I'm not sure what I did to lure you here but I do apologize and I also would like to welcome you to my page. Now with the pleasantries aside, a bit about me.

I have been role playing for about 3 maybe 4 years now, I love writing and I spend a lot of free time doing just that. I also spend a lot of time that is meant to be for work writing but that's another story. I live in the American midwest (think great lakes region) so that should give you an idea of my timezone. That being said I am often up at many hours of the night, or morning depending on your point of view.

I am indeed a girl and she/her whatever works.

Cer had been packing up from the latest training session when the head aches started. Being in the HQ was a bit painful but now it was making her double over, this wasn't normal. She wanted to tell someone but she couldn't move much more than to drag herself in a forgotten corner and ride it out. Some big shot meta like Eli or Light was probably showing off, she'd just have to bear it. But when the intercom turned on and Cedric began shouting instructions Cer's face grew very, very pale. This was not a battle that would end with a victor on either side, not with the aura and power she was feeling. This week had been the cold before the storm and she should have noticed.

Despite the pain Cer pushed through, she would get used to it in time but that was time she didn't have. What was there to be done on her part, she was pretty useless right now, all she could do was feel a horrible darkness spreading throughout the building. They probably also knew that, what she had gotten so far was that the opposing meta was at their front door and he was basically feeling up the place. Despite the fact that the enemy was right outside they were continuing to head towards the front of the building. She began to frantically roundup any one who believed her when she said 'situational evacuation protocol' and led them out the back exits almost getting sliced by a field of pure energy that vanished as soon as it came. She led as many people as would listen and instructed them to get far, far away from this place, find a police station or any where that would offer them protection. Then after she had instructed them to the best of her abilities she sent them off.

Cer wanted to go with them, she really did but she stayed. It must have been some kind of foolish bravery because when she stepped back into the building she felt a silent presence that shook her to her core. She put up an invisible energy shield around herself, just an inch or two off her skin, she couldn't be too careful.
Also, @Sapphire, I plan to have Olivia fight Vince! He's going to be trying to get people to join the Movement, right?

Yeah that's fine, they aren't too unevenly matched.

Also, there was some discussion of the Kristallnacht comment a while back, I added it because I felt it was a smarter comparison than Walpurgis night, whatever that is.
<Snipped quote by Raijinslayer>

It's okay, you just reminded me of Cer's bad idea.

Yeah, same here.

After taking in the repulsive Sebastian back to the new Underground Movement base, Camille kept a subtle grin on her angelic face as she anticipated the horrors that Patel would inflict on the redhead if he were to pull off one of his stunts. Things were going... Smoothly for the passing week as nothing occurred other than henchmen renovating the new base to make it as operational as possible and Isabella plotting her next move. Camille herself felt a bit passive, after all she did have the duty of caretaker of the base during the attack which left her quite exhausted in the end.

Now the wait was over and new objectives were fixed. Isabella gave the young warrior the duty of supervising what she and many others were anticipating the past few days. A few minutes before the grand opening of a new facet of this war, Camille was sitting all so casually on a sofa which so happened to be placed on the roof of a building about a block away from the Reformist HQ. Camille was wearing a red plaid shirt with a pair of pale blue jeans and converse shoes, her usually beret being replaced with a dark blue fedora she so happened to have stolen from one of the obese mutants under her mother's command. She was holding binoculars and was staring directly at the HQ's entrance.

"HEY VINCE! WHERE IS THE FOOD?! THE SHOW WILL START SOON!"

She shouted in random anger, her belly had began to growl simultaneously to her fit of rage. She turned her head in order to find her colleague who was supposed to be with her.

Vince held in a groan, "You're the French person why am I the one handling food?" Despite his act he was pretty happy to be in charge of the food because he loved to cook and the past months in the city had given him the chance to learn where the authentic Italian food was and where the American shit versions were. "Hope you like Italian food because I still do." It was a little bit ridiculous that he cared so much since he hadn't been in Italy in a long time.

"Italian? Mussolini you're always welcome chez moi~"

Camille also appeared to be quite happy, her little fit aside, as her nerves were quenched by the soothing aroma released from the basket her colleague had brought for this very special occasion. Her eyes glittered in excitement as she impatiently waited for the grand reveal.

"]I hope you have some goo-.. erm... Gucci spaghetti for me!" she added with a pinch of an overdone italian accent on the Gucci. She even added the stereotypical gesture with her gloved hand to imitate an italian man.

