[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

Spirit turned back to his training equipment. "My children can tell you everything you need to know about tomorrow. I've got my training to finish, and now I'm behind schedule. So if you'll excuse me..." The Sandbag quickly shattered upon his punch, its remains dropping to the floor.

"Don't mind Dad, he's just stressed after yesterday. He keeps himself restrained." Said Rico, looking back at the group. "Tomorrow is one of my favorite days of the year! The Founders Day Festival! It's so much fun!" Said Lulu excitedly. "Yeah, you see, Dad helped found Valiant Village along with a legendary team, the Swords of Justice. This year is really special, too, it's the tenth year anniversary of the founding!" Said Rico.

When the topic returned to Humans, Lulu tried to explain what she meant. "Well... really only four other humans have been known to have come to our world like that, maybe more. But those four are the most famous. They've defeated even Legendary Pokemon like Rayquaza, Dialga, and Kyurem!" She said, Rico nodding. "She's telling the truth. In fact, Dad's actually good friends with the team that defeated Kyurem." He said.

Fuse nodded. "At least we have a who and a where, that's more than we had to go on before..." Said Fuse, looking down to the Roserade. "We can probably let him up now... Sorry for the misunderstanding, Rin. We have no quarrels with you or The Manifest, you just can't be too sure in a Mystery Dungeon who is friend or who is foe." He said.

Breeze breathed a sigh of relief as the confrontation seemed to be at an end. Then she felt it, it was happening, here and now. Her body became enveloped in a bright green light, and she promptly dropped to the ground, now in Land Forme. "Oh no... I knew this would happen..." Said Breeze, looking at her forme now. This was possibly the worst place for this to happen. She sighed. "Well, Fuse is right. But... maybe we could head back to the Waypoint and camp out for the night, that way we can be at full strength in the morning when we set out?" She asked, almost begged.

Fuse nodded his head. "I didn't know it was this late now... It would be best to backtrack and wait out the night, I think." He said. He looked down to Gren, clearly by what had happened so far he was going to want to push on... Letho would be the decider then. He honestly didn't know how that would come out.

It seemed the two had agreed to the arrangement, so now there was very little left to do. "I'm sure the Pokemon Center has somewhere Ranulf can stay, Celes. They're usually equipped for this kind of thing in one way or another." Said Lily, trying to give a little ease to Celes.

When Devon asked about rooms, Nurse Joy, who was sitting at the counter catching up on a little paperwork, smiled. "Oh, no cost at all. Pokemon Center Rooms are free for trainer use, just pick an open one and your all set!" She said happily, quickly returning to her paperwork. Brent stood up and walked up behind him. "Well, there you have it. Let's go find us a room then." Said Brent.

Lily looked over towards the rooms. "I'll go grab us a room then as well, I'll see you in there." She said, heading towards the Trainer Dorms.

Brooks
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

Brooks looked around him, the only one around was the Dragonite he'd heard referred to as Ranulf. He had to be careful with what he was doing now. "Hey, you can keep a secret, right?" He said towards the Pseudo-Legendary. He pulled a food dish out of his bag, placing a couple of berries in it. He then sat it down next to a bush on the edge of the courtyard. A Shadowy but easily recognizable if you knew it figure stepped into view and began eating. "Sorry that took so long pal, things are getting dicey out there now..." He said.

The figure stopped eating for a moment. <What do you mean by that? What happened?> Asked the figure, and Brooks shook his head. "Team Royal Skies went after Shaymin, I think they've figured out the legend better than I thought. You need to be extra careful when you're out there alone from now on, you're probably on their list." He replied directly, seemingly understanding the Pokemon. <Alright, I'll keep on my guard then. You be careful out there too, I'd bet there would be a nice price on your head for the guy in Royal Skies to take you out after all the trouble you've been causing them...> The figure responded. "I bet so too, but they'll find it's not so easy to take me down." Brooks replied.

The figure returned to eating, leaving silence in the courtyard apart from the sound of nighttime Pokemon beginning to come to life.
@Polaris North I'd expect the mission to take a bit, the Crevice is technically a Single Floor/Area Dungeon, but it's massive. It'll take a while to search it through.

Spirit nodded as the two Pokemon elaborated. "I would assume so, Celty. Such a probable sudden transformation would be sure to cause some... discomfort." He said, turning back to Devon. "I'm glad to hear this, Devon. You have my word that I will help you to the best of my ability. Training does not only entail moves and physical strength. Mental strength and clarity is a large part of my training, for even the strongest of Pokemon cannot achieve victory without a clear mind." He answered. "Your help is welcome as well, Celty. Thank you." He said to the Mawile. "For now, you will be treated just as anyone else would who becomes a trainee with my guild..." He began, then got the message from Relay.

He sighed, truthfully that Vanillite had been edging on his nerves lately, he even snapped a bit at him that night. "Relay... now really isn't the time. And honestly, he seems to lack patience, I can't work with a Pokemon like that. He has great overconfidence I can feel, and partially wants to make a name for himself. I have not said this in front of him, nor will I. He seems like a good kid, and I might give him a chance. But I don't know if he's a good fit for our Guild." He responded telepathically to the message. Looking back to the others, he replied. "Sorry, had a message from Relay about something. I'll begin your training the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow is a very special day for our village, and I still have some things to take care of today." He finished.

Rico and Lulu had been listening to the whole conversation, and finally decided to come out and speak. Lulu was the first to say something. "So... you're a real human? That's so cool, you'll be like those heroes we read about in our storybooks!" She said. Rico nodded. "But like dad said, we need to figure out why you're here. Everything seems fine here..." Said Rico.

