"That's a bill I doubt few could ever match." Sharon answered with a tragi-comic grin as Mei ran off; but mainly only to hide his own feelings of the situation.

"Well... except perhaps that old insurance deal I made a while back. I wonder if it applies to houses trashed by giant demons. As long as I don't mention how I sort of created her, I think it should be good!"

Sharon privately imagined ten different strategies on how to approach the Dwarven bankers he had made the deal with, all the while eying the Draenei clerks around the bank. At least they should be easy to deal with when compared to Dwarves! Though when one of them asked both Vashi and him, Sharon chuckled.

"Whilst some may call me a lover, it's these two that are together." Sharon said with a charming smile as he motioned towards the direction Mei had ran off to and back over at Vashi. However, said maneuver would only make the High Elf attentive of just what sort of withdrawal Vashi was actually making!

"Excuse me, I do not mean to interrupt!" Sharon was quick to pull Vashi a little aside, despite her being a good head taller than him, before pulling her a little down so that he could whisper into her ear.

"Listen, Vashi; your thoughtful attitude is endearing and all, but we may need a bit more than just money for the rune. Remember, for the fight, we might need to stock up on potions, equipment, ingredients, buy new weapons and keep a little-something should some unforeseen investment options appear. Not to mention for stay, preferable above-average level of comfort, as my mansion; as discussed earlier; has been wholly demolished."

...

"In short, you may wish to raise that withdrawal amount with a few thousand gold pieces at least!"
"I hope no one stood directly on the other side."

Sharon privately thought as he suddenly saw Mei get picked up and pulled right into the portal, as if the portal was the mouth of some extremely ravenous gulper fish or something.

Suffice it to say that anyone getting hit by an eight feet tall Draenei warrior flying at what looked reminiscent of terminal velocity would not have a good day. Yet he could not find himself too worried by the whole circumstance, something that that the High Elf would chalk up to his extended experience with Liaena and Rithrynn having increased his tolerance for catastrophies in general.

And the fact that he was currently more worried about the giant demon rampaging around Stormwind...

"Thank you for the shopping experience," The High Elf would turn and nod before stepping into the portal, giving a brief wink to the Gnomish shopkeeper.
"I apologize for any slights caused by my purple friends, though I will not claim responsibility for their behavior!"

And with that, Sharon brushed away his guilt and stepped into the portal; his surroundings shifted from the mostly mundane and only slightly sparkling appearance of Gimpsy's shop, to a suddenly, almost overbearing and blinding pink and purple of the Exodar!

"My eyes!"

The High Elf found that he had to instinctively shield his eyes as he appeared in the Exodar, the blinding purple and pink light of the absurd amount of crystals surrounding them from every possible angle at every possible moment being more than a proverbial eyesore of legends!

"I'm sorry, but Draenei architecture is never going to get my vote!"

He looked around, noticing all the tall, blue and tentacle faced Draenei standing all around them as they had stepped out of the portal. However, most of them were not looking at Sharon or Vashi. Rather, their faces were contorted in worried expressions, as they all seemed to look ahead.

"I guess I know where our Draenei friend went..."

"Alright, anyone seen a very big and airborne Draenei shooting out of this portal here recently? Her middle name is 'Cannonball' and should be impossible to miss!"

Sharon called out to the gathering crowd of Draenei that towered feet above him, all the while bringing out a silk bag from his pouch and cast a freeze spell in it, causing multiple cubes of ice to fill the silk bag up, and jingled as he started to walk towards the disaster zone.

Given the landing, someone might need some ice...

”Can any if you two magically pull an item/s I have strong attachments to from my vaults in the bank of either Stormwind or Exodar...?"

"Gimpsy?"

"I assume you're going to pay for that, right?"

Sharon let out a sigh, followed by a short chuckle as he picked up a single gold coin and thumbed it through the air towards the Gnome.

