I'm interested, thinking of claiming Otomo or Mori, but I'll wait for more research to be done.
Neris had arrived late to the scene, calmly strolling down a narrow pathway that led outside of the Proving Grounds. Around he looked, his eyes squinting at the blazing sun in the distance, its rays beating down on the fighters below. Here he would observe pathetic fighters from across the world try to prove themselves, and have fun engaging in a brawl himself. No information was given to him prior to the start up of the tournament other than a few words overheard by various other people. At last Neris' head set straight before an instant transmission took place, causing his body to appear as if it was disintegrating on the spot as he quickly moved towards the action.

Upon arrival, Neris scanned the crowd, his keen eyes moving quickly across each individual amongst the general area. Quickly he noticed one contestant in particular holding up a beaten opponent making an example out of him. A small laugh came out from the pits of his body.

"Heh'".. the balls of his subhuman feet scuffed along the top walls of the stadium's structure. Fool.

A few odd looking figures were on the field now, and it appeared as if one was talking to the other, but neither of them looked like they belonged to the organization of these stadium grounds. In fact, Neris thought they were arguing. Sigh. A feud has probably broken out over the dishonorably and unsportsmanlike actions which the first fighter he seen has taken.

"Better off ending his existence." Referring to the bested man, sticking out like a blemish on a pubescent human. A few heads diverted to Neris, but he gave them nothing more than a glance, his red eyes seeming as if they gave off their own glow, and unknown aura, but not quite.

Out of boredom, Neris was prepared to leave, but all of the sudden heard a voice emit from the loud speakers. Whoever it was, assumingly an instructor of the event had ordered for all combat to cease at once on the grounds of an unidentified invasion of nearby planetary worlds. This tournament just became slightly more interesting. What could it be? No, did it matter? Neris had been waiting for a circumstance that challenged him, he had not been entertained for quite some time now. His only chance to do so would be signing up, which took effort, and really was not Neris' style. Whatever. He shrugged, taking a slow pace forward which caused him to immediately move off the spot, speeding down past the crowd and onto the stadium grounds where Neris then began to move inside.
I'm still active.
Evan eyed the Hospital, rubbing his head, thinking about what would happen. They needed a plan, and it needed a back up. If the team was going to do this right, getting in and out would need to be quick and efficient with solid work done.

"This was a place filled with people already infected. There's bound to be tons of them.." His eyes not diverting much. He knew if we we're going to save Alexi bleeding out in the back, that we would have to get in now, and with the poor prior planning, that'd be a difficult task. Evan opened up the bottom compartment under the dash of the truck, trying to search for anything of use, but only found various papers and some restaurant wipes.

"Anyone have a plan?" Evan speaks out, still looking for any zombies who may sneak up on the group.
Evan awkwardly sat in the front, watching the streets pass with a forlorn expression. He listened to the two arguing, but didn't care much for it, only knew it was them suffering in the end. Teamwork would be essential working with complete strangers, but Evan wasn't sure how well the average group such as his could adapt like that. Not realizing it, Evan was still holding the Glock, and he nonchalantly brought his eyes around the truck until locating Damian, the one who supplied him with the pistol before.

"Think this is yours." He said, passing the firearm back to Damian, catching a glimpse of the woman passed out in the back. Jesus..
Evan turned to the source of the voice calling out for someone. It was for him. Before he could answer, or really even comprehend what had been happening, a Glock was shoved into his chest with four rounds left. Evan had gone to the range regularly, so he was familiar with firearms combat, but prior to the outbreak it had been some time, leaving him a little rusty. As he turned around to take him, a pair of keys came flying his way, and landed beside him. Evan knelt over, turning back to Jack while holding the keys.

"Right. Guess I'm driving then. All pile in the Evan-mobile." His last few words emphasized as he drove the butt of the pistol into an infected persons head, knocking them back, but not wasting a single bullet. As the rest piled into the vehicle, so did Evan, closing the door beside him and making sure the windows were pulled up. A surrounding population of dead walkers began to approach the truck, almost circling the area, bound to trap them in. Evan puts the keys into the ignition, and turned it forward to start the engine, but it only sputtered.

