@The1Rolling1BoyJim hurried to grab her before she could faint, patting her shoulder gently and helped her lay down on the bed.
"There, there... It's 'lright. You're going to be 'lright, dear. Just rest, yes? You'll feel better soon. Your blood cells have to regenerate.", he instructed kindly, caressing delicately her hair and pushing away a bang of hair from her forehead. His tenderness was surely motherly, one could tell. He treated all living things (and some other not so alive) as if they were his children.
"I'm leaving ya so y'can rest, 'lright? If ya need anything else, just call me and I'll be here for ya.", he said, smiling at her. His eyes then turned to glance over at the flowerly demon by her side.
"I would like to have a word later, but now I need ya to take care of her. Could ya do that?", he asked Flowey, his voice still calm and soft.
He didn't exactly wait for a reply, he picked up his clipboard and stood up, grabbing a cloth from his pocket to wipe his hands. He needed to wash them before he resumed his daily check on the patients. He then started moving towards the door, intending to leave so he could head to the bathroom and wash himself.
Outside, in another dark hall of the asylum, a young brunette was singing some unknown lyrics to an imaginary melody, loud enough for everyone around to hear. Not like he could ever give a fuck if he disturbed another's peace or not; they were all so freaking loud and annoying all the damn time, he deserved to have his moment now and then, too. He walked down the hall, feeling the need to just
move and hopefully breathe some fresh air, so he was finding his way towards the gardens. There he would get some peace, probably.
"I am a circus freak, caught in a cage, caught in a cage~!", he sang, running his fingers through the walls as they kept changing texture and colour.
"Staring without a blink, swallow me whole, swallow me whole~!" He went on as he moved down the hall, turning right and left at corners as he decided which where to go.
