Siphran almost balked at the red's response. Just meals? No imagination, these younger ones... Funny, he could actually say that in this situation. He was about to rebuke her when a sudden scream from somewhere to his rear made him jolt in surprise. He ignored the reds commentary as he turned to the display behind him, confirming what hed already guessed. The little human had somehow hurt itself. Surprising it had lasted this long, unsupervised, in the wilderness. The mud-thumper's young really ARE helpess aren't they?

He was pretty put out by the situation though and ignored the reds further comments in his musing. Screaming was bad. It was loud. And of course it precludes any sort of conversation. A shame really. He would just let the red have her way with it, then maybe have a nice chat with her afterwa- WAIT A golden sparkle caught his attention.

Taken aback, the blue lifted his right paw off the ground and shook it, inspecting it for its usual adornment. No jingle, felt too light. Of couuurse. Completely ignoring the red at this point, he walked close, towering over the screaming human and her golden spoils. Carefully manipulating his claw, he lifted the childs "necklace" carefully, inspecting it before lowering it again. "How kind of you to find this for me! I hadnt even known it was gone." Siphran regarded the child with a cocked head, unsure what to do next. He was no healer, and he had to take care of the human now. After the kindness it had done him! He turned to the red with a hopeful expression. "I know this is, perhaps, a long shot. You wouldnt happen to be knowledgeable in any healing skills by chance? They would be plenty useful, Im sure the human would agree?" He turned to the prone figure, as if expecting a response, before turning back to the red with an apologetic smile. "I think the screaming is an affirmation."

Though it was his bracelet, he would let the human keep the "necklace" for now though. After all, she deserved some sort of reward. Such a noble persona, recovering an unknown persons belongings until they could be found, would be the sort of person that would make for very nice conversation, if he could just keep the red from eating her. What a wonderful day.
Would you happen to still be accepting new players?
Are you still accepting/active?
Fine by me, I always found spartans to be a bit of a pain to play anyway. Too much history and background that you have to work with.
Hey there. You looking to add another player in for a halo character?
Siphran leaned back, making an appraisal of the dragon in front of him. After a moment of deliberation, he shook his head, moving to again block the path of the hungry red. "That's not a meal, its a person! A little, smelly person, but you don't just EAT people. Not at first!" He performed a short two step, prancing almost with delight. Two people to converse with! Today was going swell. He looked over his shoulder at the cowering bundle, fear radiated from her. He shrugged and looked back at the red.

"If you just EAT the person, then you can't find out where they came from? What if they have more food, or gold? Or if they're a pleasant person?" He pondered the question with a contemplative look, "No, its no good. Then you lose out on opportunities." He answered himself. The blue shook his head, then watched the red closely for a reaction. This new dragon was still small, smaller than he. Aggressive though, and hungry of course. Hopefully not young and hot headed enough to get his point. He tried to smile convincingly, shuffling his feet.
Admiring the reflection, he cocked his head, then playfully struck the surface of the water with his legs before banking away, wingtip running along the surface and throwing up a spray. As he turned around he noticed several new scents. Maybe they were related? All he knew was that it smelled faintly of those bumbling ground creatures, humans, and one of dragon. Who? Did he know them?

Siphran's visual search brought up no dragon, but a solitary human figure by the lake side. Maybe the human would know where the other dragon was? If not, maybe he could at least have a good conversation for a few moments. He zeroed in on the lake side, still skimming above the surface of the water.

As he neared the bank, he drew up short and did a double take as a red dragon burst from the water at the human. From this angle it was hard to tell, but it certainly wasnt a happy "Nice to see you" posture. Something was going to go down if he didn't do something quick. He had no allegiance to humans in general, but at least give it a chance to gauge whether they were good company or not before attacking.

The blue tilted back into a steep ascent, trading speed for altitude. He would need to act fast. Twirling around, he sped back down towards the ground at an alarming rate, pulling up at the last moment, managing to skid in front of the red, seperating it from the small looking meat sack behind him. "Well HEY there!"
Spirals and spirals and spirals and... dizzying colors. Siphran opened his eyes, watching as the land and sky chased each other in blurred circles. His wings caught the wind, tail swinging behind him, to any observer, he would seem a blue spinning blur, darting across the sky. Sometimes, he could just get so carried away, enjoying the feeling of the wind tugging at his wingtips, pushing him up and pulling him down, a friendly hand at times, a malevolent hammer at others. But it was his, and his alone. For now.

Steadying himself, the blue dragon surveyed the expanse. The sky was clear, no occupants to behold save for a few birds in the distance. The ground, well he only afforded it a passing glance, nothing down there. Nothing worth seeing anyway. It was a place of the land bound creatures, mud, and dirt. An okay place, but it held nothing to his kingdom of cloud and sun. From his now stable perch in the sky, he noticed movement in the distance. Far to be sure, but his keen eyes saw a dark dot in the distance, plummeting towards the earth. Curiosity aroused, he angled in that direction. It was not a bird, it was too big, and this area was one infested by the two limbed, land bound flesh sacks, they could not fly.

As he neared, the lake appeared from behind the treetops. But no flying creature in sight. Curiosity not yet abated, he dove to the surface, skimming above the water while peering intently around. Still, he saw nothing. Siphran had failed to notice what lay behind him though, becoming distracted by peering at the sparkling water below him, and his reflection that it had captured.