"I am not like the purple skinned barba,-" Sharon was about to say with a smile, when he suddenly remembered the presence of Vashi right next to her; the fact that a semi-reasonable person like Vashi could even be a member of Serphia's warband requiring some mental processing before he could truly fathom it; and quickly changed his line.
" ... ahem, you know a gentleman always pays his dues. One Portal Rune, if you will."

As Gimpsy went away to whisk through the ordered chaos that was her workshop in pursuit of her rune collection, even pre Serphia-visit, Sharon could not help but feel a sense of urgency wash over him.

"Whatever business with the bank you may have, we should be quick about it." Sharon explained to Mei as he accepted the rune from the incoming Gimpsy, the gnome clearly enthused by the more than 80% tip he had just given her for the Rune.

"I cannot admit I feel completely safe leaving either Liaena or our dear Captain Serphia to their own devices in the city. Not that I question their intentions, I am more worried about their choice of methods. That, and the fact I have never known them for being much in the way of teamplayers with one another."

He explained as he held the silver lined rune fragment up for Vashi to take if she wished, all the while eyeing Mei.

"I am not sure about any direct attack with elemental magic. They tend to have a lessened effect against the creatures of the Twisting Nether." Sharon decided to add to the tactical conversation going on with Mei and Vashi, though would take a moment to smirk at Vashi's proposal.
"I like that idea... as long as we make sure no one is anywhere near close to her when you do so. Our gigantic ex-death-knight can best be described as clumsy, and I doubt anyone here would want to try to catch her if she fell!"

Whilst Sharon certainly had had encounters with demons of different size and type before, he knew that he could hardly be described as an expert on the subject.
Trudging down into decaying cultist lairs or venturing into forbidden, filthy swamps under a blood red moon was not exactly the kind of things the High Elf enjoyed doing, and so he had never been much in the way of qualified Demon Hunter material. Dealing with demons on a regular basis was too much of a menial orientation for his refined tastes!

"I have fought a demon roughly the size of this one before... " Sharon finally added, leaning his head inbetween them in a conspiratorial manner.
"Or, been witness to the fight, but that involved one of our group members; namely my dear Rune; going toe to toe with the demoness."

Sharon appeared to finish, until he noticed the looks on Mei and Vashi's faces, as if he had just spun half a tale before quitting midway without finishing.

"Ahem, yes. It was a great battle. We didn't win, but I would not say we lost either. For lack of better words, it was a stand-still. The only actual casualty being my old ex... whom at the time tried to kill me. Or at least kidnap me."

...

"Yes, what I am trying to say is that I think our best chance is to banish or teleport her away. I doubt our chances in a fight."

Leaning his silver staff against his left shoulder, the High Elf turned to gaze up at Mei, a question suddenly ready on his face as he squinted an eye at her.

" ... and, did you say you were somehow ambushed by a demon the size of a literal tower?"
There was a pause as Sharon gave Liaena a long look after her mention of her dealings with the gryphon master.

Then again, the High Elf knew well enough not to ask or dig deeper with Liaena. Mostly because he was sometimes afraid of what he might find, but also because Liaena could share some of the traits of her own potions when it came to dealing with difficult or inquisitive questions.

"Thivery! Robbery! I will not stand for this!!" Sounded Gimpsy's defiant voice, after Serphia had just robbed her store in broad daylight.
"It is not even your size you philistine boo,-"

Sharon succeeded however in stopping the Gnome's impressively loud tirade as he gently prodded the Gnome with his silver battlestaff, eying down at her as he muttered quietly.

"I'll pay for that, just put it on my bill."

"Maybe I should honestly just pay the giant demoness outside my house to become my new bodyguard instead! I doubt even the general food bills or collateral damage she'd cause by being a gigantic demon stomping around Stormwind city would cost as much as that of simply keeping Rithrynn's warband around!"

Speaking of Rithrynn.

" ... ooaaaahhh!"

For a moment, Sharon simply stared at Serphia's large, round butt as it strained mercilessly against the new set of pants, as Rithrynn just slipped further out of their reach! Mentally groaning, the High Elf would turn his head and glance over at Liaena as the Captain tried to shoo them away, giving her another long look, before speaking after an awkward pause.

