@Snarfulblast I could care less about why Carl is mega evolved. There's no loophole regarding the rule of there being only ONE mega-evolved Pokémon at a time. In this case, we're referring to how the game handles mega-evolution.

@Snarfulblast You're missing the point man. There's a difference between being trained by a human and being trained by a Pokémon. Humans are the only ones that can mega evolve Pokémon. Ergo, Jean cannot mega evolve Carl. In other words, in order to settle things, I suggest either making another human character and putting him and Carl on a separate team together, thus making him eligible to mega evolve at this point in time, or simply edit your post to where it's either only Zera or Carl that is mega evolved.

Hearing the beginning of a commotion behind him, the hooded figure decides to turn around and watch as the fighting ensues. Although it was brief, it seems he slightly underestimated Aruba's fighting prowess, for she not only takes down a Sylveon, but also what appears to be a Celebi with one hit each. Seeing that the female Lucario then flees with the Celebi captured only to now be pursued by multiple auras, the boy smirks underneath his hood, deciding it would best to lend her a hand. With that decision made, he flicks his wrist, opening up a Corridor of Darkness before him. He then walks into it, it quickly closing behind him so that no one could follow, despite the rather short distance he moved. Now, another Corridor appears before the fallen Aruba, the clone now standing just outside of it. "It appears you're in need of some help...hurry up and get moving. I'll stall them for now..." He states to Aruba, moving just enough to allow Aruba passage into the Corridor. Sensing an aura similar to Ven's, Serph can't help but be a bit puzzled as to why this is. "Serph, is something the matter?" Sera asks, noticing her friend's sudden confusion and becoming a bit worried by it. "Something is...off. There's someone nearby that is giving off almost the exact same aura as Ventus..." He explains to her, resulting in her becoming confused herself. "What do you mean by almost..? Are you saying that it's some sort of dark version of him..?" She inquires, using terms she would believe somewhat fit the situation. "Yeah..something like that...we'd better go check it out." Serph responds, already getting a move on. "Agreed..I'll be joining you shortly." She says as her clone disappears. Sera then turns to look at Ventus, her feelings of guilt displaying themselves in her eyes. "Must we really do this to him, Ven..?" She asks. The boy stops playing, deciding he could use a break from playing for now. "I know how you feel...but you just have trust me on this one..." He responds. Sera senses a slight air of guilt radiating off him, resulting in her briefly hugging him before teleporting to Serph, leaving him alone for the time being. "It's nice to meet the both of you. In a way, you could say that I'm a childhood friend of Rythian." She says, bowing courteously to Mystarii and Electricia respectively. "I would introduce you to the others, but it looks like they're rather busy right now...Ven seems to be available right now though. Why don't we go say hello?" She offers, noticing that the music has stopped once more, indicating that her human friend must be taking some time to recollect his thoughts or something like that.

The Many Mysteries of Lavenshade Mansion ~*Fantasy RP with Ghosts*~

Makoto blankly stares at Amaiyo as she slices and dices what he assumes to be some sort of dire wolf. He then simply blinks as she eats the wolf's remains as if it were cheese cubes from a platter served at a party. Now, he walks over to Minako, gently placing a hand on her shoulder in order to grab her attention. "As much as I would enjoy watching Amaiyo eat more cubed wolf, we should head back with Abernathy so we can try and find a way to keep our promise." He states, now awaiting her response.
