From the way Oblivion talked it sounded like you people were planning on a two year timeskip sometime in the near future. I was a little confused because that's kind of a big thing and I have seen nothing about it until now.

Being somewhat new to the RPG I have to admit that I'm somewhat confused by this statement. Is there a planned timeskip hovering around here somewhere?

To be fair it sounded like some of the members wanted to take the law into their own hands. That's not really something a Guild Master should take lightly.

Threaten to remove an entire guild from the legal roster certainly not, but some form of response was needed and its been a bit of a long day for Phoenix Wing's Master.

I'm kind of surprised that more people don't have a problem with Phoenix Wing what with the way they have some sort of Fioran shadow government going on.

William Coil

Name: William Coil

Military codename:

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Appearance: 5' 10" Black hair and dark brown eyes that gleam with interest from behind holographic lenses. Has a very sturdy looking frame with surprisingly large muscles for his age. This is rather set at odds with the way he dresses though. Mechanical gadgets seem to be incorporated into every article of his clothing. His shoes have a hover function, his pants have about a million pockets filled with stuff. His belt has a dozen built in tools and his shirt can be used as a screen. William's greatcoat looks it is made out of brown leather, it also has something that looks suspiciously like electrically conductive material woven into it.

Personality: William is odd no two ways about it. He's energetic, not in a quirky bouncy way though. Driven might be the best way to descride his behavior. When he sets his sights on a goal he goes for it, sometimes sweeping people along in his wake as he does so.
William's odd side comes out when it the subject changes to technology. He can get a bit obsessed at times even to the point of ignoring certain safety precautions. More then once he has caused a mess in a lab or workshop while driving towards his desired result.

Biography: First son of the prestigious Coil family. The Coils are a bit of an oddity as sort of scientist novels. Gaining their titles generations ago for their contributions to the kingdom's scientific knowledge, the family continued to produce scientists and engineers with surprising regularity. Its a tradition that William has upheld. Completing tertiary education (which included a solid mage's course) at a late seventeen the young man still looking for a purpose in life fixed on the current struggle against the demon invasion. Seeing it as his best bet at directly helping against the invaders William enrolled in Mecha Carta's mage program.

Military Job: Mage

Magic: Somatic electromage. William is capable of controlling electricity through certain movements. Ranging from whole body movements for large strikes or simple movement of the fingers for more subtle and detailed spells. While in combat he normally channels his power through his weapon's various forms in order to allow them to deal damage to the much larger mecha.

Weapon: William has a very special weapon that he invented himself. Designed to allow him to perform (eventually) in just about any role on the battlefield, William's weapon is capable of transforming. It currently has only two modes, sword and railgun. However with enough time more modes can be added.

The sword can feed off of the user's mana to vibrate at high speed, allowing it to cut through metal. The railgun makes use of William's unique magic to create a powerful magnetic field capable of launching a projectile at highly destructive speeds.

Spirit Name: Why the Hades is my Armor Moving Armored Surprise

Spirit Appearance: Armored Surprise inhabits a suit of magitech armor. The outer plates look as if they are comprised of hundreds of small hexagon shapes, each one outlined in a pulsing blue. In it's basic form the armor looks almost like any other suit of armor you might see a knight wearing. If a bit more angular due to the way the plates fit together and with several bulky protrusions on the back where certain pieces of tech are attatched.

Spirit Power: Technically, Armored Surprise is capable of entering and controlling certain pieces of armor. Specifically ones that have been made for it to inhabit. In it's current form however, allows it to shapeshift between several modes, the hexagons making up it's shape allowing for easey shifts. It's main limitations come from the fact that it is required to maintain a solid form and that any extra abilities must be added through modular pieces of tech.

Its current module allows it to form a hoverbike.

Spirit Origin: Armored Surprise was an accidental creation of one of William's ancestors. Maybe...probably. Nobody is really sure but one of their guys was doing SCIENCE in his lab one day and suddenly a spirit jumped out of out one of his machines so that's the story their going with. Ever since then the spirit has stayed around as a sort of family guardian. When William announced his desire to go to MCI Armored Surprise was sent along to keep an eye on him.

Those glasses seemed more of a speciality item that you only really picked up if you read a lot of books. They probably cost a lot of money so its not the sort of thing a library would loan out.

I'm not staff or anything but I figure I'll give my thoughts

An indestructible weapon really is not that big of a thing. How often do you actually see a tactic that revolves around the other guys weapon breaking? It happens, but not very often. It takes way less energy to get something out of the way than to break it.

Even as a shield its not that bad. Captain America has an indestructible shield and honestly he has one of the less helpful special tools out of the entire team.
