I think I have a really unique idea for a Hunter. I'll have their CS up in a jiffy.
The answers from the children all entertained Monokuma incredibly. They were definitely an interesting set of students, some reminding him of the ones at Hope's Peak, some being unlike teens he had seen before. This would be a fun life of mutual killing.
He first turned to Luna, "Why, I'm a bear, can't you see? Upupupupu!"
"I think she meant, what are you?" Carlos interjected, arms crossed, "A puppet? You seem too responsive to be a robot unless you're some high tech animatronic."
"Look, loose lips," Monokuma rose a clawed paw at Carlos, "I ain't a puppet! Puppets ain't got shit on me!"
The bear then turned to Sam, "Oh, what's going on?" The bear burst out into a fit of "Upupupupus" that sounded reminiscent to laughter.
"Today is the first day in your new lives of mutual killing!"
The word killing caused Carlos to widen his eyes and ask, "Are you... What? Killing?!"
"Like a training simulator?" Ryan offered, hoping to find a good reason for all of this.
"If by surprising the gods you got to Heaven or splitting hell wide open is a simulator," Monokuma pondered, "Yeah, sure, why not?" It was obvious to tell the creature was serious.

Name: Andrew Michaels
Age and Year: 14, Freshman
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality: Andrew is an exceptionally smart boy, bordering on genius level intelligence. However, he is one of the weakest students physically and has to use his Libra powers to keep himself in battle. He's good natured, going out of his way to help others if asked. He has little experience in the real world as his parents kept him homeschooled and sheltered so no one would learn about his powers.
Zodiac: Libra
Zodiac Powers:
Enhanced Intelligence- His intelligence stems from his abilities as a Libra. This makes him excel in school subjects and makes him decently good at strategizing.
Equality- Due to his weak body frame, Andrew will use Equality to make any match an even match, making it fifty-fifty on who would win.
Air Manipulation- His only offensive power, which he uses to attack from afar.
Alignment: Starts off good, becomes neutral later.
History: Since childhood, Andrew has been sheltered by his parents due to his powers. Because of this, he doesn't have many friends and has an awkward time socializing with others. He asked if he could join Zodiac Academy, and whole his mother at first refused, he was able to convince his family to let him enroll.

Age and Year: 17, Senior.
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality: Nikki is a tough, sassy Jersey girl who is all about the looks. She is a bit vain and tries her best to upkeep her looks. While she will be ready to fight anyone who gives her attitude, she is not antagonistic or trouble seeking (at least initially).
Alignment: Neutral, joins the evil side later on.
Zodiac: Cancer
Zodiac Powers:
Water Manipulation- She has the power to manipulate water to her will.
Lunar Empowerment- At nighttime, her powers are drastically increased, making her a better night fighter than a day fighter.
Aquatic Respiration- Nikki has the ability to breathe underwater.
History: Nikki had always been spoiled by her rich family since she was young, and as such I, has become very materialistic. Her family wishes to somehow bring back the girl they knew so long ago, and as such, sent her to Zodiac Academy for the past three years. Now a senior, she is the queen bee of Zodiac Academy.

As if on cue, the familiar bell of a PA System rang out through the auditorium. Carlos looked up at the familiar noise while Ryan jumped back slightly, as it came out of nowhere. A high-pitched voice cleared its throat into a microphone before speaking. The voice was raspy and shrill, but demanded authority at the same time.
"Upupupupu!" It seemed to have laughed, "Welcome to Unity Academy, everyone! I hope you all have been well acquainted with each other! I know that you all have some questions but they will all be answered in due time! Give me time to make my appearance, you bastards!"
"Bastards?" Carlos repeated, furrowing his brow, "This isn't how a dean should address his students..."
"Nevermind that," Ryan cut Carlos off, earning himself a glare from the motivational speaker, "Er, Sir. But is our dean a kid or...?"
Suddenly, the lights went out, plunging the auditorium into bleak darkness. When the lights turned back on, a black and white life-sized teddy bear was standing in front of them; guarded by two muscular statues of himself on either side.
"Greetings, you bastards!" The bear surprisingly spoke, "My name is Monokuma, and I shall be your Dean from this day forward!"
Carlos was stunned. What the hell was this? All he could finally utter was, "Mono...bear?"

Carlos was both intrigued and annoyed by Jinx's ability to both quiet down the group and command the group here he failed earlier. Regardless, he stepped forward, put on the most charismatic smile he could possibly muster and began to speak.
"My fellow students," he spoke, "My name is Carlos Ramirez. You may have heard of some of my family members coming for a special talk at your schools sometime, if your schools were lucky enough to get one of us, of course. I come from a family of motivational speakers and wish to become one myself."
He cleared his throat, "But enough about me. I can tell that each of you holds unbridled potential. Potential to both help us understand our current predicament and to shine brightly as the best of the best at this school. I respect that and did not expect otherwise."
With a sweep of his hands, and a reaffirming nod, he ended his miniature speech with, "If you have any qualms with me or any thoughts you just need to release from your developed minds, do not hesitate to speak with me."
Ryan rubbed the back of his neck, before clearing his throat. He moved his boots together with an audible click, puffed out his chest, and gave a salute to his fellow classmates.
"Name, Ryan Williams!" He exclaimed, "Top-ranking cadet at Coastal Military School! Blood type, A Positive! ...Er, or was it A Negative... Um..."
He shook his head, trying to get back on topic, "Son of Lieutenant Williams of the US Army! I will do my best to defend you as a soldier and to serve you as a companion! Uh... If you'll have me!" Taking an exaggerated exhale, Ryan went back to a resting position, listening for the others to introduce themselves.
