Name: Sirius Corona
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Race: Faunus (Coydog)
Weapon: Orthrus - Mostly unchanged from her "canon" weapon, the only difference is that it is solid silver in color.
Semblance: Interface - Her semblance is the same, only with a less benevolent name and more intensive training. Instead of merely being able to communicate with a handful of people effectively or several more casually, Interface allows Sirius to utilize all of those around for sensory input - she can see through their eyes, hear through their ears, etc. - and tell where people are in relation to her. Due to her reduced empathy, however, Sirius cannot use a person's thoughts or feelings to identify them. She can only note that an anonymous person is in a certain nearby location and recognize their general intent.
Personality: Not being raised for the most recent years by Soot and Datura, the deeper parts of Sirius's personality are radically different. Though just as outgoing and friendly on the surface, her values are where the largest change has occurred. Sirius believes largely in protecting one's own over the greater good. She is just as caring and loyal to her friends and family as she would have been, even going as far as to be ready for self-sacrifice should the need arise, but she rarely feels any sympathy for strangers. No one meeting her for the first time would know this, however, as she maintains an altruistic exterior. Internally, she has a fragile sense of self-esteem and makes impulsive decisions under a façade of confidence on issues that trouble her rather than thinking deeply on them.
Appearance: Sirius never dyed her hair to look more like her mother's when she met her maternal family or received a head injury that required it to be cut.
History:
Sirius's change of fate occurred when Soot fled Mirage with Datura. Instead of using her semblance to manipulate Soot into destroying the entire complex, Datura helped him assassinate Rigel Corona. Because this new plan was executed quietly and did not wake Sirius in the night and cause her to investigate, the fourteen-year-old was left behind as her father's murderers escaped.
As her father's heir, Sirius was named new head of Mirage despite her age. The pressure of picking up her father's many affairs led to her neglecting to receive medical treatment for an infection that developed in her left eye socket, just recently left empty in a sparring "accident". She subsequently lost vision in her right eye as the infection spread and worsened.
Despite being betrayed and now blind, Sirius never lost any love for Soot and Datura. However, without Soot to be her moral guide, she eventually adopted the outlook of her late father and now holds only trusted companions as being worthy of forgiveness and protection. When she acquired the assets owed to her by her maternal family, she didn't hesitate to order mercenaries to eliminate them as revenge for pawning her off on her father - a man who, from their view, was a leader of a detestable organization.
Now 16, she operates Mirage with a mixture of affection for her lessers, doubt in herself, and yearning for the family that left her.
