Thank you, and yeah I was keeping in mind how Tokoyami's quirk worked and implemented it here. As far as the extent of her abilities she can only levitate objects within a certain range and within a certain maximum height. (So basically she can't leviate an item really far from her and still be able to levitate something that's extremely up high in the air. The maximum length for both aspects would be around 20-30 ft. (This is during the day though so at night this range can expand). And to also add if she's levitating an item, it doesn't move so fast. So really her picking up things and straight up chucking them at people would be more effective. But levitation effects multiple items.

If she's in her ghost form she basically just floats around.
As for attacks, if it is an attack made by a weapon or inanimate object it will harm her (bullets, swords, and I'd also input quirks that can materialize too such as ice,fire, etc.) But if it is an attack that involves something living such as punching with a bare fist or tackling her, it will just phase through her. But I can see how this can be OP in a way, I try to come up with something to nerf that.

Hope this clears up any confusion, I'll add more details of the quirk to the CS once I fix that one thing

As the foggy haze cleared from Andrew's mind he only had a second to process what had happened to him. It was pretty evident, as the Armani suit he wore was ripped up to near shreds, some parts barely hanging on his body. Guess being torn apart by a pack of wolves wasn't too bad. Andrew thought to himself. Looking around he realizes the situation he was in: almost completely exposed surrounded by women and weird spirit creatures. Oh And that one creepy old dude.
"If I knew I was going to be surrounded by so many beauties I would have tidied myself up first." Andrew smirked. He fixed his hair and straightened up which subtly showed off his body that was barely hidden behind the tears of his clothing.

Then a voice of a collective rung out from behind him. Turning around there was a wolf, but from that wolf was more than one voice. "Mr. Morgan, now is not the time for flirtations, be serious about this."
"Alright alright." He spoke to this mysterious wolf figure.
Turning to the old man, Andrew remained standing and confronted the geezer.
"Alright old man let's just skip to our questions, where are we, what's with the ghost things, and where can I get a suit, mine is kind of ruined." Andrew stood over the man, trying to establish dominance, and to also see what brand his black suit was.

[PERSONALITY]
“I guess I’d say I’m quiet and more reserved. I don’t like to fight nor do I like loud noises… which is all a surprise considering who my family is. Both my brother and sister are always telling me how clumsy and oblivious I am. They don’t think I’d last long if they weren’t always there to watch me. But I’m trying hard to be independent. I want to show my family that I’m strong and can handle myself.
I love animals… especially small dogs and cats. I like eating sweets too, listening to music, and taking naps. People say I’m childish for liking those things but what’s the point of living life if you can’t enjoy it?”

[BACKGROUND]
“My family situation is complicated… both my parents and my older brother Akio are considered villains. I don’t necessarily agree with their views but they aren’t bad people… not to me. But my older sister Ashi holds a lot of disdain for them, she became a hero and vowed to stop them. Mom and dad are both in prison because of her, so it’s just Akio. You might have seen it on the news frequently but those two are always fighting, it always comes down to a draw though and Akio slipping away.
As for me…everyone just wants me to lead a normal life. Given my personality and situation it would be hard to be a good villain or an outstanding hero. Ashi and Akio are always looking after me… ironically without the other one knowing. It’s sort of like a secret shared custody. I don’t let them know either because I’m scared I might lose them forever. I managed to get into university, I have an apartment that me and Akio share, though he is always out and about. But I’m just trying to do the best I can despite not having a quirk. But I’m tired of being looked upon as weak. Then when I got your message, I can only think that it would be the only chance I can prove something to my family.”

“I play the piano well, I like to play calm and relaxing pieces, sort of reflecting myself if you put it that way. I’m uh also good at watercolor painting. It was a hobby I picked up after my parents… got imprisoned. I guess I’m good at being calm in almost every situation? I get called listless a lot, I think that might be true. I don’t fight like I said, so I don’t know how useful I’d be even with a physical quirk…”

"If I activate it, I transform into Nomei. She has her own personality but luckily I am awake the whole time and can scold her/try to stop her if she goes too far. You can say that she does what I’m incapable of doing. She’s not exactly a shadow, more like a ghost. Meaning she can phase through solid structures and levitate objects."
[DRAWBACKS]
“Nomei isn’t able to touch anything living. Thank goodness too because I’m afraid of what she’ll do if she had that ability. She makes up for it by using inanimate objects to her advantage. Though she can levitate them, they don't move very fast, and she only has a limited range. She also has a scary personality. Morbid and crude. Which is why I never activate the quirk at night, it’ll put her in full control and that would be horrifying. Daytime is when she is weaker but easier to control. I also can’t stay as Nomei for long, the more she uses her skills the more energy it drains on me. Which is why I take naps even more frequently now. And though anything solid can phase through her, any attack that she isn't able to phase through will harm her. I guess that's most of the downsides.”

Her older sister, Elaina, was the rightful heir to the family wealth and power. Power that controlled and influenced half of New York. It was safe to say Eliza was envious of her sister. She would then spend most of her life trying to prove her worth, proving she can be better than her sister. It ended up creating a rift between the two sisters, and causing both to become extremely vain. And through all the backstabbing, the one-upping, the ass-kissing, it seemed as if Eliza was winning the favor of their father. But before any decision was made, a car accident claimed the life of Mr. Nyko, leaving everything, all the wealth and power to Elaina and Eliza’s dream of control was shattered.
Heartbroken and defeated, Eliza wanted nothing to do with New York. Something that Elaina was happy to arrange. With that Eliza was sent to the other side of the country, but Eliza lived more lavishly in California, in a desperate effort to drown out the humiliation that followed her from NY.
Power:
Possession: Ability to take control and talk through a non-living/inanimate object. She must touch the object in order to “possess it”, her conscience then moves from her body to the object allowing her to control and move the object on her own. Since she has almost no control of this power, there are times where she accidentally/unwillingly possesses an object. She hasn’t figured out a solid way to willingly go back in her body but at the moment the only way back to her body is if someone breaks the object. (So if you see a talking pencil rolling down the hallway don’t question it and snap it.)
Other:
Never worked a day in her life other than networking connections at parties.
For some reason pencils always trigger her power and so Eliza avoids them like the plague.
Doesn’t favor commitment since all her relationships up to now ended badly.
