Pizza is a main course, but is also a pie. Therefore, I can eat pizza as my meal and have another pizza as my dessert.

When I need a left sock, there is none. When I don't need one, there is a surplus. I think the world is toying with me.

Sunny days are meant to be spent in a dark room surfing the net and watching series in netflix.

Bio

I am Searat
Half sea, Half rat, All Aqueous Rodent.

My role playing career is something i consider as a hobby of some sort but as to how long i have been role playing, I would say that i have three to four years under my belt. (Though most of the times I was role playing, they were nothing as serious as this and were more of a means to relieve stress with my friends or test out ideas that came to mind with them.)

As for my preferences to genres of role play, I would have no biases nor specific preferences to any genre and would be able to adapt to the genre as best I can when placed into it.

Some of my hobbies consist of: playing games, surfing the web, walking, bowling, darts, and cooking. I sometimes write and draw things but not as much to consider it to be a serious hobby.

Gotcha.
Will wait for your post then, @WindsOfFate.
Yep.
Nah, I'm fine as is.
Just glad to know that the RP managed to survive a while and even after all this time.
@WindsOfFate
Up to you I suppose.
But if you want, Yuri can be something of an outsourced ally of the FDN. That way, you can keep the connection but there are no strings attached.
One Problem Down...About A Billion Left To Go.

Just as Grizzly-1 returned to base, a report notified Titus that the hostile alien had been defeated. "Hmm. At least that's one less problem." The elderly man says while handing away the document to one of his staff after signing the document to confirm that it was able to reach him."God knows how many more problems we'll need to face." Finishing with a puff from his favorite pipe. Not only did they now need to deal with the anomalies that already exist on Earth, now they had to deal with anomalies from beyond this planet...then again, who was he to complain? He formed the Federal Department of Normalcy for the sole purpose of keeping the world at large 'normal'; and the new normal, it seemed, was that the abnormal needed to be normalized.

With Operation Burning Cover in play, soon all the world would know of what only the world leaders and FDN knew. Well knowledge they believed to be relevant to reveal to the public that is.

The majority of world was ill prepared for the bombshell that was to know that the paranormal had been hiding right underneath their noses this entire time. Meaning that the world leaders were holding near synchronous emergency press conferences to tell the world that yes; things like the boogeyman, magic, and aliens were, in fact, true. Most of the world lost their minds, some handled it pretty well. Yep...this is going to be a messy next few days.
It's good to hear that the RP is still alive, albeit in another form.
It's been a while.
So long that I actually placed this RP in the ol' archive fridge.
But I'm still here I suppose.
Was Designed To Be Tough, Not Fast.

Despite their best efforts, the xeno was a persistent and slippery one. Realizing that he was cornered, it opted to avoid any further confrontation and decided that getting past us is the priority. Utilizing how the young Yuheng agent entered the fight was quite creative of the creature but now that it was dashing away and growing more distant by the second, one thing was made apparent. It won't be able to catch up with the hostile before it could reach Coral City proper. Someone else needed to stop or intercept Sign Master before he could inflict any harm to the civilian populace or infrastructure.

With the energy cells depleted on the Hornet missiles, they promptly fell out of the air and plonked down onto the pavement. Slowly turning into a molten slag. A fail-safe to prevent the missiles to be reverse engineered by the wrong hands. Grizzly-1's AI reported the incident back to FDN facility in Coral City and a request for redeployment. The request was quickly approved by Titus and the mech promptly deactivated itself for preparation. Back in the FDN facility, a room the size of a football field contained a massive machine that roared to life as it accumulated the necessary energy required to recall the mech via displacing the space around it and replacing it with another space located within the machine. In other words, this football field sized machine was a teleporter. Titus' greatest achievement and his greatest failure...but that was a story for another time.

The recall of the massive mech would take at least ten minutes, and another ten to redeploy it on field. More than ample time for Sign Master to wreak havoc on the city. Thus the limitation of the FDN stuck out like a sore thumb. It was severely incapable of the deploying multiple assets on field in rapid succession, leaving it near incapable of dealing with multiple attacks. Regardless, Grizzly-1 would be temporarily neutralized and it was up to Gou, Yuri, and Luna to catch up and slay Sign Master.

Or perhaps another defender of Earth would be able intercept the metallic monster?

Raime would briefly laugh at the brawler's reference to a face hugger...but also took note of what Ames said. This place was likely the place where the snake people kept their cold blooded eggs warm. "Likely true, Amulak. The grooves on the ground would support that too." The likelihood of Lew's demise became more apparent to the group. Guess this rescue mission was a bust...wait. What the hell is that whining sound?

Raime quickly glanced around to see where the source was, but it seemed that it was emanating from everywhere and the frequency of the whining was increasing by the second. The magma pool then began to churn and bubble violently around the same time that he picked up the noise. Fuck. It was only a hunch but Raime did have an idea what was going to happen next. This place was going to erupt and likely fill up with lava and superheated gas that would burn them all alive. Not a very good time in general. "Uhh...guys? I think we need to leave. Soon preferably." The scout says before sheathing his sword and drawing out his dagger. Intending to use the weapon as an impromptu climbing tool to aid him getting up and out of the steep cavern.

No issue there.
As long as the Exoframe itself is still operational, Grizzly-1 will be able to operate normally.

Only real issue now is how can A 10 ton humanoid tank catch up to Sign Master?
Answer: It can't.
Solution? Someone else has to finish Sign Master off.