"You said something about a ´demon-bait-mode? You're not going to have to carry around the blood of the innocent and a dead bride's lost ring or something, are you?"
Sharon did raise a visible eyebrow at the situation.

He was not unfamiliar with military situations. However, the very nature of this situation was not quite what he could describe as normal either!

Being currently commanded by a 8ft tall amazonian warrior queen(who was at the same time completely naked no less!) to go after a giant demon that was threatening the city of Stormwind was quite original in itself! He only wished he could have been more surprised, as the whole thing did remind him a little bit about one of his old parties...

"Then again, that wasn't quite as real as this!"

At least, to her credit, the Captain's plan wasn't too outlandish. At least if one could ignore the last part about the Captain supposedly defeating the demoness herself.

Contemplating whether he should give helpful criticism or not, the High Elf eventually concluded however that it would be better to simply ask for forgiveness than permission with the Captain around. Judging by Vashi and Aleena, the High Elf got the odd impression that Serphia was not very used to being talked back to.

While Serphia had finally turned to question Mei's usefulness, the High Elf sensing the obvious incipient rivalry between the two equally oversized women, Sharon would take a step towards Kathlin and Liaena, placing a hand on each of their shoulders as he looked at them.

"If you two are comfortable with the Captain's plan... " He began, before he looked at Kathlin.
"I should mention that you are by no means required to do this. The fault of there being a church sized demon in one of the city's most peaceful districts right now is more that of mine and Liaena's."

Sharon clarified, not really wanting to send an innocent Kathlin to be potential demon chow... or worse, a demon love toy!

"If you have any doubts or reservations, I could give the demon another dose of the love potion and be the bait instead."

There was a mixture of both relief and guilt that washed over the High Elf when Rithrynn took the bait, and Serphia's ire slowly drifted away, overtaken by more sensual matters...

"At this point, I have no idea if we'll even be able to get Rithrynn out the situation she's gotten herself in."

Sharon thought to himself as he cast a glance towards the Captain's large, curvacious butt that was threatening to destroy the crate below it at any moment. That was, before he rolled his eyes over to Liaena.

" ... or rather, the situation you got her into."

The High Elf didn't speak or say anything. However, his eyes were nonetheless in a clear frown as he eyed the girl, making the message behind his expression quite obvious.

"I won't be ordered around by a long-eared blueberry!" Gimpsy squeaked as she folded her arms defiantly, before straightening herself up to stand at the (relatively) more imposing height of three feet! However, given the Captain's critical state of undress, and Gimpsy's point of view, the Gnome had gotten a front seat view to all of the Captain's shenanigans ever since she arrived, and it was obvious in the way she squinted her eyes!
"But I'll give you some stuff for free if it just means you would PLEASE dress up like a normal, non-elf person!"

Gimpsy conceded as she closed one eye and pointed at a nearby shelf of used adventuring equipment, labeled "SALE", "SALE" and "SALE" all over.

"You don't have any of those old mana crystals I sold you a couple of months ago still lying around, do you?" He asked as he turned to look towards Gimpsy. Yet he did not have time to wait for the Gnome's response before he suddenly heard a very alarming sentence snapped out from Serphia!

" ... what's that about a love potion I keep hearing about?!"

"Uh-oh."

Choosing to stay quiet, Sharon turned to give Liaena a look from behind Serphia, a look that said less so "Are you going to be alright with this?", and more something along the lines of; "Are you going to be able to avert a possible diplomatic catastrophe of the century?"!

"It should take but a moment." Sharon explained with a confident smile in response to Mei's concern as the High Elf turned to point his staff at the roof, channeling an illusion enchantment across the roof to make it look intact. A slight shimmer would appear above their heads in the roof as the magical light started to take the shape of a perfect image of a fully-in-tact roof.

As long as no one had the ability to detect magic or was unfortunate enough to step on the illusion, it should be virtually undetectable to the human, even elven eye.

