Just wanted to say sorry to all my RP partners for my disappearance. Things around my unit have gotten ridiculously busy lately and I have had almost no free time. I'm hoping things calm down soon.

I like just letting people think I'm dumb, it's too much work to open my mouth and prove them right

Bio

Hello my RPing comrades and welcome to my little slice of the internet, help yourself to a cookie. If you have come here you must want to know a little bit about me, colored me faltered!! Well to start I'm a twenty year old male who has been roleplaying for the past six years, I actually got my start on the original site before it went down if anyone was around for those days. I am currently employed as a LPN for the U.S. Army, which is just another way for saying that I usually have quite the busy schedule yay... My interests are pretty simple; gaming, reading, and of course roleplaying!!

As for my RPing skills I usually try to keep to the casual section for RPs, though I have dipped my toes into the advanced sections from time to time, so I usually try to shoot up two to three good paragraphs per post. Interest wise I am a sucker for anything fantasy or superhero based, what can I say dungeons and spandex excite me XD I love a simple slice of life RP too, helps with a change of pace. I normally play male characters, I just feel that I am able to write for them better than a female character. I love talking in the OOC, almost a bit too much so if I am chatting your ear off please tell me to shut my trap, trust me I really need to from time to time.

Oh and please if you want to send me a PM feel more than free to, I love meeting new people, and I only bite half of the time =D

List O Interests:

Fallout
Elder Scrolls
Bioshock
Marvel Universe
DC Universe
My Hero Academia
Percy Jackson
Harry Potter
The Wolf Among Us/Fables
Star Wars
Borderlands

Sooooo how is everyone doing this fine [INSERT TIME OF DAY HERE]?
The icy air that chills even the thickest of skinned to their very bone, the jagged mountain paths that felt like walking on daggers, the thick snow one would sink knee deep in, Gereth missed it all as he lumbered his way through the sea of people. It had taken weeks for the grey brute to make his journey this far north from the Frostback mountains that he called home and the farther he traveled the more and more be began to detest the lowlands. He had trekked through marshes full of the undead, battled through woods teeming with all manners of beasts, climbed parlous mountains, and even sailed across a nightmarish sea, all of that Gereth took to with stride, but the towering individual couldn't tolerate the nearly constant complaints of his lowlander companions. Since the beginning of his trip Gereth managed to acquaint himself with a group of Ferelden mercenaries that were also on their way to this gathering of arms, but if he had known what weak stock they were made of Gereth would of taken the risk of navigating the lowlands on his own. He had to pull this band of whelps from destruction caused by their own stupidity countless times and now that they had finally made it to the meeting grounds Gereth couldn't rid himself of them fast enough, offering little more than an agitated grunt as a farewell.

After making his leave of his less than pleasing travel companions Gereth found himself facing a whole new nuisance, the sea of people he their cacophony of hushed murmurs whenever he passed. Another annoying trait that Gereth discovered about lowlanders, they always hid their grievances behind false smiles and whispers. It was after the fifth time that Gereth heard "What is a dirty oxman doing here?" whispered behind that he truly longed for the bluntness of the people of his hold. Resisting his urge to demonstrate just how much of the brute they assumed him to be he could become Gereth pushed further into the sea of people, eventually finding the right person who pointed him into the direction he sought.

