regular street clothes and apparently had no idea how ruined they would be by the end of the night, others in actual swimming trunks or swim suits, there was even a bloke who showed up in a scuba suit, and god was that a group of men in speedos that he just let in? It was moments like this that Arty remembered why it was good to treat the ocean of people as a blur, though the Irishman was able to get a good chuckle out of it.

With all the people coming his way Arty had completely forgotten about the brilliant blue dot that he had spotted in the crowd earlier, well that was until she was right in front of him. Just like her hair the young lady's outfit made her stand out in the crowd, she was the only one wearing a dress... well the only one wearing a dress that couldn't be argued was the size of a napkin. Arty couldn't help but let out a slight chuckle at the small look of surprise that came to her face once she recognized him. "It is good to see yo' too lass. My run went pretty smoothly, I just hope yo' managed to stay on yer feet for the yers." He joked back as he took the ID that she had offered him. It was obviously clear that it was real which Arty was pretty glad about, he would of hated to have to send such a nice girl off.

Calliope was her name huh? That was quite the... unique one. But Arty wasn't the one to judge, hell there was a reason he went by Arty and not Artair after all. "Well it is really nice to meet yo' lass, my friends call me Arty. He said as he offered her a warm smile and handed her back her ID. Just after that one of the other patrons of the line took it upon herself to get rather handsy with Calliope, taking what looked like a rather unpleasant handful of the lass's hair. Usually Arty would have to step in during these types of situations, he had been on the bad end of a lot of cat fights during his time working at LUSH, but it looked like Calliope was able to handle all on her own. Arty always respected someone who could end a conflict with out having to give someone a broken nose. He offered the girl another smile before he stepped aside, opening the way for her. "Have a great evenin' lass and if there is any trouble don't think twice about askin' me fer help." He finished in his usual jolly tone.
@RumikoOhara A good villain is always one that can be argued not to be a villain at all, one that forces a hero to question their own morality. Indeed good madam we are going to get along just fine =)
@RumikoOhara When ever I put on the black spandex, or in some cases purple dresses, of a villain I prefer to dance along the line of reasoning and set fire to the whole concept of good and evil. The only thing that truly qualifies you as a good person is the standards of others and once you stop caring about those standards there are some many wonderfully horrid things. But I guess that is why I like the whole morality concept that are presented in these situations, there is no real right or wrong way to approach it which gives such an amazing and broad rang of experiences.

Oh cyperpunk is cool, techno rocket powered warrior here, but fantasy has always tickled my fancy. Being the mad wizard slinging fire balls at everything just light up my day.
@RumikoOhara Oh don't get me wrong the Mark Hamill joker shall always be number one in my books, but is always nice to see how he can change over time(that is what I think about all characters honestly)
@RumikoOhara I always found myself liking the darker side of the DC universe, probably why I always like the villains more than heroes XD, so that movie fit me like a glove
@RumikoOhara Awesome! What did you think of it if you don't mind me asking?
@Kitty It really is a classic in my opinion, but while I am on the topic of Justice League did anyone watch Justice League: Gods and Monsters?
Haunt quickly held his hands up in a surrendering motion after the young archer, who apparently went by Artemis, took offence from his nickname. "I am so sorry miss, please have mercy!!!" He said rather dramatically, even going as far as to drop down to his knees. "Oh please I don't want to die... oh wait." He said before chuckling and standing back up to his feet, well floating back up anyways. "But seriously though sorry if you didn't like the name, it really is cool to meet you guys." He said with a smile to everyone. "I would offer to shake your guys hands but... you know." He added with a slight shrug and smirk.
Haunt let out a chuckle as the blonde, the one in red spandex and not the green, called him Casper. "Yeah defiantly never heard that one before Speedy." The spectral boy said with a smirk, sarcasm practically dripping from his words. "And Aw darn I have always been more of a Horror movie R type of guy, but if you insist we can start with names. Or we can just stick with random nicknames. I'm pretty good with either." Haunt said in a care free tone before he fell forwards, staying suspended in the air in a lying down position with his hands holding up his chin. He looked over the whole of the group with his glowing green eyes then started to point each and everyone of them out. "The color purple, Jolly Green, Hawkeye, and of course Speedy." He finished with a smirk. "Or not, sorry guys I am kind of brain dead at the moment." The ghostly lad said, barely holding back a laugh at his own joke.
