Delilah felt a sudden tether to the situation, her heart pounded, and she bit her lip. It was the first time she heard Promiscuity sound the least bit desperate, vulnerable to her own words, not as magical. Promiscuity snapped, and all at once, the desperation was gone. Delilah shook her head, but smiled at Luther. "I guess you're right, I'll go. Let's save Katherin." She reached into the car and unlocked the door, opening it and jumping in. "Do you know where to go?"
Luther was glad he didn't have to sit there and argue with her anymore, since he wouldn't have continued that for much longer anyhow. "I did see a note, probably left by Katherin." He was avoiding the question in a way, but he was sure he would see Dante's car eventually.
This is idiotic, Luther. Going through this for one person? What is this? Nightmares finally spoke about the situation.
"Shut the hell up." Luther responded to him, annoyed.
You know, if you want to get yourself killed this early, that's fine with me. More time for my freedom, then. He ignored the comment made by his demon, driving on until he saw a car pulled over with a few flares scattered about. "So I did know where I was goin." He muttered more to himself than anything, pulled over in front of Dante's car to not obstruct the flares, and got out. He began walking down the road.
