[Folio Town - Town Square]

The bright flash of light faded, and now the group was back in Folio Town, the Town Square to be exact. It was quite devoid of life, but that was understandable considering the time. A few houses and shops had darkened windows, with no light in sight. Others has faint glimmers of light, save for the Guild, which was lit up like a Rapidash.

"That's right... wasn't there something big going on up at the Guild this week? That dance troupe, right?" He said, making sure Breeze was still on his back. "I don't want to ruin the whole Guild's mood tonight, if that's the case... I'll take Breeze in the back way, you see if you can get Glyph. Be casual about it, too. Okay?" He asked, looking at the shadowy imp's gem eyes with his own.

Ember the Quilava

[Folio Town - Eastern Residential District]

Ember was just putting the dishes up when she glanced out the window, spying two shapes trying to peer in a nearby window. "What the..." She said as she sat the last dish down and moved over to the window. Her eyes slowly adjusted, and she finally made out the shapes of Lilisette and Devon. "What are they doing?!" She said, darting to the door and storming out. "WAIT! Don't peek in there!" She yelled at the duo, dashing over to them. "Are you nuts?! You do not want to look in there... in this house lives the crankiest old Pokemon you'll ever meet... he has a bad side worse than mine." She said.

Sighing that she had just avoided a possible war, she looked back at the duo. "So what are you two doing out here this late? I thought you went to the Guild..." She said, tilting her head curiously.

Just so everyone knows, this RP isn't dead. I've just been super busy lately and unable to reply to this RP very much. I'm gonna start getting some posts out and hopefully get the plot moving again.

@Rolands Eh... I'm not worried about your lack of knowledge, it's your posting history. Looking through, you're quite sparatic, often disappearing for months and reappearing again looking for new RPs. Last time I let someone play a major character with that history, he fell off the grid in about two weeks. So I'm kinda paranoid for that...

Before You Look, Keep In Mind That I Like To Use a Mix of Japanese and English Translations For Certain Aspects. For Digimon Levels, I Use Japanese Translations.

Luna Bishop and Dorumon

Luna Bishop

Appearance: Luna is an average 4'10". She has chestnut hair usually tied up in the back in a ponytail. She wears a white top with purple trim, and a somewhat mismatched dark green skirt with white hemlines. She wears dark toned shoes with knee high socks. Her eyes are a deep blue, and although she can first appear quite feminine, she has much muscle mass upon closer inspection.

Gender: Female

Age: 12 Years Old

Country of Origin: United States of America

Personality: Luna is a tomboy, she would prefer exploring the woods around her home to learning to bake or sew. However, she is quite cautious of the unknown. She often hangs around with other boys her age than girls, and not because she is interested in dating. That's the last thing on her mind. She just wants to hang out with someone who understands her, who is like her. In the end, she just wants to feel accepted, especially by her greatly traditional parents.

Backstory: Luna was born and grew up in a rural part of Colorado. She was raised by her two parents as an only child. Her parents had certain expectations of her from the beginning, expecting her to look and act like a normal girl. What they got was the exact opposite. She became a tomboy, and they had to downright force her to even wear feminine clothes. Given the choice she would rather wear her camo shorts and t-shirt.

In school she never got along with any of the girls, but got along fine with most of the boys. One boy in particular she became great friends with, Dustin Coleman. He lived in her parent's home, which was partially an orphanage for children who never really had a home. The two would often play in the woods around the home, much to the distaste of her parents, who thought a respectable young girl should be home learning how to take care of the house instead of running around getting dirty. She tries every day to get them to understand her for who she is, but to no avail. Sometimes she wishes she was in another world, where she would be accepted.

Skills:

• Tracking: Playing in the woods around her house has taught her many skills, one among them is being able to track just about anything by their footprints.
• Medical Training: A surprising feet she accomplished is when she became a medic for her town's Boy Scout Troupe, unofficially of course...
• Athletics: She is quite flexible, and actually a self taught gymnist. While she wouldn't be participating in the olympics anytime soon, she can quickly climb trees and small cliffs with ease.

