Welcome to Wellston, where being ordinary and having no ability is unusual. Wellston is home to the very competitive and prestigious Wellston Private High School, and neighbor to Agwin High School. Although Wellston is known for its academic success, the student body is ruled by the Royals and elite tiered, all of which are determined by ability level. I wonder what level you are? Because, as much as we all want to thrive here, everyone knows only the strong can make it to the top. Let's not forget about the power-based, ruthless society outside of school walls. A book that has inspired heroes has been banned, and the members of higher tiers acting as superheroes are seen as ruthless vigilantes. Can you survive the chaos?
Plot
Although you are a citizen of the Wellston area, you could go to Wellston, Agwin, any other school in the area, or maybe even homeschool. Your characters are going to be going through the qualms of high school, with the added pressure of climbing ranks in the hierarchy and school rivalries. You are free to go and meet in the mall or at Woaba Boba, a local drink shop. An influx of heroes have risen to try to help the members of the lower tiers, but now they are getting heat for it. Are you pro-hero or pro-natural selection?

Levels are from 1.0-10.0
Potential and Mastery is considered in the overall level of an individual's ability level
Potential is the baseline number representing the potential that one is born with
Mastery is how well someone knows, controls, and uses their ability and different factors come into this number including strength, accuracy, and the ingenuity of the user; this number is fluid and increases with training
The equation used to come up with a user's level is Potential multiplied by Mastery, and divided by 10
