@Pyromania99 I mean, we're all fugitives if you really think about it. All of us are hackers of some sort, yeha? Hacking, by the very definition, is a big no-no in the eyes of the law. In that, we're all fugitives. My idea is just my character just has a record of some sort. I'm saying he committed capital murder, just probably angered the wrong corrupt official that might've led to some bribes of a specific judicial system of an already-corrupt country. *whistles innocently*

Actually Hacking itself isn't illegal. It depends on what the hacker does. That's why there is the terms white hat and black hat hackers.

Noru snapped his fingers after saying that. Pointing out that unlike himself Adam doesn't have a way of offensively overpowering the other team due to their Quirks. Noru wrapped his arm around Adam and whispered.

"Want me to lend you some Cryogrenades? Or are you cool?"

The trickster said channeling the spirit of an Arms dealer. It was better if both members of the team had something to deal with the enemy.

Personality: Noru is a level headed and fun loving person who is out to just mess around. He is very mischievous person who tends to be snarky but also confident, but a bit too confident at times. He also tends to be melodramatic at times and enjoys fighting in the arena. He is also quite curious and uses his hacking skills to find information he wants to know. He has a close relationship with his partner Digimon and treats him like his best friend, though also loves to tease him for fun and throw sarcastic comments at each other.

Bio: Noru is the son to a programmer to the EDEN company. Due to having ties to EDEN and his father being a programmer, he quickly picked up programming at a young age and had easy access to the EDEN VR which was helpful when he became a hacker in EDEN. He started out as a normal player and became a hacker after befriending a group of hackers on EDEN, who were doing the fun morally grey side of hacking, they we're less of a group and more of a gathering having a contest of who can put do each other, but they were also white hats and looked down on those who would do criminal actions though hacking. He first met the group after he help one of their members in real life and he introduced him. This lead to when he first met his Digimon partner as most of the group had Digimon of their own and Noru became interested in the AIs he decided to capture one himself and the Hacker group informed him where to get one. He eventually came across and befriended, Rex who was a Dorumon at that point in time and ended up becoming his partner after a scuffle with a black hat hacker and his Digimon. He isn't a member of the group being more independent, but still has close ties and friendly relations with them. Recently though he and Rex got into the arena and started to climb the ranks.

He'll probably join up, as the newest member of the team, but he isn't actually a Newbie Hacker he's been around EDEN for a few years as a hacker, he got into hacking around 3 years before the start of the rp. Sorry I should have clarified.

Musashi grabbed boomer and Abbygail and ran inside as the javelins hit.

"Boomer, you do realize that both ships are currently chained together? If this ship sinks then the other ship goes down with it."

They needed to get the ship free and get out of there.

Motorcycle riding experience: He's a Kamen rider, of course he does.

Martial Arts Training: As Robert wanted to live up to his grandfather's ideals he studied various martial arts over the years.

Powers

The Seed of Agito: A blessing given to the people on the Akatsuki. It gives the people who awaken it special abilities like psychic powers and the ability to transform. The Seed gave him heightened senses and extra sensory perception in his human state and due to having psychic powers he also resistant to mental based attacks. When transformed the Seed gives the user superhuman physique and other abilities.

Forms Achieved By the Beginning of the RP

Agito Ground Form

Channeling the power of the earth. The base transformation of Agito and the most balanced of the three basic forms and more or less a jack of all trades.

Agito Storm Form

Channeling the powers of the wind this is the fastest and the most agile of the three base forms, being fast enough that even those who have precognition abilities have difficulty keeping up with Storm Form and can create gale force winds. The down side is that while speed is greatly enhanced it's defenses and attack power is reduced.

Agito Flame Form

Channeling the power of fire he gains a boost in both strength and defense at the cost of speed. It can channel heat though the blade as well as making another copy of the sword to dual wield. It also has the additional power to boost the users senses allowing them to even detect hidden or invisible enemies.

Forms to be Achieved During the RP

Trinity Form

A form in which it combines all three basic forms together leaving all of the advantages and none of the drawbacks.

Burning Form

Burning Form channels the rage of the user giving the user power beyond that of Trinity and gets stronger the angrier the user gets. As a downside this Form is the slowest of all the forms and the most taxing to use.

Shining Form

The evolution of Burning Form this form retains the power of Burning Form, but brings all of Agito's other stats to the same level making it the most powerful of all six forms, the only problem is that this form requires sunlight to be achieved, as such he can't achieve it at night under normal circumstances.

Weaknesses: While he does have some special abilities in his human form he's still mostly a normal human when untransformed and has a normal human physique, which could easily get overpowered by anything supernatural and most of his Agito forms tends to have drawbacks of their own.

Personality: Robert is actually quite a jerk, often speaking rudely and sarcastically and has absolutely no patience for idiots, criticizing them rather harshly and has bit of a ego and no social skills to go along with it. Even with that he is rather fearless, selfless, and stubborn trying his best to help out those in need and does what he thinks is right, even if he needs to risk his own life.

History:

History

Robert's parents weren't around as they were the heads of the very successful electronics company Tomorrow Electronics a postion that they earned. As such most of his early year he was mostly raised by his grandfather, a former police officer. He was a tough old man with a strong morals to which he drilled into Robert's mother and Robert himself. Robert looked up to him, so it was devastating for young man when he died saving a child from the road even in his advanced age. It was then on he decided to hold up his grandfather's ideals. This came to ahead several years later.

Robert was taking a vacation in Japan and boarded the Akatsuki, he didn't know at the time, but the spirit of the Overlord of Light appeared on the ship and gave the passengers the Seed of Agito. The Overlord of Darkness fearing the potential of Agito tired to sink the ship by sending the El of water. Robert was one of the first to step into action trying to fight off the monster only to get thrown overboard only surviving the cold waters due to activating the Seed of Agito.

When he came to he was in the middle of nowhere soaking wet, he had no idea where he was or how he got there, but he could somehow sense things and knew that there was a city to the north. Finding a motorcycle he drove to the city and from there he gained status as a local legend, a myth about a mysterious masked hero who acts as the city's silent guardian.

Other:

The motorcycle he uses is the Yamaha V-Max or more specifically the Yamaha V-Max used by Arthuria Pendragon in Fate/Zero, which ended up in this dimension. It should be noted that due to the enhanced senses and ESP he has the reaction time to drive it expertly, but still can't use it to it's fullest potential unless transformed.

Musashi wordlessly ran after the shouts aimed at Janet and noticed the red bomber's attempt at salvaging the situation, so the white swordswoman did the thing that she did best, make it irrelevant and solving things though violence. Musashi pulled out her sword sheath and all, as Janet was distracting the Marines. The Known criminal slammed the metal end of her sheath into the back of Frank's head like a very painful pool cue before spinning it around and slamming the guard into Jack's skull.
