Leaving 20 September until 30 October. Going to be a shitty time in the field. Probably going to be a week after that before I even think about writing again.

I totally missed that part. Sometimes even the big wavy flags don't get my attention.
@BCTheEntity I'm going to shake things up, it'll be fun.
@BCTheEntity I can haz shotgun Angron?
Oliver definitely agreed that it was different, getting to share the seat of power with the Guild Master. When his companion started speaking, he couldn't help but reach over and loop his other arm around the woman. He didn't know what to do now. And being the quick-thinking warrior that he was, he adapted rapidly. "I... Honestly I didn't think I'd get this far... Now what do we do?" The exact opposite of what he'd been hoping for, but he supposed that was to balance out the fact that he'd already won Sanguine's affections. He sighed at that, and squeezed the vampire a little more firmly.

"This is bullshit..." he groaned to himself as the clock wound down silently in the background. "I'm sorry I didn't say anything earlier..." he added for Sanguine's benefit. "You're the nicest vampire anyone could ask for... I really am sorry for every time I tried to lay on hands you..." the Paladin didn't know what else to say, so he ended up sitting in silence, clinging to the woman next to him like that could stop someone from shutting off the server. It was the best he could do for now, though, until they found some other game to play. The part that really worried him, though, was that they might not find another game. He knew his companion was rather picky about that sort of thing, and she was right when she said that nothing else really measured up right now. And after only getting five years out of this game, he wasn't sure anyone would bother trying something similar. He could hope, though, and he supposed there was nothing else he could do...
Edited my post. Added some pictures and tweaked a couple things.
I can change it if you want, I just like complaining... You can have the bank dude too, if you want, I was just spitballing.
@Roosan Your character didn't strike me as the sort to pronounce it correctly was all. I just assume everyone ooc does unless they point out they're 'Murican
But you said we could just write in whatever flavour text we want!
@Roosan@Jbcool Fucking officers...
Arena master: Beastmaster Lanius, The Monster of Azerlisia. Lanius is a skilled warrior, and an even better monster tamer. He claims to have spent his youth wandering the mountains, finding strange beasts, and turning them on people he decided he didn't like. Whether or not it's true, it does seem believable. The man holds little as sacred, and won't even say as much to most. He obviously prefers to spend his days tending the various abominations he's collected for the Guild, and takes the occasional, incredibly twisted pleasure of trying to create new monsters to throw at incoming adventurers. His favourite accomplishment is the Orcticore, the horrific crossing of orcs and manticores, no one is sure how he managed it, or why the beasts are still alive. It seems to be largely the same as a Manticore, to those not paying attention. It's still a red lion with giant bat wings and a scorpion's tail, but where its head should be, is the upper body of an orc, covered in muscle and filled with rage. The orc has it's own smaller set of bat wings, and while it only has one set of razor-sharp fangs, its tusks are larger, and grow throughout its life. No one knows how long a Orcticore can live, but they mature so rapidly as to be horrifying. They only seem to listen to Lanius, and will happily turn on even their own family, so have to be unleashed one at a time, but it's proven more than enough for plenty of adventurers.