"No Spaghetti because I got pizza. Spaghetti i what the Italians stole from the Chinese. Gucci is a designer by the way, you uncultured swine. Don't worry there's also Bruschetta which I'm sure you know of as little pieces of toast with tomatoes on them, not to mention muscles which I assure you are a type of shellfish." He smiled and pulled out the containers of various Italian foods, other than the food her had mentioned there were breadsticks and tomato soup that Vince would likely use as a sauce, a small dish of olives and the pizza of course. "I don't know if you drink but I brought a nice bottle of red wine I thought would go nicely with this. Though on second thought a white wine might have been a better choice. I convinced the building owner to supply us with a table and chairs. He should be here in a moment." As if on cue a rather portly man came on to the roof breathing rather hard, he had carried up the table by himself.

"I'm sorry for the wait Sir, I dropped it a couple times and had to go get it. I'll have the chairs in just a moment." The man was huffing to Vince's amusement. He waved the man away to go get the chairs. Taking the fold out table he set it up and when the chairs arrived he did the same. "Nothing fancy but I'd rather watch a building explode in style."

"Huh? Wait... SWINE?! Pffff, says the Fascho proposing alcohol and sharp objects for cooking to a little girl. Go... Ugh... Drop dead." She replied to her colleague as their newfound servant was doing his thing, but she didn't give a single care about style. All she needed was something to sit on and binoculars. She stuffed her hand, which would be enveloped in a black combat glove, in one of the baskets in order to extract a slice of pizza. "Chorizo Pizza?" she asked curiously as she examined the piece of food, but before her partner could answer, she'd bite off half of it, consuming it whole after only three sets of chews.

"Oh ze shzow iz aboooot to starht!" she'd say with her mouth full, one hand holding the small remains of the pizza she had taken another bite out of and the other holding the binoculars that enabled a specific view over a specific thing that triggered her alertness.

"You're not 3, just because you're stuck in a child's body doesn't mean you have to act like it. If you continue to act like this you'll miss out on a lot." Vince scowled but declined to comment on her other antics, it was likely the more annoyed he seemed the more she was encouraged to act childish. "I hope we can salvage a database, that would be fun but Patel isn't a very careful thing is he?" He felt a twinge of guilt as he remembered that Cer was likely to be there, at least her powers would allow her a chance to escape. He helped himself to a slice of pizza and sat back to wait for the fire works.

"I dunno, he's always so absent~ You should've asked him before the mission had started!" she made herself comfortable on the sofa while helping herself with some more italian delights. She'd peek from time to time through the set of binoculars to keep track on Patel. It was going to happen, any minute now that monster would be at the base's doorstep. Camille was a bit excited, not by the idea of lots of people dying, but the possibilities of salvaging fallen Metas who could potentially be future allies. She wanted a young, female meta to join the troupe, so she could at least have someone to share similar interests with. After all the team was male dominated and Isabella was way too serious to be considered as a potential gal pal. "Soooo, when he's in, you take the West and I take the back? Or do we just go freestyle?" she referred to the areas they would cover once the inevitable evacuation protocol would occur.

"You think I want to talk to him? That guy gives me the creeps and I control people on a regular basis." He sighed and shook his head. "Yeah I'll take the west part but be careful, if you find any metas it would be best to bring them to me and let me do the talking. You know why, Isabella would proabaly agree." Vince hadn't eaten much, he wasn't feeling particularly hungry anymore. The idea of all the work he was going to do to convince these metas was putting him off.

Camille nodded, but she didn't have the intention of letting one of her prey become tainted by his powers. This was beyond just gaining new tools, her naive and difficult needs would inevitably gain priority over pretty much anything. All they could do now is wait for the monster's entrance into the scene and commence this modern day Kristallnacht.
@Raijinslayer

Like Subject Zero, a training session will have passed for Cer and Jackson, we can RP it if you want.
I try to advoid posts that have nothing to do with me. Keeps me from Meta gaming.

The flip side is you also never know what's going on even when your character should.
"The amount of work you're willing to put in my death, flatters me." Vince chuckled darkly, "I don't use my power unless I need something, don't put yourself in that position and we won't have any issues. I feel like I'm repeating my self, I get the feeling that neither of us likes to do that." Vince didn't like the look in Sebastian's eyes as they approached the car, Sebastian was the type to ruin his car out of spite. He turned his attention to Camille and tried to soften his expression, "Not right now but keep an eye on her, she's new so she's maybe even less trustworthy than Sebastian, if that's even possible." Vince wondered how much this girl had actually wanted to join Sebastian and how much of it was survival instincts.

