People passed through this area to get into the residency and then to the public ring where the employed and educated spent their days.
Cid II was waiting in the Court for the applicants to arrive. He'd sent word to them stating that he'd explain the mission in proper detail once they all arrived.
The court was large, but Cid wasn't waiting in the large room for the judge. Instead he was in a room that had an entrance from the lobby. Outside the door was a sign for the Highwind crest.
updated map included the aqua mau patch that way it's not a floating mountain anymore, instead is a mountain that spews water with badger people living inside. I've also added a bunch of kingdoms in the northwest as to show some more diversity in the kingdom. continent. (Edited because I'm a happy derp)