Relay made the off comment about having children, making Serenity blush embarrassingly and Omen actually chuckle. "No, Relay, not yet... we're not exactly ready for that yet..." Said Omen. Serenity kept her eyes away from the Meowstic, now more angry at the question than embarrassed. The thought of having kids made Serenity feel... old. She wasn't that old yet, she still had a whole life ahead of her. Kids were nowhere on the schedule anytime soon. Clearly her reaction was response enough to the question.

Everyone seemed to be heading off to bed, which was strange to Brent. He was used to the time around here, but most of them weren't he guessed, considering they all came from different time zones. He shrugged. "Might as well, I guess after the day we had, it'll be nice to get some rest." He said, stretching his arms as he moved around in his seat, not yet standing up. Michael nodded. "Yeah, I'm still pretty jet lagged, plus we're heading out early tomorrow, hopefully. So, I guess I'll see you all later. Come on guys." He said, waving goodbye and waving his Pokemon on.

Glameow gave a bow. <Until we meet again, my friends.> She said, turning to follow Michael. Turtwig rolled his eyes. <Yeah, we'll see ya later guys!> He said, following suit.

Lily Meadows and Brooks
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

After talking a bit more, the two decided not to reveal what they had talked about to the others, as not to cause panic among the trainers there. They soon returned to the main room, seeing the group had somewhat dispersed. Lily slightly waved as Michael walked by to the Trainer Dorms. She sat back down with the others. "Everyone heading off to bed?" She asked, Brent nodding his head. Lily would yawn herself. "I'm really tired myself, I think I might hit the hay too."

"Yeah, we were thinking the same thing..." Said Brent, looking to Devon, then over to Celes, who was still awkardly standing around. Brooks let out a low barely audible chuckle. "I'm gonna hop outside for a bit, get in a quick training session for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to that battle, Devon." He said, and with a wave, headed out back. "Well, guess we should grab some rooms. Celes, wanna bunk with me?" Asked Lily. Brent turned to Devon. "If those two bunk, wanna bunk with me?" He asked Devon.
@Pyromaniacwolf TBH, I've been thinking of closing off the RP to new submissions. It's a decent way along and the characters are already pretty much cemented in. It would just be kind of awkward to through in new characters now that weren't planned to be brought in. So, sorry.
Dude, just relax. I know how badly you want to go off on your own journey and everything, but there's a little bit of character interaction needed for RP. I don't want to sound mean, but just roll with it until it gets to the point.

When they heard the two Pokemon come in, Rico and Lulu took a quick break from their practice and poked their heads out the door to see who it was. It was Devon and Celty, and Devon had some interesting things to say. The two kids listened in awe and surprise as Devon revealed these facts.

Spirit was momentarily caught off guard, letting the sandbag swing freely as he turned. "A Human? Hm... well, it most certainly wouldn't have been the first time I guess..." He said, sitting down into his meditative position. "It is only in the most dire of times that forces even Arceus cannot fathom call upon heroes from the Human World to protect our world. But... that is the thing..." He said, looking up at the two. "As many can tell you, our world has experienced nothing but peace since the Second Great War, and that was over ten years ago now... which means something is starting to happen, slowly but surely. It seems Omen had the right to be worried..."

He then starting thinking out loud again. "But yes, why now? There was no human sent to quell the Second Great War... does that mean the war was nothing compared to the coming threat..." He shook his head and returned to the questions at hand. "I don't know exactly what you're here for Devon, if what you say is true. I can only tell you is that you can't do it alone. Every Human has had trusted Pokemon Partners to help them along the way, some of the greatest teams in history were formed because of this." He pondered for a minute. "That being said, I highly suggest joining my Guild. I can help you learn to use your abilities and train you to the best of my ability."

When Relay questioned him about a green snake, Omen mused for a moment. "Snake, eh? Maybe... let me see... I have a book my dad gave me about things like that." He reached into his bag and pulled out a leather bound book and began flipping through the pages. "Snake... snake... ah, snakes. Let me read what it says."

"To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream could mean that your hidden fears and worries are coming back to bite you. It could also be alerting you to something in your life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced."

He closed the book as he finished. "So, it seems there's something deeply personal about what you saw, something only you would know, or will learn." He said.

It wasn't long before another Pokemon from the Village, Milton the Zorua, had found his way to her. She wiped the last remaining tears from her eyes as he asked her if his friend had talked to her. "If you mean Zaru, yeah, he headed out about fifteen minutes or so ago." She said, pointing towards the Tranquil Forest.

Fuse sighed as Letho attempted to interrogate the Roserade. "Here, let me have a shot at it..." He said, stepping into eyesight of the Grass Poison Type. "Yeah, I wasn't too keen on the mission, but I had to do it. We're looking for a Pokemon who would know anything about him." He said, motioning with his paw towards Gren. "You might know something too, though. Kid never knew his parents, practically abandoned as an egg. Got taken in by a nice Mawile up in Folio, but he wants the truth..." He leaned in closer and spoke lower. "The hard head practically doesn't care what it takes, even if he gets killed."

Breeze continued looking around worryingly, she couldn't see the sky, so she had no clue what time it was. She could only guess it was just about sunset, which meant any moment now... She couldn't worry about it much, it was going to happen soon anyways. She floated over above everyone. "Every Pokemon has at least some soft spot in their heart, if you know anything, please..." She said.
