No, they're not. The Earth bender and Weapons Master role is still up for grabs.

ohhh, derp >3> Hmmm, I could go for either one of those... Anything special I oughta know for either one?
Well, what interesting time for me to spot this and get interested, right after the OC is up! XD

oh foo, and it looks like all the roles are filled already XD
Well, I always enjoy a little Mecha Bash-up, my interest is tantalized, I'll see about putting something forth... no promises that my imagination won't go a bit wild though >3>

big question though, what are the important limitations? I see the implication that 'we don't have beam-weapons', apparent from the way the enemy's beam weapons are mentioned, but if we're supposed to be the experimental 'hope for survival' kind of team, 'would' we have such weapons of our own? Salvaged enemy tech? reverse engineered prototypes? Cybernetic augments? Neural link computer bullshittery? things like that? :P
The Stranger's giant eye helmet did indeed 'Not' blink at Lucas, it did not even seem to twitch, save for moments when one moved themselves while viewing it, perhaps it even blinked when the viewer did, Some Schrodinger's blink kind of foolery. of course, the head inside moved plenty, peeking through the refracting screen to take in all of these interesting new strangers! How exciting!

It was perhaps more creepy still that his interactions with others ceased almost as immediately as his arrival, he hadn't even moved or spoken after that. Did... did he fall asleep sitting on his bow?! Maybe. He'd even still be there both when the others went off to rest and when they woke once more, and still didn't seem to move even as they all left. The inability to see through his mask might leave one wondering if he'd fallen asleep sitting up or was just so lost in thought that he hadn't noticed anyone speaking to him or moving around.

The group had gotten well on their way before he actually leapt into action... literally.

All at once he suddenly leapt off of his bow's string, pulling it up onto his back before whirling about and bolting off in the general direction of 'they probably went this way because there's not very many other directions to go'.

Luckily, he'd guessed right and found himself quickly approaching with just enough time to hear a couple of names on approach 'ohh, introductions eh? Why didn't that happen last night? oh wait, maybe it did, I zoned out pretty hard, heheh.' Funny enough, he didn't slow his pace as he grew nearer to them, though he did wisely move himself just enough out of range to make it harder to suddenly swing at him if someone took his quick approach as an aggressive move, but, of course, he called out in a most jovial of tones as he passed by "Vandanalu snehitulu... What fun! You all have Oldlife names! Nenu Astavyastamaina marpunu... But nobody seems to remember that, So you can just call me Asta." And without slowing down he continued right on in a mad-dash for the stairs that lead up to that big stone wall... Today was going to be fun! There were going to be lots of new faces wandering around!
What would you do if you recieved an E-mail, text, pm, comment, or whatever, that told you:

"Your world is due for a change.
Share this message with 10 other people if you want the change to favor you.
Or you can ignore this and just live with whatever get dumped in your lap.
Hurry, Time is running out, it doesn't count if you run out of people who haven't heard!
Will be in the 10 Percent?"

Most people would just ignore it, some would take it seriously, or just be curious and go through with it anyway, but the majority would likely be along the lines of:

"Pff, it's just a chain letter, what kind of idiot would 'believe' this crap? It's even more ambiguous than the usual virus spreading bullshit!"

...

Now imagine if you woke up one morning to find out that it hadn't quite been such 'bull-shit', what would you do then? when you awaken with hooves, or claws, or wings? or god forbid, Tentacles...

____________

It's a very simple Premise, only the bare bones really, I want a player driven story as opposed to a pre-defined experience with everyone just along for the ride.

The Beginning itself will depend entirely on the characters that are supplied for the RP, depending on places they live, how far from eachother that puts them [Ideally having at least a few in the same city/state would be best for starting off], how well they do or don't know eachother, and probably some OOC chatter before hand.

From there, it all depends on the choices the characters make IC.

On that note, some ideas while in this Interest check phase wouldn't hurt, suggestions on what kindof character someone might have an idea to play, where they might live, things like that... If nobody suggests a city, or several, I'll most likely either default to the cliche new york, or maybe roulette a list of cities to pick one.

Now to clarify, yes, this starts off as human, some might start the RP just waking up completely something else, some might be suffering more gradual processes of change, and other's might still 'be' human for a good while, or may even stay one throughout if they choose, nothin wrong with that.

as for 'what', well, the possibilities are quite broad, however there is something to note, some things are only 'possible' for someone who played along with the email trap, and thus will be in quite limited quantity.

This includes things like Alicorns [yes, the pony kind], Dragons, Various Alien species, higher profile game or movie species, and so on, and you 'can' be legitimately turned 'into' a character [Physically]. Given the variety available, it'll be a case to case basis, judged by those participating [not just me] whether or not it fits the 'low or high' category. The unrestricted species possibilities are just as comically broad as ever though, and options are available for standard, anthro, and cross-breed versions [within reason!]

An important note for all - We all suffer from the same Ignorance of how to use our new bodies and their capabilities, there will be no 'instinctual well of knowledge that lets someone suddenly blow up buildings'. With that ignorance, even something like Alicorn's can't be over-powered, if anything they suffer from it three fold with such variety available and no experience using any of it.

However, natural physical strengths are still a thing [essentially an Alicorn would just be a really tall Earth pony until they take the time to figure out wings and magic and such XD and any dragons would start small], however this also means anything that is inherently biologically OP is not allowed [i.e., no Mountain sized dragons, no mysteriously untouchable ghost monsters, and sure as hell no 'supermen/saiyans/star-children']
I wanted to mention, I realized This might have been a bit too broad and ambitious for being the very beginning of an RP, at least with my current distractions and the like [thankfully the hospital bit has been over for a while now], so I decided to start something a bit less extreme, which could very well lead to this idea's starting point, or some other ones as well.
I would like to apologize for vanishing suddenly >n> Various RL things have been getting busier in the wake of dealing with the Hospital and sucked up more of my time for a while, but it's calmed down, so I'm back suddenly.
Sorry I didn't post in a while >3> I've been really busy lately, first day I actually got to stay home in like a week >x<

Also, could totally have creepy mc-orb face launch lance arrows into the wall to make a ladder! :D
Hellkite sounds like its happening. I might be a bit inactive over the next 2 weeks for exams but I think we're at a point where I don't need to overview things for a while. If you really need to get in contact with me, you can PM me and I'll make an effort to check in every day or so to respond to PM's.

You mean that dragon that completely annihilates just about everyone early game? XD but isn't worth nearly as much as the trouble it takes to finally kill it.
I hadn't heard about DS3 yet, Xcom 2, yeah... And oddly, I found nothing 'wrong' with DS2 by comparison personally, aside that i spent more time grinding than in DS1, and some of the boss fights were much more dragged out by soaky health bars or by multiple enemies at once... oh, and the sunken dlc boss that could summon other bosses without limit? 'that' was annoying as hell.
