Hello!

My name is Patricia, and I have this page, I guess!

She gulped, not wanting to push what seemed to be a very lost soul away. "No, it's just... I don't know. I mean I've never talked to guy this long before, let alone had one in my room... I don't know. If you have no where to go I suppose it's not the worse thing that could ever happen. I guess all I can ask is that you at least look away when I get changed or... stay outside the bathroom and stuff." It might take her a while to fall asleep but in a way she felt like she needed to be this person for him,

"I've been lost before, and I know how it is to forget something important to you... I hope for your sake that what you've forgotten is worth remembering, and that it comes to you in time."
sucky post alert
This day was becoming curiouser and curiouser; her stones behavior was somewhat worriesome.... why her?

She watched as Tommy purred and pressed his head up into Astrals hand. However after all of that "peril" she couldn't help but find herself exhausted... but would he be in the room while she slept? "Um, Astral, how long are you going to be here for? Do you come and go at will?" would he be there when she went to the bathroom, ate, flirted? Oh like she flirted in general. I wonder if he can pass through walls...
I was wondering >> what is the big even that puts them on the lamb going to be.... or are you going to spring it on me?
The human gulped, nodding calmly. "My name is Alexandria...." she managed to say, "um, so I don't supposed you remember how you got here." The girl thought about it for a moment. "Um... before you showed up and stopped that car, my rock" she pulled it out again, "it was kinda glowing the way you do. You wouldn't happen to know why would you?" She bit her lower lip and held the crystal out to him.

Tommy hopped out of the girls lap and walked back over to Astral. If he isn't afraid of this guy then i probably don't need to be. I mean, animals know best out of everyone right? She waited patiently for his response, biting her lower lip.
"Yes, Of course," she replied quietly watching her friend leave before redirecting her gaze to the being in her room. The teen gulped a few times, just watching him for a while as she held her cat tightly. What am I supposed to do? she wondered, Alexa wasn't good when it came to talking to other people... was he a person?? She had heard him speak. Once Astral appeared calm she decided it was time to talk, though for life of her she didn't know what to say.

"Um," she began stuttering, "I...I don't think we were properly, i mean... who are you? What are you?" Alexa hoped he didn't lash out, that this was a creature of peace. He had saved her right? Alexa scooted back uneasily. So many questions were flying through her head, but she knew how it felt to be bombarded with words and so she held her tongue, hoping he would be nice about it.

Maybe he was just as scared as she was...
Alexa noticed Astral looking at her pendant and pulled it away, hiding it in her hands and glaring at him. He was real alright, but she would deal with him later. Stuffing the crystal back into her shirt, Alexandria turned to face Kari, who was clearly distraught. I might be going mad, but i certainly don't need her calling the hospital on me...

"This pendant, it's a.... good luck rock, that's why i didn't get hit by the car." Her voice was nervous and unsure, but in no way as frazzled as it had been moments earlier. "I'm sorry, I think I might just be seeing things, that entire experience was too much for me to handle. I'm fine, I just need a good nights sleep is all." Alexa quietly sat on the bed and patted the spot next to her, Tommy hopping up and pressing his head up into her hand. Outside their window the sounds of an ambulance could be heard, and they could see clearly the body being removed from the scene. "Looks like that's a problem we won't need to worry about," she said under her breath, "A neighbor must have seen and reported it."

"Thank you for bringing me home," Alexa looked up after a good ten minutes of silence. "I think i need some time to myself though... would you like me to walk you home or..."
I don't wanna talk to ghost guy by myself, but I certainly can't do it while she's here.
I will admit, Alexandria will refer to this important crystal as a rock many times throughout the rp.
She might even give astral some dumb nicknames when she gets frustrated with him. I was thinking of all the fun puns I could use ^^
Alexa gulped, making nervous eye contact with the figure above her as she was lead away. "You mean, you don't see..." Alexa closed her eyes tightly and shook her head. I must be hallucinating, she thought, that's common for people who have suffered trauma right? I think this qualifies as a traumatic experience... maybe it will just go away.

However, he didn't go away, in fact the male followed them back to her house. Alexa didn't say anything, her eyes either clamped shut or staring off into space. Could I be hallucinating the light he's giving off as well? Does Kari not see the shadows being given off, or maybe I'm the only one paying attention. Once they were all in her room the girl flipped the switch, finding that the light he gave off was enough to make her friends face and few objects in the darkness visible. "Kari? Tell the truth and I'm not fooling around. Can you see anything, any light source at all or is it just dark?" The moon was covered by the clouds. "Answer my question Kari, this is important."

A clawing could be heard at the door, and Alexa knew it was Tommy. He would be able to tell her if this was real. Hurriedly she flipped the switch, her cat hopping up on her bed and looking over at the corner where Astral was floating. I'm not crazy, he can see him... The cat soon approached the male fearlessly, sitting on his rear legs and pawing at his feet in curiosity...much in the way that he had when she dangled the rock she found in the garden over him.

"The rock," she exclaimed, pulling it out of her shirt and holding it up to compare it to astral. "It's the rock!"

Kari must have really thought Alexa had lost it now.
~Three months earlier~
The sun cut through the trees, shining on a young woman's face as she wiped the sweat from her brow. It was another average summer day and, contrary to her normal behaviors, Alexa had chosen to go outside and garden. There wasn't much to do, as her mother always made sure to have the most exotic plants in her garden, but if she pulled enough weeds it would go towards her allowance.

She stood up, grasping firmly the stalk of a rather large weed and pulling with all her might. "Come on baby, mommy needs a new sketchbook," she grunted before without warning the roots gave way, the girl tumbling backwards with a thud.

"Ow," she whimpered, slowly sitting up as she rubbed her behind. "This is sooo not worth what she's going to pay me..." Opening one of her empty black eyes, Alexa noticed something as it caught the light of the sun underneath some shrubbery. "Hello," she said in a rather musical tone, "what have we here?" Pawing through the dirt she found a rather unusual crystal. "Where on earth did you come from?" she asked, sitting back on her ankles and blowing off some of the dirt.

Slipping her find into a back pocket, Alexandria cleaned up what was left of the weeds and headed inside to clean the dirt off them both. "I don't know what you were doing in the garden, must have broken off a wind chime or somethin'," she laughed. A grey cat weaved between her legs as the teen made her way up the wooden stairs to her room. Pushing open the door Alexa entered her own world, a world of paint and paper; a place where she could think clearly.

"I know I have wire in here somewhere," she rummaged through a drawer and pulled out a silver spool. After wrapping it around the crystal in a manner she found aesthetically pleasing before stringing it on a black string and dangling it above her cat. "See how gorgeous you are? Look at me, talking to a rock." The cat meowed in response as she walked over to her bed and fell into it, holding her prize up to the light. "If only I could be so confident around people as I am with cats and crystals."

~Present time~

Alexa nodded as her only friend parted ways with her. Honestly the girl didn't feel that she was such a good friend in return, hardly contributing to conversations and never really starting conversation in general but... Kari seemed like she needed someone to listen to her, so perhaps the teens presence wasn't all wasted. Suddenly a loud screech flooded her ears and Alexa stood frozen as a car swerved closer.

Eyes wide, her life played itself out, and with a sudden flash of light she fell to her knees. Am I dead, she wondered, looking up to see a glowing figure floating above her...

She turned to see her friend not far off, getting up carefully. "K-Kari?" she stuttered, stepping away from the astral being. What was going on?
