Party Trick:Simply put, her intuition. She can usually read people like an open book. This includes their basic personality and whether or not they are telling the truth. An empath of sorts, she can easily relate to strangers and physically/emotionally feel what they are experiencing. She can literally put herself in their shoes. This is the main reason she is standoffish and selective when it comes to whom she associates with. This did not stop people from being drawn to her however, due to her charismatic nature.
Profession: Azura's main passion is art. She spends most, if not all of her free time creating magnificent pieces. Unfortunately, she grows so attached to her work, that she rarely parts with them. Since she is not selling her work, there is no way to afford a sustainable income. Zu-zu had to take on two side jobs in order to buy supplies such as paint, she works first shift as a Mechanic at Shine City's very own Apex Designs. Fortunately, her second part-time job is just down the street. She works as an assistant bartender at an establishment called Cornerstone on days when they are extremely busy and need the extra help.
Bio/Personality:Azura grew up in an unwelcoming, if not abusive, home environment. Because of this, her personality was spuratic depending on whom she was conversing with. She could be quiet, thoughtful, wise, and endearing. But she also had a fiery, survival instinct that caused her to be sarcastic as well as cautious. When her mother passed away, her father fell into a deep depression becoming angry with the world. It only angered her father more that Azura was a spitting image of her now deceased mother. This resulted in Kitsumaru (Zura's Dad) to take it out on her. Usually by either beating Azura senseless or working her to death.
Azura struggled with her own depression as a result and constantly contemplated on taking her own life. Then she was placed in a basic art class on her freshman year in highschool. Just by looking at her work, it was needless to say that the girl had natural talent. Her instructor would even go as far to say that she was a prodigy. Her passion and love for creativity had shone as bright as her names meaning as she frequently got lost in her own world.
Instead of going home after school, Zu-Zu would spend most of her evenings with her teacher. Most of the time it was spent working on art, going over creative ideas, or simply sipping tea and making conversation. On numerous occations the instructor would tell her stories of where he had come from. A small, peaceful town that usually had made him homesick. With Azura being sick and tired of the violence that happened in her current surroundings, Shine City sounded like something of a dream. A place to escape and follow her dreams. To make the world a more beautiful place.
Funding the trip had been hard on the brunette. She had to painstakingly part with most of her more popular pieces in order to move across the country. It had been worth it however, she would have done almost anything to run away from home.
It was easy to find work in Shine City. Being a bartender would be easy for her due to the fact that she had been fixing her fathers drinks since the age of five. Not only for him, but for the frequent company he brought home as well. Having memorized all the concoctions, Azura was sure she would fit in fine. As far as being a mechanic, Kitsumaru used to force the poor girl to work at his shop for free. It was his way of getting out of hiring an employee.