Other:

• Luna has a severe fear of the dark, stemming from a terrifying experience when she was younger that left her mentally scarred. Panic is putting the reaction mildly.
• As stated before, the only reason she wears the outfit she does is because of her parents. Her parents want her to be a normal girl, and seem to refuse to accept her for what she is, something she slightly hates them for.

Dorumon

Apparent Gender: Feminine

Personality: Dorumon is very cautious, but cares deeply for her friends, often either pulling them out of a dangerous situation, or rushing headfirst against all rationality to save them herself. Although not afraid to pull a few punches, she tries to defuse situations peacefully before resulting to violence. She does have a clear distinction between right and wrong, and holds her own personal morals close.

Dustin Coleman and Dracomon

Dustin Coleman

Appearance: Dustin stands at 5'1". He has brown wavy hair that he used to try to keep combed over but has since given up attempting to tame it. His eyes are light brown. He wears a denim jacket over a navy blue T-Shirt, along with a pair of black shorts. He wears dark colored sneakers with normal white socks.

Age: 12 Years Old

Country of Origin: United States of America

Personality: He has a thirst for adventure. He wants to live life to the fullest while he can. That defines him in a nutshell. He isn't afraid of the unknown, in fact he embraces what he doesn't know and learns from it. Many times this has led to some sticky situations, but he always comes out on the brighter side of things, seeing the silver lining in just about everything. He's just a normal kid living an almost normal life.

Backstory: Dustin never knew his biological parents. His father was unknown and his mother died from complications during birth. He was raised in a foster home, an orphanage in Colorado. And that's the life he knew, that he lived from that day forward. Life wasn't as boring or bleak as many media outlets make orphanages out to be. There was always something to do, new things to learn and discover.

It quickly became apparant of the friendship between Dustin and the Orphanage Owner's daughter, Luna. The two were as close as could be, and they were rarely separated. Her Parents even allowed Dustin to sleep in the same room as her. As the years passed, he became more and more comfortable with the family, he basically became the son they never had. However, he didn't care much about that.

He enjoyed being with Luna, she had become like a sister to him. Most of the day during Summer they would explore the woods near their home, often playing games like Hide and Seek, which he has yet to win a game of against her. At this point, Luna's parents are considering adopting him as their own, hoping that would help Luna through her "Tomboy Phase."

Skills:

• Athletics: Dustin has incredible stamina, most likely from being a Boy Scout in the local troupe. He can keep up strenuous exercise for extended periods of time.
• Camping/Survival: Being a Boy Scout also means he knows how to do basic camping and wilderness survival techniques, such as starting a fire, searching for food, as well as telling poisonous creatures and plants from non-poisonous ones.

Other:

• Although he knows that he was orphaned, he has no intention of attempting to find out about his past, or his unknown father, any time soon.
• Once in an early game of Hide and Seek, he was unable to find Luna for over a week. He later found out she had been sneaking back and forth from the woods to the house. He still hasn't gotten much better at tracking.

Dracomon

Primary Form: Child

Baby Form: Babydmon

Child Form: Dracomon

Adult Form: Coredramon (Blue)

Perfect Form: Wingdramon

Ultimate Form: Slayerdramon

Apparent Gender: Masculine

Personality: Dracomon is a headstrong and reckless Digimon. At the first sign of danger, when others turn and run, he turns and runs towards it. More times than not he has taken one heck of a beating because of this, but that never gets him down. He'll get right back up and keep getting up until his body quits on him or he wins. This causes a lot of his friends to worry, which really pulls at his heartstrings. He just wants to help, not make more worries.

This is an RP that stems from a former RP I tried running before, and a kind of AU from a fanfic I've been working on. It's up to the Humans to once again save the Digital World, but now it seems the Digimon see no need of Humans... or do they...

