Close Friends should be someone who would call on you for help, or you could call on for help without paying a price. An Acquaintance should be somebody who you could ask for some kind of help, but it would come with a price. An Enemy would be someone that would oppose you in ideals. They don't have to be all "murder murder murder!" toward you, but they hate what you stand for.
A Super's powers should not be exceedingly OP with no weaknesses or limitations. While it should be obvious a Super is very powerful, they should have some way to defeat them. A Super who does not have any weaknesses or limitations will immediately be rejected.
