"To know who you work for. I doubt you just randomly kill cops for the heck of it." Amber doubted it would be that simple, and she couldn't exactly turn the guy in to the police. They'd have no idea what to do with him, and he'd be out in no time. As little as she liked the idea, she has a feeling she was going to have to kill this guy. She noticed him undoing his belt and wondered exactly what he had up his sleeve. She watched his every movement, waiting for him to make the first move.

As a GM I love when people get excited and do that (as long as they're not doing anything game breaking). Getting excited and passionate for characters and the story is what it's all about! I love it.

I internally panicked. I couldn't cook at all on this planet. I didn't know anything about the technology, or the way they prepared food. I had two choices. I could tell Sasha to not be so sensitive and that I was joking and never eat again, or I could apologize and still get fed. One sacrificed my pride, but food is honestly more important. I sighed "Sorry, Sasha."

As she watched him, Amber couldn't help but think that his voice sounded somewhat familiar, but she couldn't place it. . . Perhaps her ears were playing tricks on her. At any rate, she bag an to plan her attack as she watched him. He was distracted at the moment, now was her chance. Slowly she opened up another portal, this time on the wall directly behind the masked man, and stepped out. As her feet hit the hard concrete, a layer of ice began to spread quickly over the floor. She was being as quiet as possible, so that he wouldn't notice her and perhaps she could get him to slip so she could gain the upper hand.