Backstory

There are many different variations of the so called "Digital World." This is just one of them that is to be explored...

Long ago, one Digimon had a dream. He dreamt of a peaceful and harmonic world, where darkness and evil were a distant memory. So one day, that Digimon set off on a quest to make his dream a reality. He began seeking out others who sympathized with his goals and ambitions.

Soon one would join him, then it would become two. Soon a third would join his ranks, then a fourth. These five Digimon trained tirelessly, eventually becoming so powerful that no force except themselves could stand against them. They traveled the Digital World, fighting any darkness they could find. Soon, their dream had become a reality, the darkness that once plagued their world was but a distant memory...

They knew this would not last, so they continued to train. One day, The Harmonious Ones approached the original Digimon, and offered him a look into some of the countless Digital Worlds that existed. What he saw shocked him, in good ways and bad. Over and over he would see worlds blanketed by evil. And, time after time, that evil would be defeated by Digimon and... Humans. He knew what he had to do.

With the help of the Harmonious Ones, he and his comrades began designing devices to send to the Human World to choose worthy humans to bring to their world and protect it.

The plan was finished, but discontent began to show in their ranks. One of the members disagreed with their course of action, and eventually, the unthinkable happened... He turned on his friends and began a Civil War that would decimate the Digital World. Knowing now that they had no choice, they executed their long awaited plan just as their fortress fell, sending the devices to the human world...

The Digital World is now ruled over by the traitor, who believes that the Digimon alone are strong enough to defend their own world, and that Humans would do nothing and should be removed. The other four now stay imprisoned within what was once their own fortress, waiting for the time when the Humans would come to save their world...

Factions

The Digital Army
These are the Digimon that follow the traitor, Susanoomon. They believe that they alone will defend the Digital World from all threats, including Humans and Digimon who ally themselves with them. The faction is massive and controls most of the Digital World.

The Resistance of Light and Hope
These are Digimon that belive that the Council of Five, the former group that freed the Digital World from darkness, was right about the Humans. They fight against The Digital Army and seek to aid the Humans. The faction is very small compared to The Digital Army, and controls very little of the Digital World.

The Neutrals
These are Digimon that claim no ties to either side of the ongoing conflict, and only want to live in peace. Both of the above factions respect this, and try to leave them out of the conflict whenever possible. However, it is not always possible to do so, and often the Neutrals are forced to take sides in order to keep their lives. This faction is mild in size and controls no land, but live in the land controlled by The Digital Army and The Resistance.

The Unknowns
These are Digimon who have ties to some unknown faction that seems to have no direct objective. They often watch the battles from afar, not getting dragged into the conflict. However, they will attack either faction if provoked. It is unknown how much land of the Digital World they control.

Digivolving

Humans
Humans are of course gifted with a special device known as a Digivice. The model for this world is a hybrid of the D-3 and D-Tector. The lowest a Digimon can De-Digivolve to is In-Training (Baby). The Highest a Digimon can Digivolve to is Mega (Ultimate). Humans will be able to help their partner Digimon Digivolve into higher forms over time as they become more experienced.

The Digital Army
Digivolving is a rare gift from Susanoomon. While the grunts usually remain around Rookie (Child) and Champion (Adult), his higher officers are more often than not Ultimate (Perfect) or Mega (Ultimate) Levels. Digimon must store energy and data from deleted Digimon in order to Digivolve on their own, but Susanoomon has gifted his officers with higher levels.

The Resistance of Light and Hope and The Neutrals

The Resistance and Neutrals are often no higher than Champion (Adult) Level, which is why they find it hard to fight against The Digital Army. Rarely members of both factions have Digivolved beyond that, but only a handful have actually accomplished this feat. They must store energy and date from deleted Digimon to Digivolve.

The Unknowns

It is unknown how the members of this faction Digivolve, but they have many high level members, such as Ultimate (Perfect) and Mega (Ultimate) Levels.