The whole performance was done with a great degree of calm by Sharon. The fact that they were on the run from a massive, gigantic demon; the fact that two Night Elves had just come crashing through the roof without warning; or the fact that there was currently a completely naked 8ft tall Amazonian lady standing in the shop, did not seem to phase him much. It was not so much only his experience with Liaena's shenanigans or Rithrynn's warband that had made him inured to the zany events around him, as he liked to contribute much of that mental resilience to his general centuries of life and extravagant lifestyle.

However, the High Elf's seeming calm would be broken when he suddenly heard Serphia slam down the bill on his tab!

" ... and you can put the tab on the High Elf!"

"Now hold on a second!" Sharon abruptly proclaimed as he turned around to glare at Serphia with his azure blue eyes, ignoring the dollar signs that just appeared in Gimpsy's eyes, whilst still pointing his staff as he continued to channel the illusion spell offhandly.

"I am not going to cover for your tab at every occasion, my dear 'mistress'! I am not your personal sponsor! If you couldn't even defeat that demon; which by the way is hardly one third cathedral size, so don't pat yourself on the back quite so much; while your ass was large enough to sink an orcish warship, I hardly believe any amount of wargear is going to give you a fighting chance against your nemesis!"

Sharon was quick to call out. However, this was also the time when the rational part of his brain just kicked in, and the High Elf leaned backwards as he suddenly became the center of focus of the Captain's glare!

" ... maybe I should have just paid the bill."

Sharon privately thought to himself, secretly cursing his sudden outburst. However, in order to avert disaster, he later added.

"I know both me and Liaena are in the room with you, but we are all on the run. Surely you could just have your lieutenant requisition some new gear, or send your warband out... they seem to have a natural aptitude for pillaging and raiding the property of others."

Sharon said with a much more calm voice, secretly trying to look away from the Captain, whilst hoping the name dropping and mention of lieutenant would serve as an incentivizer for Rithrynn, perhaps even Falere, to "calm" their Captain before Sharon would suddenly fly out the nearest window!
There was an obvious stall from the High Elf as the idea of turning themselves into mice began to proliferate through the room.

"Erheemmm... " Sharon uttered as he visibly pulled in one of the lower edges of his cape whilst gazing back at Kathlin and Liaena, as he looked about at them. There was no attempt at a poker face from the High Elf as he most certainly did not seem enthusiastic about the whole prospect.

"What is wrong with a good old invisibility spell now again? Not to mention I really can't cast spells as a mice, so if we were to suddenly need an impromptu fireball... "

"Plus, I don't think I'm quite ready for the furry parade just yet!"

" ... are you guys married already?"

The lower cheek of Sharon's face visibly contracted in discomfort when he heard the voice of Vashi, as he subtly raised one eye to stare at the Night Elf mage.

"This conversation is getting out of hand! I pray to the light, please, send help!"

Sharon gritted his teeth as he prepared himself to answer Vashi, when suddenly a distant scream made him raise a brow in surprise and look up towards the roof. Just in time, as soon a heavy crash could be heard from the floor above, before suddenly the roof above their heads cracked and broke as a two purple bodies would fall through the roof and into the shop!

"It's the SKY ELVES! MY THEORY WAS CORRECT! AAHHH, THEY HAVE COME TO KIDNAP ME!" Gimpsy's terrified voice would suddenly be heard across the shop as the little gnome immediately threw herself into the nearest cover.

Sharon, however, was not as surprised, as he looked down at a pair of dusty, disheveled Serphia and Aleena as they lay on the ground, having successfully wrecked one fifth of the workshop in their entry, and groaning on the floor.

Nonetheless, he could not help but let out a slight sigh of relief.

"No, unfortunately I think you need to question the validity of the empirical material." Sharon added as an aftertthought to Gimpsy's earlier proclamation, as he motioned towards the two fallen women.

"It's just Night Elves... "
I think I'll be filling out a character sheet ;)

Come to think of it, how do we imagine this RP is going to start off, @Letter Bee?