Vince's glare didn't change much as he climbed in he assumed the others would follow suit, "I don't ask a lot of questions, I don't know anything. If I did do you think I'd tell an asshole like you?" Vince waited until they we're all in the car and shot Sebastian a warning look, "Next stop Isabella and company." As he was diving he tried to loosen up his face, he was going to end up with worry lines at this rate.
To his relief the drive was as short as he'd hoped. "We're here and before you ask, yes we are going to escort you in, Isabella would have our heads if we let you find your way."
I've been waiting for the time skip to get Cer back into what's going on so I have to agree with Potato and Bee.
@Raijinslayer@Savato

"Tsch! Simpleton? Sebastian you wound me, have you ever even picked up literary classic?" He paused for a moment, noticing the blood and groans, disgust flashed on his face. "I can't believe that you think they're worth the time, if that's a human. Only a meta deserves thought put into their death. Human rats should be treated like rats." Vince stopped and took a breath to calm himself, and took a look at Cassandra. "Lovely, the cockroaches multiply. I'm sure I would be happy to meet you too, under different circumstances." He would have attempted a charming smile but he was not in the mood.

Vince was holing in the urge to yell at these people, theatrics or whatever they were he found the way Sebastian acted annoying. Waving a hand he tried to keep the growl out of his voice, "Alright alright, don't get your panties in a twist. We both know you would barely loose any steam on torturing me, I don't think I could feel pain now even if I wanted to. That's awfully boring for you isn't it? I'd be surprised if you could find a person less entertaining than me to kill. You keep trying to intimidate me but you'd only kill me if I was an obstacle." Vince glared at Sebastian daring him to do something stupid.

"Camille you can come out now, I'm fairly sure he knows you're there. You'd better hurry if you want shotgun. Watch out for the bodies, you'll ruin your shoes." Vince called out across the Alley, he actually felt bad for making her run all over the place, he'd do the leg work next time. "Sebastian, I just want you to know that my car is a limited edition and if you get one drop of blood on the seats, I will kill you with the utmost pleasure. Don't test me this isn't a game." Vince didn't have to use his powers to convey how serious he was, cliché or not he cared about his car more than any other object in his life, minus his library.
As Camille walked out of the now destroyed base, she felt somewhat fresh as she finally got a bit of fresh air infested with the foul smell of burning corpses. She had changed her sweater real quick and stuck with a basic black tank top as Light had righteously damaged the former, burning her arm in the process. Hence the bandage wrapped around said arm. When she met up with Vince, she looked up at his handsome face and smiled shyly. She could tell he was checking out her out of wack body, judging as everyone seemed to do these days.

"Ehhhhh, we're going after Sebby the Creepy."

She directly responded as she jumped into the shotgun seat, ready to go.

"I dunno how we're going to find him, mais mama wants him to meet Patty~" she'd add to her previous response.

Vince rolled his eyes ever so slightly after Camille hopped in the car, she hadn't changed one bit.

"Sebastian huh? What did the bastard do to get Isabellas attention this time?" Vince's jaw was clenched a bit tighter than before, Sebastian was more immune to his power than most, probably because he was more of an animal than a human. Sebastian had loved that though, Vince's slight frustration and worry over his lack of control but since Vince's ability to feel pain was nonexistant he hadn't been targeted like others. Sebastian was a sick person and Vince didn't suit his tastes, not to mention that in a powerless fight they were pretty much evenly matched. "If I could guess I'd say he's trying to set up some sort of base or he already has and he's torturing some poor wretch. Do you know anthing about his preferences or any places he would go. Besides hell that is."

"Hmm... I would think a cave but I'm not that dumb~ How about... An abandonned Warehouse?!" she asked out of the blue as she considered any possible spot a creep like him would hide in for future plotting. She sat back on the comfy seat and awaited for departure.

"We could spend all day looking through abandoned warehouses, we'll have to do this the old fashioned way." He grinned winningly, "Get out of the car we're going talk to people." Vince gave Camille a quick 'don't argue' look and got out. "We're going to put some distance between us and this wreck, Sebastian couldn't have gotten that far." He started off on brisk pace, everyone seemed pretty on edge with the recent events making his plan more difficult to achieve.

"Huuuuuuh?! Have the drugs finally fried your brain?! How can we hope to find him by walking and talking to random people? Especially some ginger like Sebby..." She complained, lazily complying with her partner's demands as she slowly stepped off the car. Arms crossed, she checked him out in return with an expression that just screamed judgment.

"You have to know where to look, young grasshopper." He chuckled lightly, but he also agreed with her, if he couldn't get a good read on these people then they would end up wasting time. After the first couple tries it seemed noone knew and he was tring not to lose optimism. How could these people not remember a six foot tall carrot top like Sebastian?

Camille cocked an eyebrow as she witnessed her partner's evident failure in what he initially seemed confident in. "O' great sensei, your are is TELLEMENT fascinating~ Please show me more!" she snickered in offensive mockery, but hey he was asking for it. But the idea of finding Sebby came back to roam in her mind quite quickly, she had to find him quickly to avoid any other problem. She'd sit on the young man's car's good, her light weight barely making an impact on its composure, and crossed her arms once more, awaiting some new and creative idea from Vince.