His patience that had been far more than wearing thin seemed to finally managed to receive some sort of break as Gereth broke away from the mass of people and found himself observing an odd, but far more tolerable size gathering. A dwarf, two younger looking humans, another human that looked about a decade or so older than the other two, and one more even far older than he. He listened to the small exchanges the group made for a few moments, resisting his instinct to simply walk away from the nonsense he was hearing Gereth pushed himself forward. "Are you the one I have to see in regards of this." He said bluntly to the armored young lady, cutting through the little comedy scene that was unfolding. As he spoke he presented the letter he and so many others had received that had brought him here. He hoped to have his question answered quickly and to avoid anymore of an annoyance that this whole endeavor was already proving to be.
@Mordon That sounds about right, just comparing them to humans they seem to be around the 5 foot ranged
@Dragonbud "The human and elf say ow, but the whole thing goes over the dwarf's head."
Well I'm looking forward to getting this underway, quite the interesting cast of characters we have.
@Mordon Sometimes life is funny that way =)
The sun had just sank behind the horizon and the night sky that hung over head was the clearest it had been in weeks. The sea was calm as the impressive Fire Nation ship cut through what little waves there were that evening. Unlike many other ships from the same nation this one was not a warship, but rather one that was owned by the illustrious Sòng noble family. It appeared the ever so wealthy Fire Nation family was on their way to yet another vacation despite the current warring state of the world. They had just finished their evening meal and seemed to be preparing themselves to turn in for the night, an overall rather peaceful and uneventful scene, but that was not to last. For just as the final member of the family extinguished the light in their room their ship was boarded. The few guards that were charged for patrolling the ship were no match of the wave of people that stormed the ship. It was only a matter of moments before the last guard was subdued and only a few moments after that when the invading forces vanished just as quickly as they appeared. At first glance it would seem that the attack was pointless, but it wouldn't be too long before it would be realized an important thing was missing, Lulu Sòng the daughter of the Sòng family.

It would be a number of hours cramped into the cargo storage room of a small ship, blind folded, and bound before the young Fire Nation noble would even hear a voice of one of her captives, and even then it wouldn't be any kind of reassuring. "Go make sure the girl is still breathing!" The grizzled voice would come from above the floor boards over Lulu's head. Minutes later the young woman would then hear the door to her room swing open and a series of slow foot steps approaching her. Her blind fold would then be removed revealing a masked individual in front of her. "Are you still alive?" The masked man would say in a low voice as his icy blue eyes scanned over the prisoner.

Name
Tonrar Arrluk

Age
19

Gender
Male

Bending
Water

Appearance
Tonrar is a tall fellow, standing at 6'4", with a muscular body build. His coffee colored skin is peppered with scars from the many misadventures of his life. He has icy blue eyes that hold a unmistakable gleam of mischief in them. His hair is ash black and cut short on the sides in a warrior fashion, as well he has some stubble growing on his chin. His clothes resemble those of the Water Tribes save for the fact that they are black rather than a dark blue. He also has piercings in both ears.

Personality
Tonrar is best described as a diamond in the rough... really in the rough. He is a underhanded conman with a silver tongue that can convince the cheapest of people to hand over the last of their coin. He has no problem picking someone's pocket or flat out threating someone for their coin purse. Likewise he is more than willing to let his fists do the talking when need be, jumping into fights without a second thought. But despite all of these flaws there is a good heart inside Tonrar, even if it is deep down inside of him. He has a soft spot for the underdog, especially children, and will usually side with them. He has a code to his actions, never take from those who can't spare it and never hurt those who don't deserve it. These morals often puts him at odds with the people he works with.

History
Born the youngest child to a Northern Water tribe noble family Tonrar grew up in the shadows of his older siblings. Always being compared to his "outstanding" brother or "perfect" princess sister nothing he did was ever enough to please his parents, it didn't matter that he was one of the most talented young benders in the tribe. Eventually he started to act out, playing pranks on the elders, picking fights with other boys in the village, and even stealing a few things here or there. He became a true black sheep of his family, which only served to drive a bigger rift between them. As time went on Tonrar's misbehaving only grew until the point he wasn't satisfied with staying in the tribe anymore. He left and set sail for adventure. He spent months crossing the seas hoping from port to port weaseling money out of the locals until eventually he caught the attention of a group of pirates. The sea fairing scoundrels realized how valuable a waterbender would be to their group so they quickly took him aboard. Tonrar took to the pirate lifestyle like a fish to water, enjoying the thrill of danger and adventure it gave him, and quickly rose among the crew to become one of the captain's most reliable crewman. Now Tonrar sails the seas looking for treasure and adventure.

Other
He has two sword hilts that are hollowed out and stores water which he bends and turns into a series of weapons to use during combat.
Flail, Sheild, Mace, Hammer, Swords, Whip.

A tale of adventure and woe set on the high seas.

Sorry this is a bit bare right now, not really sure what to put here, but regardless it is up! =)