"This has gas, doesn't it?" Asking the general group. From the blue a bloodied and came knocking down along the window, frapping along the pane and causing a loud noise. In the dire close proximity the zombie made, Evan pulled the Glock on the zombie and pulled the trigger within seconds, causing the round to blast from one end out the other of the target ghoul. The zombie fell over with gray brain matter oozing from its exit wound, clearly dead.

"God damn it! Anyone want to provide me come cover?" He began attempting to start the engine again.

I would have preferred you put it in the OOC for my approval before posting in the character thread. Keep that in mind. Race doesn't really make any sense, the demon part at least as demons are different species, plus the fact that Namekians reproduce asexually so there is no chance of cross-breeding. I'd change it to just Namekian/Cyborg. Now for the move list, it really just feels like you took a bunch of moves from the series and slapped them together, not necessarily bad but why on earth would you have Kamehameha and Galick Gun? Also no real need to include flight, if you didn't have that ability, now that would be something of note. Fix the sheet up a bit then I'll probably approve.

My mistake, I thought the Character section was the spot to post my biography directly. Sorry about that, but the rest was dealt with.

Using the Kamehameha and Galick gun is very possible, just not likely. I removed Galick gun regardless, it just flows better to have one or the other. These are the signature moves anyway, so I suppose "flight" was also a poor add-on.

You're operating on unfounded assumption which doesn't have merit in a discussion like this.

The succession between Ogedei from Genghis Khan was painless as opposed to the fifteen years of succession crisis that followed Timur in his later Empire. His brothers Jochi and Chagatai both supported the ascension of Ogedei and their father's wishes. Once more Jochi died of natural causes so he wouldn't have ever been an issue. Chagatai held his own khanate below his brother.

You don't really get an attempt at seizing the Khanate against the proclamation by the Mongol elective council - the kurultai - until Mongke when Genghis Khan's last brother Temuge tried to take it. But the effort was so lapse and minor that it's hardly a military crisis on how little conflict there is on it; unlike the attempted succession of Timur if I might re-iterate which resulted in 15 years of violence and the loss of Samarkand and other territories.

The first actual "civil war" is with Kublai Khan. But by this point the Empire had lapsed so much it didn't matter anymore. By this point Kublai was already the Emperor of China. And by the time of Kublai Khan any and all direct relatives of Genghis Khan were dead.

You can't presume, "There could have been violence". Because you're just showing your cards you aren't even trying.

Jochi was out of the question at this time, and has no relevance to the topic. You are misinterpreting my last post by filling the separation of Genghis Khan's sons into what I supposedly described as violence. That is not true. Because of the divided nation between the remaining Khan's sons, there was an absence of order for a short period, but nothing along the scale of a civil war or military disaster.

Kublai's conflict with his younger brother was quite insignificant at the time. If that wasn't enough, Temur being the successor of the Yuan Dynasty in the late 1200's would sign the death of the Mongolians. Shortly after the Yuan Dynasty fell, it was of course replaced by the Ming Dynasty, only about two years after the death of Temur.

Between that period and after involved very minor conflict, if not, none at all. Just the continuing process of an inevitable shrinking of the Mongol empire.
Evan noticed the others in the group rushing for the truck, though he didn't think it was a very good idea, he did the same. Trying to avoid to the zombies, not to get caught in a jam, he ran through, weaving amongst those in the crowd before finally reaching his destination. HIs weapon was only close range, unless he could find something else laying around, but the stones on the side of the road wouldn't do him any better than what he had now. Immediately arriving on scene, he noticed one woman in particular had an open wound.

"Apply pressure to the wound. I uh.. really don't think we have time for this. Let's head to the Police Station." His gaze kept on the approaching ghouls.
