Lost In The Woods

If Mason ever tried to interact with Morgan, she wouldn't really act unnerved by him, she's generally neutral towards people she doesn't know well. That said the knife is used for ritual and for gathering supplies, so she would only bring it to school on the rare occasion that she had to go somewhere close by right away. She'd be too worried it would be confiscated to just wave it around, also. So he'd only really see it if he was very much right up in her business and looking in her bag or something to that effect.

As for E, I think they'd have a sort of friendly banter, sometimes talkING about the goings on in school. Morgan's not one to make really fast friends, but that doesn't mean she's not friendly. She'll most likely acquaintances with the majority of other characters. There is, of course, the possibility of becoming closer, she's just a little reserved unless someone is really trying to become closer.

History:
Morgan grew up with her mother, an unmarried and estranged witch (the Wiccan kind, not the fairytale kind), who raised her to be close to nature and respect the magic of the world. Her mother moved to the small town to get away from big cities, which clashed greatly with her lifestyle. Their way of living is generally seen as very old-school, as they tend to hunt and fish for their own food when possible, and live in as cabin instead of a more modern house. That said, they do have things like a fridge and television and all the other technologies that are of the more recent times, and Morgan went to public school like and normal child. Her mother works as a freelance writer and maker of a semi-popular brand of all-natural cosmetics. She strayed a little too far off the path when looking for berries one day.

Personality:
Morgan is what you could call brutally honest. She has no real interest in sugar coating things, but despite that she also doesn't really like hurting people. If she thinks that what is true in her opinion would offend others, she will say so, and if they don't want to hear it she won't say anything. She has a sarcastic and witty sense of humour, and if she's close with the people around her, she tends to make little quips at silly things. Morgan is very open-minded and tends to take people at face value.

Relationships:
(For Morgan the majority of how she met others would be through school, or through the fact that her mother is essentially the weird with of the town and would probably garner some interest)

Kato: Sees him as something akin to a big puppy, in more of a fond way than a condescending way. Though she doesn't really feel the need to be protected, she's not stupid enough to not recognise the perks of having a big tough guy as an ally. Plus she also thinks he's a huge sweetie, and doesn't mind the sensitivity and touchy-feely business too much.

Elena: Elena is truly amusing to her, what with the vivacious attitude and the insane fan club, she seems like a strange cartoon character to Morgan. Of course, she knows there's a little more to her than all that, but for now she'll provide more entertainment than anything else. Morgan was one of the few people that didn't swoon over her, and will have no part in her fan club.

Catherine: Knowing what she does about how rough it can be to be a 14 year old girl, even if she doesn't know much about her, Morgan feels somewhat protective over Cat. That and she thinks her cat is adorable, though not as pretty as her own. Cat bias, such a pity.

Eren: (gonna use they/them pronouns, if you'd prefer I just use E I can change it) She likes them, and thinks they're one of the more quietly interesting people she's met. While they're very opposite sides, they almost seem to be similar to each other. She thinks that they should probably calm down a little, maybe smoke some pot or something for once in their life, but that they're a cool person all in all.

Mason: Morgan finds him honestly pretty creepy. The whole incident with the bullies was understandable, if she'd ever been bullied she suspects she'd flip her lid also. She doesn't hugely like that he looks into her business, but really, she's kind of used to it. Being the weird (but hot) witch girl has that effect. She's open to people, though. If she ever had the chance to know him better she wouldn't shy away from it just because he's kind of eerie.

Momento: A beautiful altar knife with a bone hilt, the blade engraved with runes and symbols. She made it herself as part of a ritual.

Hi there, I'd like to try this out if you'd have me!

Edit: I also have a couple questions I'd like to ask, in terms of the world and such. Firstly, what time period are we in for this? It is modern, or sometime in the past?
Secondly, what part of the world are we in?
And thirdly, which isn't so much world based, for the relations, would simply saying 'Character A knows Character B through such and such situation' be sufficient? And of course discussing that with the players after, but just as a baseline so we know how they might act around each other at the beginning.

That's exactly what was implied, yes. For me, I would prefer to play Fairest, because I have the most ideas for that Seeming, but I could also fit that into Darkling. Or Beasts, for that matter. Also it was brought to my attention that my initial idea didn't quite fit with the witch theme, mostly because I totally forgot. So ignore my last statement sorry. Adult themes are more than fine with me, no worries. (Also I apologise if the way I'm doing things isn't how they're normally done on a forum setting, I've never really played a game like this in such a thing. If I'm not following some sort of unspoken rule feel free to tell me, I'd much rather know than make a fool of myself.)

I'm pretty sure I'm going to choose either Darkling or Fairest. I'd most like Fairest, really. I have an idea for a character that was used as entertainment by their Keeper, of any sort, and kept in some sort of trance. They'd most likely be Treasured or Minstrel. I'd also like to know what sort of rating we're going for here? Like PG13 or any variation of those.