Vince ignored the sinde comment from Camille and was about to give in when he decided on asking one last girl. She first answered that she had never seen or heard of anyone matching Sebastian's decription but he decided to push it, someone had to know something and he was unfortuately taking out his frustration on the girl. Though any outsider would have thought he was just trying to manipulate her, his power was at work and she eventally spilled the fact that she had seen some pretty weird things involving an orange haired man, she was obviously scared out of her mind by it so he simply asked for directions as to where. By the time she'd said everything her mind was on the verge of breaking, he hadn't been particularly careful.

"Thank you, you've been more helpful than you know. You should treat yourself to something nice, like a cookie." He grinned and pointed to a bakery across the street, she nooded and he could tell she was at such an impressionable state that her mouth began to drool and she simply nodded. He waved at her but she barely noticed, she was losing control by the second and he wasn't surprised when he heard a car screech and someone scream, damn fool had run into the street. He motioned to Camille that it it was time to go.

Camille, though slightly cocky at first, was slowly intrigued by Vince's power and simply observed in awe as the individual he had "seduced" turned into some zombified slave of his. It was cool yet creepy for the young Underground member, almost frightening enough for her to consider taking precautions from now on. With Vince's a-ok to go, she simply hogged her previously appropriated seat and awaited Vince's driving abilities. There was no way she would walk around like an idiot.

"So, you got what you want?" she asked the man, already sure of the reply he'd give her given the result of his little chitchat with the zombie girl he had left for dead. "Where to now, b0ss?"

"You could say that. We don't have a specific place but I think I know where he'll be" He shrugged and sped off, Vince had never driven at the speed limit his entire life, he wasn't going to start now just because he had a passenger. This was obviously the best way because they got there in half the time, this time less agressive asking yeilded the same results and they we're eventually directed to an alley. "If you want you can head to the other end of the alley, just so they don't try something stupid like running away." He paused for a moment "Isabella wants him alive but if accidents happen, they happen." He gave her a sidelong glance before turning his attention back to the alley.

She stretched her arms just a bit before hopping off the vehicle in accordance to Vince's recommandation, however as they would both commence their execution of the supposed plan, she'd grab her colleague's wrist with her gloved hand, prompting him to wait.

"Vince... Just before we start..."

She said with her usual French girl voice, almost giving off the idea that she was indeed that age even though her partner would likely know of her condition.

"... If you use that ability on me, I will fucking murder you."

The following sentence was not only coldly direct but also massively surprising from her part. She was hostile and used a swear she had never been heard using in public. She was dead serious, however, Vince's ability wasn't something she'd tolerate if it were to be pointed at her. She'd let go on him, leaving his wrist and hand covered in in dry, peeled skin as if that particular part had not been cleaned or treated for weeks or even months. It was fine and fully functional, though, causing absolutely no pain other than the annoying sensation of having dry skin.

Vince was surprised if not downright shocked with Camille, he hadn't known there was a serious bone in her body. However, despite the seriousness of her threat, he couldn't help but smile. He was happy to know that Camille could really act her age, and he knew how to make her, which was cause enough for celebration. This wasn't too far off from how most Metas responded to his power, it was strong enough now that it was scary, in some ways he liked that. Rubbing his wrist his grin faded, he had work to do. Venturing into the alley way he put his hands up, to signal he wasn't a threat.

"Sebastian you here? I just want to talk, Isabella needs something from you and then you're free to go. I'd come with me now, she's not afraid to send Patel and if that thing doesn't at least worry you, I'd look into getting a reality check." Vince's words were slightly honeyed, barely noticable but they'd become stronger over time. "The choice is up to you, I'm not here to fight you. Personally I'd like to see a peaceful solution, I can't gaurntee your saftey or freedom if Patel is needed." Vince felt like holding his breath, Sebastian was one creepy asshole. Vince hoped that Camille noticed his singular pronouns and took that as a signal to stay in the shadows and out of sight.

She chuckled just a bit as he had turned to start their little retrieval operation, turning red in shyness over her little stunt. After all she kept her immature mindset despite her little uprising. She had walked around the block they had targeted to corner the psychopath and covered one of the only exits their prey could have if he were to try a little escape. She wasn't very smart, but the goal was to catch him, so she wouldn't expose herself too quickly, as tempting as it may be to her.

TL;DR: Camille and Vince team up to catch Sebastian, inevitably they get on eachother's nerves but remain civil. Some not so Witty one liners and serious threats ensue while a poor human gets hit by a car thanks to Vince. They track down Sebastian to the alley he was last seen in and Vince asks for his cooperation while Camille blocks off the back exit.
